Great pizza!! 🍕I love that they offer vegan and gluten free options. Prices seem a little expensive for fast food, especially since you are up charged for any different dough type, but the food is pretty high quality. Good selection of different meats and veggies: everyone will be able to create their perfect pizza. You can also add dressing and sauces which is fun. The service was good except the workers seemed a little understaffed and were definitely very busy.

I've been going yo Blaze ever since they opened. I hadn't been in a while and decided to stop by since I was on that side of town. Had a build your own pizza, which was delicious. Staff was cool but the restaurant needed to be cleaned. It was food and napkins all over the floor. Tables were dirty to the point I had to wipe mine off myself. The store manager needs to tighten up on that. Food was 10/10 as always.

Great pizza. I did the make your own and it was bussin. Deff recommend grtting pesto on top of a white pizza and the balsamic sara recommend also smacked. Pizza could been been cooked a liiiitle longer but overall was really great. Awesome service, kind workers and sara is fantastic! I will come back just for her. Love it.

Service was ok. Felt rushed while ordering. Had to keep repeating myself. They couldn’t hear my order over the loud music they were playing in the back (not the dining room music). No ice for the drinks. My half pizza was way too hard. I prefer the Decatur location over this one.

My 1st time eating Blaze Pizza, they had social distance marks for you to stand when ordering pizza. They were willing to help me and tell me what I can get. Some great fresh baked oven pizza (B.O.P 😂) that is better & cheaper than these food chains pizza places. The flavor of the pizza was everything..just say I’m safe that I don’t live near one

The pizza was fresh and delicious. I love that they cook it in front of you. Weird vibes from the staff, selective about who they give good customer service to. No big deal though. I will say this, the restaurant is filthy. It desperately needs a deep clean. The drink machine makes you want to turn around and go somewhere else.

I've been wanted to come here to try the New Commotion in the City. This pizza is Bomb!!. The Crust is on point crunchy and soft. The Tomato Sauce is excellent!. I had the Veggie Pizza and It was Amazing Super Fresh and tasty. The sizes of the pizza was the right sizes for one person. If your In Town and want Pizza give it a Go and try this local Spot in the city!. I know I will be back.. Thank you guys! For the Great Customer Service!.

This is the most insane blaze location in all of Atlanta and maybe all of the world. My friend and I did the bff special tonight, his pizza was done maybe 10min after we arrived and mine took an entire extra hour for some reason. By the time they were finally making mine they told me they were out of white sauce so I asked if I could get the pesto instead. Fine, maybe they wouldn’t have been out of the white sauce if they’d made it when we ordered it but that’s life I guess. Anyways once I finally got home and opened my pizza it had not a single thing I order on it including red sauce instead of pesto OR the white sauce I originally ordered. Every time I go to this location I have a new disappointing experience

Went to Ikea today and had our dog with us. After the family finished shopping, we stopped by the Blaze pizza nearby on our way out. Blaze is always great and this one was no exception. Friendly staff and great food. We really like their lemonade selections. The blood orange lemonade is great to mix with tea. We went there because they have a small section of outdoor seating on the front side of the restaurant. This location has a front and back parking lot. The outdoor area could have been a little cleaner, but it could have just been the time of day we were there. Nothing awful. The main thing was having good, quick food close to where we were with outdoor seating and they came through for us.

This place used to be my all time favorite, but the last time I went there was enough oil on our two pizzas to fill up a 6 ounce cup. Ask them to go light on the sauce. Probably won’t go back for a long time.

I love this location!!! I wasn’t a big pizza lover until Blaze! However, this location’s atmosphere is inviting, safe and super clean. I totally enjoy the staff consistency and smiles. Far as MY CUSTOM PIZZA .. through customer/staff team work… IT TOTALLY SHOULD BE LISTED ON THEIR MENU LOL .. Love this place. The people are always nice and they always try their best to accommodate your taste buds. I order vegan every time and hadn’t been disappointed yet. They even have vegan chorizo. I’m not a fan of red sauce so I they usually make me a garlic olive oil type base- can we say amazeballs.

Poor customer service. I ordered a pizza online from the direct website for delivery and received no tracking and no one can tell me where my pizza is and when it will be arriving. The lady I spoke to basically said not her problem because they use a third party for delivery. So my pizza should have arrived and has not arrived nor do I know when it will arrive or if it will ever arrive thank you Blaze for not helping me at all with my issue I contacted support and will be expecting a refund Update: This is the second time in a row i’ve had an issue. Got to blaze and they gave me the wrong pizza went back and waited for mine…And I get home and it’s not even cut and still has a piece of equipment in the middle of my pizza. This is the last time I will be placing an order at this location.

Had a horrible experience with one of the employees. She definitely can use some customer service training or treat your customers like you would want to be treaded. I am vegan#1 so when asked to change gloves it should not be a issue, Cross contamination. But I asked for BBQ and since her bottle was empty and she had to go to the other station she barely put any on it plus she didn't smooth it out like you would do any other sauce. My daughter ordered my grandsons the same way and the gentleman who made his, did it the right way. So then she added ALOT trying to be funny.It wasn't cool and I have never had an experience like this at any BLAZE PIZZA before. She needed a attitude adjustment. Look I was in the service industry for 20yrs and I know how some customers are but, I treat everyone with respect no matter what end I'm on. If your having a bad day..... leave it at the door and Woosa. (However it's spelt) OH and also the 2 other pies had severely burnt crust!!

awesome personal pizzas. the green stripe is my favorite. they let you customize the pizzas too. they used to have a ghost pepper drizzle but not anymore :(

Save your money, they don't want to be bothered with customers. Terrible service and their staff conduct themselves in a horrible manner. Remind staff that customers can, in fact, see through the clear plexiglass windows on the line. They may want to refrain from gossiping, talking poorly about customers, using their phones, and touching hair while handling the food. One woman was actually speaking with someone on speaker phone while we were checking out. She then walked away while checking us out and never returned. The young man cutting pizzas ended up having to do it. I've worked in customer/food service for many many years and have never left a review but our visit on 9/19/23 was too disappointing to ignore. I won't be eating the salad I received due to the young lady's lack of hygiene and basic food safety. The salad box was so slimy and gross, that I had to hold it with a napkin during our car ride home. Avoid this location like the plague. Most folks in Atlanta will say the same thing.

I placed an online order for 2 pizzas to pick up at 6:00 PM. I arrived a few minutes early, so I wasn't expecting my order to be ready. One pizza was ready moments after arriving, however my 2nd pizza was nowhere to be seen. It wasn't even in the oven yet. So my 1st pizza got cold while I waited for the other to be made, which didn't go in until 6:00, the time my order was supposed to be ready. My trip prior to this one, I received burnt pizzas, and didn't realize until I made it all the way home. The quality and service has definitely changed. Probably my last time coming here for a while.

TRASH. Careless. Nasty. Gummy. Sour. .... yes i said SOUR. The first time I went here, maybe last year, the pizza was great. I don't know what changed over the past year but something did and it changed for the worse. Today was the absolute worst pizza I have gotten from here. It was gummy and sour. I still have the sour taste in my mouth. I took one bite and threw it across the room because it was so bad and I was/am furious. A complete waste of money.. I want a refund because the pizza went straight in the trash. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. Not to mention just look at the pizza. It looks like it was throw together carelessly. Its not even a circle and the cutting is ridiculous. Again, just shut this place down. The fact that I cant even count on pizza being decent.... its the most basic of the fast foods. I could've gone with Papa John's, Dominoes, or even Marcos and I would've been satisfied.... This was a complete disappointment. So much for a movie night with pizza... Im going to bed.

This place is awful, I walked in and workers were standing around talking to each other. It took about five minutes for them to ask me what I want to eat. Ask for the manager and one of the people that were standing around was the assistant manager a black man, ask for the store managers name gave me a card called him emailed him never called me back. The worst experience.

A lot of playing and rapping going on in here. Not much attention to customer service and please learn what "drizzle" means and how to evenly cut a pizza. My pizza was swimming in balsamic. Looks like soup.

Me and my fiance have been coming here a lot for the last 2-3 years. Always been big fans until the last 2ish months. The food is still pretty good, but the service is agonizingly slow. The employees just seem like a group of friends that hang out and talk to each other and don’t work very hard. Came into the restaurant tonight at the front of the line and was not served for 15 minutes. Probably won’t come back here for a while.

I ordered a large MeatEater w/black olives & though it took a little while to come, it was definitely worth the wait. #Fresh #Hot&Delicious I will be back! Great job to the staff!

OMG!!! I love the pizza… I am from New York and I just swear that’s the best pizza ever made (besides Chicago) 😂 the half pizza & salad combo will hit a spot… All the pizza MTO and the toppings are super fresh

I've been to this location about 4 times, and I've never had a bad pizza. It's always fresh. The staff are always kind and pretty patient. It's been a good place for lunch so far. That's all.

I love blaze, and I was so happy to see there was a location here in Atlanta, but I’ll be hesitant to return to this location again. We came on a Friday night, and while we understand the dinner rush on the weekend, this location has some kinks to work out. The employees were for the most part clearly working hard, but several of them seemed limited entirely to writing names the paper while the other six managed the building of the pizza, cooking, and check out. We waited over 50 minutes in line until we finally got to order our pizzas. Additionally, not great to see signs on the door requiring masks, but the employees making food were the only ones not following this policy.

I could eat pizza every day if I could. Unfortunately, I don't always have time to wait for an entire pie to be prepared. That's where Blaze usually comes in. With an oven raring at over 500 degrees, fresh and custom-made pies only need to sit in the oven for a few minutes - which is, incidentally, a little over the time it takes to check out and pay - alongside any other warmed desserts that one might order. The menu suggests a few preset pie options, but I have far more fun building my own. What I love most about Blaze is that there's a staggering number of toppings that can be placed atop a personal pie, and no one has ever blinked an eye at one's choices. A man who ordered before me asked for three extra handfuls of mozzarella on his, and the server dutifully placed the cheesy heaps on his pie like it was an everyday occurrence. I've appreciated Blaze's continuing attempts to include all alternative diets by adding nondairy cheese and gluten-free crusts. When we went on a weekend evening, the line was pretty long but the servers here are incredibly efficient and made quick work of things.

Bestie and I went out for pizza 🍕 I got cauliflower crust pepperoni and spinach pizza and my bestie got pepperoni with original crust. Both were delicious. First time there and the space was large and family friendly. Served white claw and beer for the adults. Great price point and amazingly friendly staff. Great spot can't wait to go again ❣️

I have been to blaze prior to this I can say that this location has a really good vibe. I like how you can choose all of your toppings as usual but this round my pizza was not as crispy on the bottom besides that everything was great.
