    Horrible experience all around. They didn't keep my ring size in a note listed on file which they assured us they would when we looked at rings. So, when my fiancĆ© decided to order, he guessed at the size and of course it was wrong. We were told it can't be sized down to fit my finger and since it had been more than 90 days since the purchase date to the proposal date, they wouldn't resize it or let us swap it out. They gave us 1/4 of the amount we paid for the setting towards a completely new one even though we'd purchased it from them just a few months prior. So, my finance had to shell out an additional $800 for a setting he'd already paid for months prior because he ordered the wrong size and they wouldn't do anything about it. We were promised at time of payment we'd receive the ring back with the new setting by December 14th which is also what was advertised on their website. It was dropped off on 12/3 and after they had it they told us we wouldn't get it back until 1/2 even though their website STILL advertised "order now for a Christmas proposal!" Customer service was completely unaccommodating. We JUST got engaged and sent the ring back immediately under the impression (bc that's what they told us and what's advertised) that we'd have it back in time for Christmas so we can show family the ring and now we won't have anything until next year. I HIGHLY suggest checking their reviews on the consumer affairs website or the Bbb and going somewhere else. This place is run like a boujee Kay jewelers. Everything is done offsite. Brilliant Earth ruined the whole experience for my fiancĆ© and I. UPDATE: Brilliant Earth called my fiance only after reading my review. They gave us the false excuse that "the reason for the hold up" on the ring was because we hadn't let them know if we wanted to purchase one of their warranties for the ring or not. MIND YOU, my fiancĆ© purchased a "lifetime warranty" from them for an additional $500 when he first purchased the ring. During every online and phone conversation with customer service complaining about the 'deliver by' date that we've had, nobody once mentioned this or asked us if we wanted the warranty. Plus, we assumed we still had the warranty we had originally purchased a few months prior. But no, in order to have a warranty on this ring, we need to pay ANOTHER $500. ETA:We received a call from another BE rep today and she reiterated that they would not refund our entire purchase due to ā€œpolicies.ā€ She did offer to refund the second setting though but ONLY if we removed all online reviews and signed legal paperwork saying we wouldnā€™t leave any more. This is incredibly unethical. She also acknowledged that the 'deliver by' dates advertised are likely delayed for everyone. So, don't trust the dates listed on their website. Plan way ahead..but then again, if you purchase the ring more than 3 months before you propose and you order the wrong size, they make you buy a whole new ring and 'warranty.' They are real sticklers for dates when it comes to their "policies" but not so much when it comes to the unachievable promises they make to their customers to incentivize purchases under false pretenses. Final update: The ring arrived and the center stone is very noticeably crooked. It is slanted to the left and was confirmed by another local jeweler. After hours and hours of back and forth with customer service and pointing out that it is illegal to try to offer financial incentives to remove reviews, we insisted upon a full refund and they finally agreed to do so. My fiancĆ© wired the money originally but theyā€™re telling us it will take around two weeks to receive a check in the mail for our refund. Theyā€™ve been horrible at sticking to timelines thus far so weā€™ll see how long it actually takes. In the meantime, we have gone to Shane Co and had a MUCH better experience. They gave us a free lifetime warranty whereas brilliant earth charged an additional $500. They also had our ring ready in 4 days.

    It was such an informative and exciting appointment for my girlfriend and I. Maia taught us a lot about diamonds, the standards set by Brilliant Earth, and she caught onto our style so quickly. I really enjoyed her energy and knowledge shared! Maia was such a great person to have our first ring shopping appointment with and her service was exceptional. My partner and I felt comfortable in our masks during our appointment as well!

    Oh man, I echo the same frustrations that others have experienced at this location. Below is a summary of my experience: 1) I was not able to contact this showroom directly. All scheduling goes through alternate showrooms (e.g. West Hollywood, etc). I communicated back and forth with multiple contacts throughout the country to ensure my settings were reserved at the Atlanta location. 2) My mom, aunt, and I flew into Atlanta from Minneapolis, MN for this appointment. Upon entering, we were told that only two guests could be in the appointment. Both my mom and aunt are fully vaccinated. No compromise was offered to allow my fully vaccinated aunt into the appointment. I was told that the 1-day appointment notice email included this information. I booked the flights and our appointment weeks in advance, so a one day heads up email wasnā€™t very helpful at that point. 3) After all the initial trouble, my mom and I went through with the appointment. After trying on several solitaire ring settings, I realized I actually preferred the halo look. Unfortunately, by that point, my ā€œ40 minuteā€ appointment was up and we had to leave. I asked if we could come back and look at more halo styles but was told there werenā€™t any more appointments available. WHERE TO GO INSTEAD: Later that afternoon, I found my dream engagement ring and wedding band at Solomon Brothers in Buckhead, GA. Sheradyn Laughridge spent two hours with me, my mom, and my aunt to find the perfect rings. We were also able to see my center diamond in person. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They also price match Brilliant Earth.

    I assisted my best friends fiancĆ© in purchasing an engagement ring from Brilliant Earth. The sales rep advised that the ring be ordered 1 month in advance of the proposal. The ring was ordered 5 weeks in advance. However, Brilliant Earth was unable to provide the engagement ring in time for the proposal. After providing a showroom ring as a placeholder for the proposal, Brilliant Earth delayed the delivery of the official ring three more times over several weeks. My friends were denied any discount on the ring despite Brilliant Earthā€™s repeated failures to deliver the ring on time.

    I really should have checked the ratings here. Went to store, and found the perfect ring, told we had to make an appointment to view it/buy it/etc. I took a weekend off, as I work in the wedding industry myself, losing commission to attend an appointment made a month out, because both me and my spouse sent my ring selections and they didn't order them. We found the night before. We were ready to walk in and buy. Online chat "help" suggested a I speak to a manager at the store. No thanks. Think I'll pick a store that actually wants our money.

    Thereā€™s so much to our story and experience with Brilliant Earth - but at the end of the day it wasnā€™t about carat size, color, cut, or priceā€¦they just couldnā€™t offer anything in store to purchase that didnā€™t include their online catalogā€¦.which included appointment after appointment to see the stones in person. Their customer service and empathy lacked common decency and I would never recommend their product or experience when shopping for anything from an engagement ring to a pair of earrings. They have false marketing perfected. Stay away.

    Caroline was SO great! We have just started the process of looking at engagement rings and our time with Caroline was so educational. She showed us many options, was transparent with us about the process, and made us feel welcome. As someone who doesnā€™t wear much jewelry, itā€™s easy to feel outside of my element. Caroline was approachable and kind and made us feel so comfortable. Thank you so much!! Editing to add - my boyfriend proposed last week!! After our visit, he went back alone to Brilliant Earth and worked with Caroline to get my ring. He said she was just as amazing as the first time! Yay!! The ring is stunning and Iā€™m so happy!

    Our experience with Maia Gibson at the Atlanta showroom was wonderful! After my fiancĆ© purchased the engagement ring from Brilliant Earth online, we came to the showroom to try on wedding bands and ask about resizing. Maia was helpful, encouraging, and energetic! She showed us some rings we had looked at online as well as great suggestions based on our preferences and style, and gave us helpful information about the resizing process. Weā€™re so excited to order the bands soon!

    Do not shop here. There are much better options. I purchased a ring for $3000. It took 6 weeks to arrive. I arrived scratched and was not engraved as ordered. This was a replacement for a different ring that I purchased in 2022. The stones kept falling out, not once, but 3 times. They remade the ring 3 times in one year. I give up. I will get my money back and take my business elsewhere.

    I called into order $8000 worth of jewelry for my engagement and ended up with $4500 in limbo for a week, they wouldnā€™t start making the ring and they sold the diamond I wanted. This place makes me sick to my stomach. Update: after going to 10 jewelry stores and finding nothing but junk I gave Brilliant Earth a second shot and the ring came today. My god was it worth the wait. Absolutely stunning. They sure do have one hell of a product and design. Im going insure the hell out of it too lol.

    This is by far the worst company to purchase your jewelry. The company does not care about their customers. The lack of customer service should be outlawed. Iā€™ve never had to go through more steps just to not receive what I paid for, and then be redirected to management that never returns calls or the sales associates hanging up on you because they donā€™t want to give you the bad news about your purchases. Their lack of communication skills is comical and pathetic. Iā€™ve never been more disappointed with a legitimate company as much as this one, which leads me to believe that they are not actually as legitimate as they seem to be. Do your research before ordering from this company! Your purchase might sound good but good luck getting it in any kind of timely manner and a special good luck if your looking to talk to anyone about your complaints, because apparently all they do is take your information and never call you back. These people should be arrested and their businesses license revoked! They do not deserve to even be called a company. Still waiting on my order and my 3 return calls from managers that never came. Just a warning donā€™t make the same mistake I did in thinking these people were legitimate or sincere because unfortunately thatā€™s not the case. 0-10 in every category!

    Have purchased Brilliant earth jewelry in the past and the customer service has been amazing! Recently went for a ring appointment and was really impressed. Staff was really nice and was not pushy at all to purchase same day. Kimberly helped us out and answered every question we had and showed us many options. She helped us find the ring!

    They donā€™t stand behind their product. No warranties. I had my ring for less than 2 months. A stone fell out. They blamed me for it and charged me for the repair. No periodic check of the settings of their stones either. When asked about it they told me to just take it to a local jeweler.

    My girlfriend and I had such a wonderful experience working with Maia Gibson in the Atlanta showroom. From start to finish, she made us both feel extremely comfortable with the process. She was patient, knowledgeable, engaging, and a joy to work with. From the beginning, it was clear that she prioritized helping us find what we loved, and not the sale. We couldn't recommend Maia or Brilliant Earth more!

    My husband proposed with the most beautiful ring from brilliant earth in 2016 because I cared about ethical and sustainable jewelry. His experience was apparently great and all done on the internet! Thrilled to live near a showroom now for any future purchases.     I had done my due diligence on-line prior to visiting the show room. We took a spontaneous trip to visit Atlanta for the day and happened to recall Brilliant Earth had a local show room and decided to stop in. The show room was clean and inviting. We met Maia Henderson who was exceptionally helpful. Although we needed an appointment to view loose gemstones, she was able to accommodate us and show us rings and gemstones in the size and cut that I had been looking at. I purchased our gemstone on the spot and Maia took care of everything else. It was an extremely easy and hassle free transaction. Thank you Maia for your time, courtesy, and class.

    I came to this location to look for a wedding band and was so happy with the experience. My fiance and I were helped by Nate and he was so sweet. I had a few in mind that I wanted to try on during the appointment, and I got to try them all on and many more too, but ultimately ended up choosing a ring that Nate recommended based on my style and preferences. He was great and the experience feels very personalized even though you're in the showroom with other clients. We ordered my wedding band during the appointment and the shipping was pretty fast. Highly recommend for anyone interested.

    At first impression, Brilliant Earth is clean, proper and easily accessible. It kept that standard for the duration of our visit. Quaandra ā€œCodyā€ was a delight the instant we were seen in the showroom. She was very hospitable, knowledgeable and quirky. It was refreshing to have such a salesperson so relatable. She helped my soon to be fiancĆ© figure out exactly what ring she wanted at a timely manner. Thank you Cody from Brilliant Earth for making such a stress free experience.

    Our consultant Maia was amazing and very helpful with picking out our ring! My BF and I had no idea how to pick out a diamond or what any of the four C's meant, but Maia walked us through the process and made everything very easy! She even took the time to read my notes in the appointment booking and brought out settings that matched exactly what I wrote. We picked up the ring yesterday and it's incredibly beautiful and even more that what we imagined.

    My boyfriend and I walked into Brilliant Earth this afternoon to look at engagement rings for the first time. We had the absolute pleasure of having Taylor help us out! She was SO helpful and patient with us. She not only helped us figure out what we liked by letting me try on dozens of rings, but she made sure we had an appointment booked to return and see the actual gemstones. Taylor went above and beyond by also bringing out wedding bands to see what combination of engagement band/wedding bands we liked too!     The ladies at Brilliant Earth are so friendly and helpful! I was in-and-out of the venue for a resizing in 5 minutes. They also follow Covid measures, making the venue feel safe and clean. Definitely recommend!

    Such kind, considerate people that work at this location. They are always exceptionally friendly as soon as you walk through the door and make sure all of your questions are answered.     Our experience with Jeffrey Taylor at the Atlanta location was exceptional. My boyfriend and I scheduled an appointment online and met with Jeffrey to explore engagement ring styles. I had a diamond picked out, but the setting was a different story. Somehow though, Jeffrey knew what I would like and picked out the exact styles I had saved online just from very little information I gave him. Jeffrey was very informative, fun and listened to our needs. We came back two days later to purchase our beautiful lab created diamond engagement ring through Jeffrey. We couldn't be happier with the process, staff and product. If you're looking for a low stress and educational experience, try Brilliant Earth. They also only take in a few people at a time inside the gallery so you have more of a one-on-one personal experience.

    My partner and I went to Brilliant Earth. We had no experience previously looking at rings. We easily set up an appointment with Austin online. In the store, he made us feel comfortable and spent the time to inform us about the different types of diamonds, rings, and styles. It was incredibly helpful. Also, the store was beautiful and everyone there was very friendly.

    Just got engaged, and I had done very little research on engagement rings. The experience at Brilliant Earth was fantastic. We worked with Jeffrey, who was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I gave him a few preferences (not a lot to work with) and he came back with a selection of rings that were spot on. I found my perfect engagement ring in less than an hour and cannot wait to wear it!     The Brilliant Earth experience is a 10 out of 10. You set an appointment online and get what feels like VIP treatment. Our guide Maia was amazing and I would recommend her every time. She took us into the private showroom and walked my partner and I through different styles, diamond shapes, settings, and pricing without ever missing a beat. She made me as a man feel very comfortable and we walked out of there with smiles on our faces. Ask for Maia and you will not be disappointed.

    Definitely book an appointment and come to the showroom! I had Kimberly help me out and she was absolutely wonderful. I felt no pressure, was able to try on all the rings and in the end I found my dream wedding band. She was so kind and welcoming. I am very happy with my experience at this Brilliant Earth.

    It was a great experience! We were welcomed warmly, spoken to with care, and felt genuinely welcome. We worked with Caroline who helped explain many things we didnā€™t understand about rings! Additionally, we were never pressured for additional add ons or purchases. Hopefully I never have to go back for another engagement ring, but I will most definitely go back for other jewelry I may be interested in!

    My partner and I had a wonderful experience at the Atlanta showroom. Our jewelry consultant, Maia Henderson, was such a joy to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and really made the extra effort to find the perfect engagement ring and wedding band for me. I visited three other jewelers in the Atlanta area looking for a unique diamond and setting, and Brilliant Earth made my vision come to life. I would highly recommend working with Maia. While we experienced a few shipping delays once the rings were ordered, the finished products were well worth the wait.
