I have been receiving someone else's mail from this medical practice for weeks. I've tried returning it, but they keep sending more. I tried calling, because the letters look very important. When I finally got a warm body, the lady was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Her tone of voice was as though she couldn't care less and just wanted me to shut up. You can bet if I ever need this type of service done, I will NOT be using this place.

Awful clinic. They do not authorize refills in a timely manner. If you need a prior authorization forget about it. You will never speak to the nurse in person. My spouse attempted to see another provider at Piedmont; however, since I was followed here I could not see someone else without a review of records etc. I would not recommend this clinic, I would not recommend Dr. Gilbert

Would absolutely not recommend this practice. Saw Dr. Gilbert several times, and he was okay (average at best). But what was completely unacceptable was his nurse and ultimately the practice manager. Dr. Gilbert prescribed me a rescue medication for migraines which I proceeded to try to fill at my local CVS, however it required a prior authorization by my insurance. Long story short, it took a MONTH and no less than 10 phone calls on my part to their office, to my insurance, and being told lie after lie by both Dr. Gilbert's nurse and the Practice Manager about how I could not get the script filled at CVS (which I did). They were trying to push me having it filled through their preferrred vendor which I can only assume gives them some sort of kickback. They lied about trying to work with my insurance company, lied about completing the prior authorization, lied about "not being able to just get it filled at CVS", and then took it upon themselves to send it to their preferred pharmacy without my knowledge or consent. They were completely unprofessional. I would highly recommend finding a different practice if you're able to do so.

AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COST! The doctors patient manner was poor (Dr Gilbert), the equipment was not working properly (which is not good when you are getting electric shock treatment), and the staff made TWO billing errors on the same visit. First they said we had paid $40 copayment on the visit when we paid $50. So they continued to bill for $10. We paid that and then discovered the error. We tried to get the $10 back but we only got a large helping of attitude. They couldn't find the $10 payment we had sent although I could see it had cleared our bank. They insisted we needed to send a copy of the check, which cost $15. Ridiculous!

I've been trying to reach out to the office because I have a bill and there's no way to pay online. I've been calling for a week, and no one picks up the phone on any of the available options. the website seems to have been last updated in 1998. the phone numbers on the bill are outdated.

Horrible communication. They do not answer the phone or call you back in a timely manner. They were screening my calls and sending me to voicemail repeatedly on multiple days but answered immediately when I called from a different number. They did not tell us they did not receive the scan that we made an appt. to discuss the results of and did not ask us to bring the scans. Waste of time and incredibly frustrating. Very unprofessional and dangerous for the population of patients they 'serve'.

NEVER EVER GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVER!!! You will be sorry! Not to be dramatic but worst service ever. I spent WEEKS trying to get a necessary migraine prescription refilled. The pharmacy even called them. Guess what? They still haven’t filled it and as I feared, I now have a migraine with nothing to counteract it. They do not care about you at all. They cannot help you if you call. They don’t care if you don’t have your medication. They don’t care if you have a migraine. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT come here for any reason! You will be discarded while you feel your worst.

I have been a patient of Dr. English for 6 years. I have chronic migraines. I am not sure where all of these bad reviews are coming from--I have had such positive experiences here. Dr. English is extremely empathetic and caring and always has a plan A, B, C, etc. He is encouraging and doesn't give up on my case. I see him every three months and I have never left feeling frustrated or like I wasn't well cared for. I have actually recommended Dr. English to 4 friends who all regularly see him as well.

Very unprofessional experience! I suffered a broken back injury and was told to go see a Neurosurgeon, unfortunately when the doctor (at the hospital) told me that they had me on morphine. I accidentally scheduled myself to see Dr. Seiden at Peachtree Neuro. He walked in, I told him of my situation and he said "You are at the wrong place, you should go see a Neurosurgeon. I was in his office about 4 minutes. I had already paid my $30 co-pay and thought that would be the last I would hear from them. Then I got a bill for $243.17. I called and spoke to their accounting department and eventually to the Dr. himself. I explained I went to him on mistake and that he had realized it within the first minute. He said that he "diagnosed me" as needing a Neurosurgeon and therefore the $243.17 bill stands. I think an intelligent monkey could have done the same thing. This doctor/clinic took advantage of me when I was in pain and not fully aware of what was going on. I highly advise that you stay away from him!

left this place and had to come back because of insurance and it’s just as bad as it was at first. they will call you to confirm a appointment however, won’t answer and charge you for late or no show fees. livid about this place and you might want to think twice about contacting them or coming to this office!

Don't go if you want help!I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS before my appointment today! Horrible experience with DR. Lawrence Seidel today. I came seeking answers to my sleep problems (referred to the clinic by an ER Dr.) - once Seidel asked me a few questions, and I answered them, with no eye contact, he asked in a very condescending tone- "Why are you here?" " Who sent you to me?" - I almost walked out then and started to get very upset. I stayed and tried to ask him questions and things stayed the same. I told him that my ER physician referred me to the clinic, and that I am desperate for answers to my ongoing sleep issues. He said " I only deal with issues like narcolepsy" - I questioned him by saying it mentioned all sleep issues on the website , insomnia included. For one thing, I won't let a DR., particularly a man, talk down to me as the patient---I am paying him!!! Not the other way around. Also--when I walked in to the waiting room, Dr. Seidel was complaining to a woman at the front desk about another patient or person being late all the time and he was being rude about everything. VERY VERY upsetting appointment - will not pay for an appointment that was nothing but a miserable man talking down to me. Please remember this - especially women- as you decide who to let help with your mental and physical health. Hopefully Dr's like him are fading out of the work field.

😠 First off, this place is disgusting. Secondly, I waited an hour and wasn’t even seen. Walked in and was handed a clipboard and sent to a “patient room” where I was left for an hour before I decided to leave. All pictures are how it was when I walked in. Don’t bother coming here. Go to the ER where...

😠 I for sure would not go back here. The nurse and doctor I saw were very friendly, however when I left I was walked out by the nurse and even stopped by the front desk to ask if I need to do anything else prior to leaving. I was told I was good to leave. As I got back home I received a call from a gi...

😐 I made an appointment and arrived about 30 minutes early. The waiting room had 1 other person in it. I waited over 1 1/2 hours. Only 2 others came in during that time. Temperature was extremely hot - the nurse said it was broken and they checked- it was 81 degrees. Once I got back, it was great!...

😠 $423 for a covid test. We called billing twice and they were no help. First person acknowledged it was too high and would move it up the chain. Still got a bill. Called back, second person acknowledged it was miscoded and not to worry about the bill. Two weeks later, we get another bill for the same...
