This was one of the best hospital stays I’ve had which has been more than a few due to my chronic asthma. All the staff were friendly and made my stay very comfortable. Dr. Yang, P.A. Luisa, Nurse Sidnei, Shelby and Camelia really care about their patients.

Pre-Op Exam today at Piedmont West Howell Mill. I came in 30 minutes early to a great front office staff. Friendly and attentive. Five minutes (5), FIVE MINUTES (5) Did I say 5 MINUTES!!! I hadn't finished my paper work and they were calling me to the back. Emmediatly the technician was fitting me with a back brace which didn't fit 🙄( darn I have to loose more weight) 😂🤣 PA Matthew Sartorio came in and said he will order one the day of my surgery. He thoroughly explained the upcoming surgery procedures and what is expected of me post op. I know I'll be in great hands. PIEDMONT ROCKS🎸

This review is for OrthoAtlanta, Today Oct 28th 2020, I went to OrthoAtlanta with whom I've had a billing issue for some months. I was initially greeted by Ms. Cheri who proceeded to listen to my issue. Cheri immediately sympathized and empathized with my outstanding issue and went into action. Cheri analyzed the situation, gave further needed clarification, and then got a senior manager named Eddie involved. Within 30 minutes the year long issue was resolved and I had all the necessary documentation I needed to also close the issue with credit reporting agencies as well. It was all a simple billing misunderstanding. This is the type of customer service that goes above and beyond just regular day to day duties and operations. It is this type of commitment to excellence that allows me to retain my faith in people. It is the realization that there are still great people out there that will go the extra mile, if you simply approach them the correct way. My sincere thanks to both Cheri and Eddie for going out of their way to take care of a patients concerns without hesitation. Neither of them had to bend over backwards to help me, but yet they did anyway. For this I am eternally grateful. You both get an A+++++ for your attention to detail and just being amazingly helpful. Dr. Simbas you have two staff members that are both worth their weight in gold. You should keep them both for as long as you possibly can. The building itself is beautiful and there are a huge host of talented doctors, I’m appalled at the furniture in the lobby of this building that houses very many accomplished doctors, the furniture in the lobby has much to be desired, being filthy and all torn leaves a horrible impression of cleanliness and care and as a doctor would leave a horrific reflection on their professionalism.

Had a great experience for first visit. Staff was very friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate me getting me an MRI appointment same day. I had a great visit. I would highly recommend this place. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

So far a 5 star location with Front staff being more than accommodating and friendly. That’s important! Dr. Symbas communication was great and his PA Kelly was more than informative. Very much appreciate!! Thank you and hope if I do knee replacement all goes well.

Outstanding place! Dr Johnston is the Greatest. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. The Office staff have the CAN DO Attitude and will get the Job Done.

Awesome service and care. Dr. Symbas was great and very knowledgeable. Peter explained things clearly and very down to earth. Akilah made PT fun while ensuring recovery went well. The receptionists were always polite, caring and efficient. If we ever need to return we will definitely return.

Building is great and convenient, but what is upsetting is - employee’s that are working in the building ALL DAY are taking up prime parking spots that should be for patients - the building does not care, but Dr’s offices should - there are other levels of the garage where these employees should be parking and NOT in the first row at the doors - in addition, the lobby furniture is sad - torn cushions, uncomfortable seating - clearly the Dr’s offices dont care but patients do.

Dr Peter Symbas and his team at OrthoAtlanta have continued to excel at meeting the needs of their patients. I mistakenly arrived almost an hour before my scheduled appointment time but I was seen in a timely and friendly manner and actually departed before the scheduled time of my appointment. No one made me feel uncomfortable that my untimely arrival created a burden for them I have had both knees replaced since early May and have been impressed with the efficiency and patient care and concern shown me by the entire staff during every visit.

Dr. Peter Symbas and staff from the check in to the check out they are all awesome and they really do care about the patients they serve. Dr. Symbas is caring and he never leaves the room until all your questions have been answered. The nursing staff ,the front desk, the surgery schedule person. They are all just great!!!!

Everyone here was amazing!! Everyone was super nice from the receptionist to the nurse to the radiology tech to the doctor. Dr Mathers was very attending, great bedside manner, super pro and made me feel like he really cares. Definitely loved coming here and would recommend to my friends in a heartbeat!! Thanks for the wonderful care Dr Mathers and team!!

Dr. Travis Littleton is an amazing surgeon. The Piedmont West staff is the best. Very professional and attentive to their patients. They listen and they care.

I love this place. Dr Mathers has been awesome taking care of my injury and the follow up is outstanding. My physical therapist Ryan is also awesome and works me towards full recovery... I absolutely love the personnel... great place!!!!
