I
love
the
atmosphere
at
this
pain
management
location.
I’m
very
careful
about
who
I
let
touch
my
body
and
positive
energy
is
a
must
for
me.
The
service
that
my
daughter
and
I
received
at
this
location
was
beyond
outstanding.
From
the
very
first
call
I
received
from
Tasha
to
set
up
our
first
appointment.
She
was
so
kind
and
very
patient
with
me.
She
wouldn’t
allow
me
to
give
up
when
fear
scared
me
from
moving
forward
with
a
treatment
that
would
give
me
relief.
Nata,
Tasha
and
Jennifer
are
simply
the
best
humans
ever.
They
work
well
together
and
they
look
out
for
each
other
as
am
well
as
us
the
clients.
They
were
not
just
kind
to
us
but
to
everyone
that
came
through
the
door.
They
definitely
put
me
at
ease
and
they
don’t
play
about
setting
my
appointments.
Your
appointment
will
be
set
before
you
leave.
I
don’t
have
a
car
so
they
also
ensured
that
I
never
missed
my
appointments
by
ensuring
that
my
appointment
was
scheduled
and
my
Lyft
ride
was
too.
I’m
so
grateful
I
didn’t
have
to
worry
about
getting
to
my
appointment.
When
I
first
came
to
Nexgen
there
was
another
Dr.
I
was
told
that
he
wasn’t
going
to
be
able
to
complete
my
care
I
was
disappointed
because
I
loved
his
energy
and
the
connection
that
I
had
with
him.
Being
honest,
I
was
afraid
to
let
another
doctor
do
my
treatment
plan
on
my
daughter
and
I.
I
wasn’t
sure
if
I
could
connect
with
someone
else
so
quickly.
Tasha
to
the
rescue
again.
She
told
me
to
just
come
to
the
appointment
and
give
the
new
doctor
a
chance.
I
reluctantly
agreed.
I
told
Tasha
that
I
was
coming
but
that
I
wasn’t
going
to
do
the
previously
plan
treatment
because
I
had
to
see
if
I
connected
with
my
new
doctor
first.
She
understood.
At
my
next
appointment
I
seen
this
little
person
that
looked
like
a
little
girl
to
me.
Nope,
that
was
Dr.
Christina
York
PA.
She
instantly
put
me
at
ease
with
her
kind
spirit
and
pleasant
energy.
She
came
into
the
appointment
with
a
copy
of
my
daughter’s
and
my
MRI…she
went
over
the
MRI
with
us
and
explained
to
us
in
full
detail
what
the
MRI
results
showed
and
why
the
treatment
that
was
scheduled
was
good
for
us.
She
took
all
my
guards
and
blocks
down
and
I
scheduled
the
appointment.
Since
then
she
has
did
3
injections
on
me
and
I
had
no
fear
in
my
heart
that
my
daughter
and
I
would
not
be
taken
great
care
of.

Now,
Jennifer
is
the
absolute
best
I
have
small
veins.
When
I
get
blood
drawn
it
is
painful,
take
forever
and
I
always
get
a
blown
vein.
Not
on
Jennifer’s
watch
she
understands
how
to
properly
draw
blood.
I
love
her
technique
and
I’ve
never
had
a
blown
vein
with
her.
When
Jennifer
wasn’t
available
that’s
when
my
girl
Nata
draws
my
blood
and
I
calm
her
the
vampire
slayer.
She
get
my
blood
every-time
and
send
me
on
my
way
and
nope
you
guess
it…my
vein
wasn’t
blown.
Hahaha
Seriously,
these
ladies
turned
a
very
hard
time
in
my
daughter’s
and
my
life
to
a
blissful
delight.
I
didn’t
want
to
end
my
session
with
them
but
all
amazing
things
must
come
to
an
end
right.
They
took
very
good
care
of
us
and
I’m
so
grateful
that
they
didn’t
allow
me
to
allow
fear
to
hold
me
back.
The
treatment
really
helped
not
only
my
back
but
my
right
leg.
You
can
trust
this
team…they
will
take
great
care
of
you.
They
gave
us
a
good
back
brace
and
Tens
unit
and
they
always
have
great
snacks,
cold,
hot
and
room
temperature
water
plus
so
much
more.
They
really
made
me
feel
like
family
and
a
love
that
I
can’t
explain.
The
facility
is
clean,
bathroom
was
cleaner
and
they
follow
all
COVID
protocol.
This
place
is
Shana
approved.
Thanks

you
did
for
my
daughter
and
I,
Ladies.
We
grateful
appreciate
you
all.
Hopefully,
we
blessed
y’all
as
much
as
you
blessed
us.
I
do
have
a
con.
I
met
the
owners
of
NexGen
and
they
were
not
as
friendly.
I
felt
like
in
their
presence
that
I
was
just
a
number.
I
didn’t
fell
valued.
They
were
not
kind
people
at
all.
They
was
just
standing
around
looking
almost
like
micro
managing.
