My experience at this location was AWESOME!!! My bracelet was oxidized from the pool water and they cleaned it within 3 minutes!! It is back to beautiful! I purchased a bracelet and charm for $195 cash money as a gift… sil didn’t want the gift, so I call for a refund they say No only store credit!? I don’t want no credit I want my money back…No refund sign posted, if so I wouldn’t have bought anything from them! This isn’t good business Buyer be aware 😤

I purchased a bracelet online on cyber Monday for my sister as a gift. The bracelet was too small so she took it back to the Greenbriar store to do an even exchange. She was told that she would have to pay the difference in price for the bracelet although it was an even exchange and he would not be out of any money. He said because those are his prices and what he’s charging at the time. So the owner would receive the returned bracelet plus additional money for a sale he did not make. Instead of doing an even exchange. He said he can do this because he’s not Pandora and just an authorized dealer. @Pandora, this authorized dealer is making you look bad.
