Today was my second day visiting this location, in fact this would be my 2nd visit since I moved away from Atlanta back in the fall 2009. On June 28, 2021 I visited this location 10th St and Piedmont Ave. I had a great experience, the staff was not only friendly but knowledgeable about the products and services available at Caribou Coffee. In fact, I was so impressed with this place, I told the staff I would come to this coffee shop over Starbucks. While. I was in the store this morning, there was about 3 or 4 staff that were working at this location. I was in the store for quite sometime, before anyone greeted me or even said hello.I earned a beverage reward that could be any drink any size. So I said I would get the drink and give it to someone. Next, the gentleman that was at the counter said that I wasn’t allowed to give my drink away, and he then said I was Soliciting. He was very rude, condescending, Arrogant. I felt very uncomfortable and belittled. After. This incident, I will never visit this location ever again.

Caribou Coffee is so delicious! The baristas were all very welcoming and kind, the store is super cute, and the coffee was delicious! I hope to visit again! Highly recommend the turtle mocha, I got it iced because it was so warm outside, and it was great.

After 12000 steps of walking to every single tent in Atlanta Dogwood Festival in Piedmont Park, it was time for a coffee. We stopped in here and while the coffee was great, the service was meh. It really seemed like the barista was doing us a big favor by preparing an ice coffee and providing the PIN for the restroom. A couple folks still pounding away at laptops even at 4pm. Especially the dude who had a cradle and keyboard for his so it was standing upright. You're rocking!

Came here on a beautiful Saturday morning and I loved it. My cousin had a breakfast sandwich and we both had cold coffee blends. I can't remember what I ordered but it was so delicious I asked the cashier what her name was because she recommended it. Thank you to Tie because she was so hospitable and made my trip to Atlanta that much more pleasant. She was a sweetheart, all smiles and genuine. The place is also very quaint with chill vibes. Not very bright and not dark, it was cozy, quiet and perfect. It also has an outside dining area. People come here to chill, study, enjoy some quiet time alone and a good overall experience with a tight team and delicious coffee. I appreciated their cleanliness as well. I'm glad The Flying Biscuit was too busy because I never would have known how good this place really is. It is definitely a much more intimate spot. I highly recommend Caribou Coffee to anyone visiting Atlanta. Ask for Tie she adds a positive spark to your day. 4.5 stars because their sandwiches don't really come with any sides and will never satisfy me because I need much bigger food portions when I eat. Can't wait to come back when I'm back in town.

Cold pressed coffee was okay, but what had me was I walked up to the register and the girl didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Seems like she was trying to sign out of a register or something but her customer service was TERRIBLE. A young man with brown hair stepped in and took my order. He was nice but everyone else was absolutely rude. Won’t come again.

My favorite coffee and location in ATL. Excellent service and place to relax for a minute to catch up on things. Convenient location right in the heart of Buckhead. Love going here and miss the location off Westpaces that was my home brew landing zone. 🇺🇸👏🏾🐺

Nitro Foam coffee was awesome wish I got a bigger size and the Lumberjack sandwich was decent. Great spot to get on the go. Will definitely be back for the coffee.

It's comfortable, small, and friendly. There's super nice air conditioning too! Hahah, which is nice on a hot day. The drink I got is the Caribou Vanilla Cooler. It's not too sweet - refreshing for coffee lovers who want something cold. They have a seasonal Matcha Tea Cooler with Bubbles that I want to try next time. CON: The parking is limited (6-7 spots). Don't get towed y'all.

I went there last Sunday October 16th. I had a Matcha Frappe because I was hot from walking. It was sweet and refreshing. I usually get coffee. Caribou Coffee is the only coffee that compares to WaWa coffee in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US. I've lived in GA for 9 years. Caribou made my first coffee when I moved here, and it's still the one I prefer in Georgia. The employees were welcoming and gracious. I have a neurological sensory disorder that makes me cringe and twitch a lot. They were kind and treated me like everyone else, which I deeply appreciate.

Good health score! 🅰️ Had a drink off the baristas favorites menu that was posted outside and was not disappointed. 😋 The staff was friendly and efficient. If you're in the area stop in!

Worthless barista. We walk in, and she's on her phone smacking her gum. She barely looked up from her phone and simply said, you need anything or have questions just let me know. She got the order wrong on one of our drinks. Mine? Lid was not on and thought it was not pressed on all the way. Turns out the lop wax flattened and cup creased. Got to the car and cup collapsed. NEVER GOING BACK THERE...

Ordered a hot coffee, iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Was given a breakfast sandwich and 2 iced coffee which is fine no big deal I just figured it was a simple mistake and took the iced coffee instead of saying anything. One of the employees proceeded to yell across the shop at me for grabbing the wrong coffee, which was embarrassing. It felt like she was implying I stole a coffee which I did not. I just paid the difference because I'm very nonconfrontational, even after I explained what happened she was still very rude even though it was her fault. The other lady was very sweet though.

Was a reflexologist at Treat Your Feet at Buckhead for a day or so. The area is nowhere close to Chamblee area. Caribou Coffee is one of the eatery I actually had enough time to get a quick meal from. Everything in the city requires parking fee & plenty of walking, waiting, & of course gobbling down meals. Thank God Caribou Coffee is just right next door.

A great place for a delicious cup of coffee. Go in and order your coffee and sit down and enjoy. Very friendly . Very comfortable. Outside tables for warmer weather. Only wish this place was closer to us. These wonderful shops are getting fewer and farther apart. Please, please support them and keep their unique shops around. You will love everything here.

Caribou has good coffee. I have been visiting the location at Piedmont and 10th Street for over 25 years now. I definitely prefer them over any of the other coffee houses. Comparably priced. It has become my Sunday morning treat.

DO NOT PARK HERE unless you plan on watching your car like a hawk. They will immediately boot your car unless you are physically in the coffee shop. There is no proper sign for the shop parking lot. Absolutely terrible

Great food, coffee is great and especially the bagles were really good. Sevice was also good, not perfect but good. Nothing bad to note.

Decent chai (tea latte). Good place to work from. They were out of stock of a few veggie breakfast items. Flying Biscuit is nearby.

My neighborhood coffee shop right next to my apartment. I have being going here for about a year because of the convenience. However, I'm not one to write reviews often, but the same thing has happened so many times that I feel it should be said. The girl that works there with the long brown hair with blonde streaks, ruins the service and atmosphere of the shop. Every time I am there and she is working she is cold, rude, and truly lets everyone know how she's feeling by her sour facial expressions. If that was just it it would be fine, everyone has bad days. But EVERYTIME she makes me my sandwiches they are ICE cold in the middle. Literally ice. They feel hot on the outside, but it is so disappointing when I can't even eat the sandwich when I bite into it. I have seen the other employees take the sandwiches apart/open them up so the middle is warm. She just sticks it in there in one piece so it can be done faster. It is also uncomfortable when she is snapping at her co workers and rolling her eyes while we are trying to order. I just want the food I spend money on to be edible, thank you.

Easily the nicest and friendliest baristas that you’ll encounter anywhere in Atlanta. And the drinks are so so tasty. Die hard caribou fan!!

Wanted to give this location a shout out for the allowing patrons of One Music Fest to use their restroom. My friend used it Saturday and we both used it on Sunday and unlike most places in Miami they didn't prohibit the use of the restroom during an event, I made a purchase on day specifically for that reason. Thank you, thank you.

It’s the quality of the manager Kenny, and several of the employees whom I enjoy seeing and talking with. They keep me coming back, plus the quality of the drinks that I get. Apples to apples, Caribou beverages are better than Starbucks’.

An overall good ambiance and the seating is appropriate for a cafe. The customer service was decent. I paid $15 for a md drink and sandwich. The ice in my drink filled 3/4 of my cup so that was disappointing considering the price. The Lumber jack sandwich was delicious but I had to wait longer for it because she forgot to put it in the oven.

This is my first time at Caribou and I was not disappointed. Im super excited to use my gift card! All of the baristas we're friendly. The coffee and hot cocoa were both tasty. I was trying to figure out what's different about their products. They seem to be more authentically sourced. My only quam was the cleanliness of the place. The women's restroom and lobby could use some attention. LGBTQ friendly.

I have never had anything but great experiences at Caribou Coffee Midtown. They whole staff is wonderful and will do anything to help you when they can. If anyone ever has an issue at Caribou Coffee, they are usually the issue. At any business, there are rules and regulations. if you are not willing to follow those rules and regulations, the employees are going to address it, as they should! Algernon Theodoric Ming, if there was an issue, I am sure that you caused that issue. The whole staff all the way up to the Store Manger, is great, helpful, and wonderful people! I have been coming to Caribou Coffee Midtown, for 13 years and over the course of that time, they have, had to deal with a lot of issues that many people may NOT know about, but that is why they have the rules and regulations in place that they have! In addition, to those of you that come and park in the parking lot and go elsewhere! It's not Caribou's fault, that you get booted. Signs are posted and if they are read, you will know that you cannot leave. Nevertheless, it is NOT Caribou's parking lot, but the owner of the property and he is the one that has the boot guys out there! So READ AND PAY ATTENTION and you will be good! At the same time, if you are going to write a review, please make sure that you have your facts correct and let everyone know what you did, in order to have the outcome that you received!

Fail to fulfill very simple orders. Coffee is mediocre at best. I live near here and am so disappointed this is the closest option because a simple latte and pastry seems an impossible task for them

I ordered a Campfire Mocha through DoorDash and the picture shows whipped cream and caramel and baby marshmallows, but when my drink arrived there was none of that and it was about an inch and a half from the top of the LARGE drink that I ordered. And it doesn't even taste like coffee, it just tastes like candy. Very disappointed.

The service is second to none, the tea (which is what I get) is always to NY satisfaction. Love the outdoor seating on Piedmont, and the convince to the park. A little pricey, but it's. Midtown so its expected

Caribou Coffee is our go to coffee shop in Atlanta. The coffee here is AMAZING and they have lots of seasonal offerings that are fun to try. They also have some good food offerings for breakfast. The lemon poppyseed loaf is so good anytime of day! The staff at this location are always very nice and personable. The app could use a little work for mobile ordering but that is not on this local store.

BEWARE!!! THIS LOT IS MONITORED BY A PARKING SERVICE THAT IS MONITORING YOU FROM NEARBY ROOFTOPS AND WILL ILLEGALLY BOOT YOUR CAR THE SECOND YOU STEP OFF THE LOT!!! DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU SHOPPED AT A BUSINESS IN THE LOT OR NOT! SEND A MESSAGE TO ATL AND STOP PATRONIZING BUSINESSES WHOSE BUILDING OWNERS ENGAGE IN PROMOTING THESE PARKING SCAMS!
