Absolutely the nicest people I have ever met, every single one of them! They understand you're in pain and they do anything to make sure you're comfortable and are healing properly. I would recommend them to anyone and wouldn't be found anywhere else for chiropractic treatment but here!!

The Staff at AICA Snellville is absolutely amazing, the are professional , courteous, outstanding in customer service , patience they work around your schedule. What I like the most and I can’t call all the names , they are all the same each time you go no attitudes. They work as a team you don’t see that very often. They treat everyone special if you get injured and need an Orthopedic this is the place to go, they have several locations where all the Staffs are amazing. Clean location of which I love I can’t say enough about AICA , they have everything you need after an accident injury alone with attorneys and so many other services. It’s a pleasure to write this review about such a wonderful facility and the outstanding staff that works there. Including the Doctors, Chiropractors, and physical Therapist.

The Office and staff are amazing, they’re very welcoming and helpful! Deisy is the sweetest, she’ll make sure you never miss an appointment, she’s very punctual in calling to make sure you make your appointment or have to change the time. Also Tara is an amazing Chiropractor. I’m so glad I was Referred this office, they make you feel at home. I definitely recommend this office to anyone!

They are extremely nice and caring at this facility. I was welcomed with such a warm welcome, not only from the front desk, but my actual doctor. Although this visit is my first, they talk to me as if I am a regular patient. After going through my accident, it feels very nice to have the doctor be as nice and thorough with their services. The entire staff is amazing from the moment you walk in! They are very attentive to all aspects of your care and having the ability to see all of the doctors is one of the best things about the practice, since you have them all looking out for your well being! If you are in pain ...they are definitely the ones to see!! I’m much better for going here and can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done!

The Doctors and staff are always personable and friendly, at the same time keeping it all professional. They make my injuries seem like nothing. When I walk in they address me by name, which makes me feel like I'm the only one they see all day, even when there is a line in front. I love the feeling.

I have had the (mis)fortune of visiting this facility three times in two years for treatment after three automobile accidents. From my first visit, I've never regretted going there! All of the staff are extremely friendly and professional. They always remember my name and even my son's name. The doctors are caring and compassionate. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do I will not hesitate to go back. I HIGHLY recommend AICA Snellville!

As soon as you walk into the office the staff immediately greets you. The office staff gives you their undivided attention. On a scale of 1 to 5 for the front office, it would be a 5. The Snellville office does a great job to ensure that you get in immediately for treatment or therapy. The doctors communicate effectively and efficiently in every step of the process.
