Constantly violating hippa laws and selling patient information. They hold patient urine samples in a shed instead of the proper refrigeration necessary. They withhold information from attorneys like the fact that they sell patient records to funding companies for “quick cash.” For the longest time they had a non-certified employee taking vitals when they employee had no clue how to do it just because Louise was too lazy to do them. This establishment does a lot of shady and sketchy things behind the scenes and needs and will be reported to OSHA.

Went there for the first time on June 3rd after a car accident. Dr. Billian and his staff are beyond amazing and patient with you. Office was nice and welcoming. If I have any problems in the future (hopefully not) these guys are my go 2!

Elite service is what them provided me! I can’t say enough about the staff at Elite Sport. The atmosphere was always warm and welcoming. Even as they renovated their facility. The nurse was always attentive and thorough with each visit to assess my injuries. Dr. Billian put together a great treatment plan once he found what was causing my symptoms and followed up regularly to track my improvement and made adjustments as necessary. He was also able to explain my injuries to me in a way that was easy to understand and why he was taking his approach to my treatment. They all made me feel very comfortable with having my health in their hands.

Dr. Carl Billian is and was more than supportive and attentive throughout my entire/unfortunate circumstance that lead to this professional, well mannered, and cleaned establishment. He was more than patient and well briefed on my every visit. The receptionist (miss Shameka); is and was very understanding, funny, willing to assist, and go over and beyond with scheduling and maintaining appts. She also ensured to wish you a good day and willing to listen if it helped ur day progress better. And she made sure to still accompany you if you were running late for an appt. Furthermore, you can’t forget about the medical assistant (miss Gabriela); whom always kept a beautiful and stunning smile and personality through every visit. Who was sure to ask all needed quest and addressed any and all concerns that one may have, and was sure to debrief the Dr. on all concerns and questions so that their was no need to repeat yourself. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ORHERS!!!

Was referred to Dr. Carl Billian after sustaining a forehead injury in an auto accident and was very apprehensive as I knew nothing about him, had never been to a neurologist, and had some issues with other medical providers after my accident.
