I
went
to
OrthoAtlanta
with
whom
I've
had
a
billing
issue
for
some
months.
I
was
initially
greeted
by
Ms.
Cheri
who
proceeded
to
listen
to
my
issue.
Cheri
immediately
sympathized
and
empathized
with
my
outstanding
issue
and
went
into
action.
Cheri
analyzed
the
situation,
gave
further
needed
clarification,
and
then
got
a
senior
manager
named
Eddie
involved.
Within
30
minutes
the
year
long
issue
was
resolved
and
I
had
all
the
necessary
documentation
I
needed
to
also
close
the
issue
with
credit
reporting
agencies
as
well.
It
was
all
a
simple
billing
misunderstanding.
This
is
the
type
of
customer
service
that
goes
above
and
beyond
just
regular
day
to
day
duties
and
operations.
It
is
this
type
of
commitment
to
excellence
that
allows
me
to
retain
my
faith
in
people.
It
is
the
realization
that
there
are
still
great
people
out
there
that
will
go
the
extra
mile,
if
you
simply
approach
them
the
correct
way.
My
sincere
thanks
to
both
Cheri
and
Eddie
for
going
out
of
their
way
to
take
care
of
a
patients
concerns
without
hesitation.
Neither
of
them
had
to
bend
over
backwards
to
help
me,
but
yet
they
did
anyway.
For
this
I
am
eternally
grateful.
You
both
get
an
A+++++
for
your
attention
to
detail
and
just
being
amazingly
helpful.
Dr.
Simbas
you
have
two
staff
members
that
are
both
worth
their
weight
in
gold.
You
should
keep
them
both
for
as
long
as
you
possibly
can.
Please
ensure
they
both
get
Christmas
bonuses
to
properly
take
care
of
their
families.
