I'll
get
right
to
it:
This
is
the
best
pizza
I've
ever
had
in
my
life.
My
wife
feels
the
same
way.
I
lived
in
New
York
City
for
53
years,
and
have
been
eating
good
pizza
there
since
I
grew
teeth.
Last
month
we
were
back
in
NYC
for
a
week,
and
all
we
ate
for
lunch
and
dinner
was
pizza
from
our
favorite
places.
We've
had
pizza
in
various
parts
of
Italy.
I
make
my
own
pizza
at
home,
and
I've
been
sweating
those
details
for
years
now.
So,
it
would
be
accurate
to
say
that
my
wife
and
I
have
a
fair
amount
of
experience.
This
pizza
is,
quite
literally,
world
class.
As
in,
among
the
best
you
can
get
on
this
planet.
That's
not
an
exaggeration,
it's
a
fact.
Jeff
is,
quite
simply,
a
master.
His
command
of
the
techniques
is
astounding.
His
commitment
to
excellence
is
inspiring.
Apparently,
there
isn't
any
detail
that's
too
small
to
escape
his
attention.
Everything
is
important.
Everything.
You
know
that
tag
line
from
the
Lexus
commercials,
the
relentless
pursuit
of
perfection?
Well,
that
is
what's
going
on
in
Jeff's
kitchen.
That
focus,
that
obsession,
is
just
staggering.
It's
what
separates
the
merely
good
from
the
truly
great,
whatever
the
pursuit
happens
to
be.
Clearly
I'm
talking
about
far
more
than
just
really
good
food.
Jeff
combines
art
and
science
and
passion
into
a
truly
extraordinary
experience.
My
wife
and
I
are
still
talking
about
this
since
we
were
there
yesterday.
As
for
the
restaurant
space,
it's
stylish
and
inviting.
The
amount
of
natural
light
is
just
beautiful.
The
people
working
there
are
terrific.
Parking
in
the
garage
is
ample
and
easy
and
free.
If
you
can,
sit
at
the
bar,
and
watch
Jeff
and
his
artisans
do
their
thing.
It's
that
rare
kind
of
experience
that's
simultaneously
relaxing
and
exciting.
