The Pharmacist and staff at this location are indifferent to your medical needs. They can care less if you need medication right away after a surgery. They are not in a hurry to fill your prescriptions even when your physician calls it in. They use there own discretion in deciding on when your prescription should be filled even if your insurance company will pay for it. They literally decides whether it is too soon to fill your prescription. Very disappointed in the service my family have received at this location. I plan on reporting the practices of this pharmacy location. I am sitting here in some serious pain right now because of the bad practices of this location.

The rudest staff I have ever experienced. No smiles don’t really want to help you. I even called the lead pharmacist a light skin lady rolled her eyes at me! Absolutely the worst! Actually it’s both the assistant manager and the department manager in the pharmacy both of them are the rudest supervisors I have ever met Their employees are just as route starts from the top works its way down

Best employees in town and excellent meat and produce. Good selection of top brands and the store brand is not a bad 2nd choice. Love the cashiers and the pharmacy personnel. First class operation. New store manager now, so I'm keeping my eyes and ears open. They've had a lemon or two, but also have had top of the line managers. The poor ones don't seem to last long. I am dismayed over the horrible quality of fruits and vegetables in the fresh produce section that we received from this store on multiple occasions. We should be offered quality items to consume, not items that should have been discarded to avoid poisoning consumers. No one should eat rotten, moldy fruit and call it healthy. This is unacceptable Publix.

Rude and misinformation almost every time I speak with them on the phone or pick up prescriptions. My friend suggested that I change my pharmacy from CVS to Publix. So sorry that I did. So happy that my insurance company has changed pharmacies.

Have shopped @ this pharmacy for almost 20 years. Only in my opinion is that the customer service has gotten terrible!!! And no matter how it’s complained, it’s business as usual. Well, this is my last time shopping at this location. I really wonder how long it’s going to take the majority of the community to see this as well. I won’t hold MY breath cause in my lifetime I’ve never seen my people remain so lackadaisical to gain mutual respect. I

This is the worst Publix in Atlanta. I’ve shopped here for 5 years and for 5 years they don’t fail in disappointing customers. The deli manager is inept. The deli always runs out of chicken wings everyday without fail. You would think they would just cook more to satisfy the customer demand and keep their sales growing with happy customers. Instead these clowns act like they are doing you a favor by having wings available! When asked they all get an attitude as if you have insulted them. They are also not taking any returns even if the item is spoiled defective.

Worst publix ever, it's the third time I'm making an online order (Deli sub) and they forget to make it ready every single time. NEVER ORDER ONLINE HERE If you want to get your sub faster stay in line and DO NOT ORDER ONLINE

Horrible. Nobody’s really paying attention. I sat there a hour a waiting on medicine that as already ready. Had to ask again for he to just grab it out of the box. They don’t communicate at all. And they don’t care you will sit inside Publix for two hours and catch COVID before you catch ya medicine.
