They are awesome for the patients but they really are not here for the patients care givers. I drive 45 minutes to get to Atlanta and have to sit in my car for 1 - 1/2 hours in my car. They won't even let me come in and use the bathroom. They did put in a porta potty and couple weeks ago in the parking area but when was the last time it was cleaned? You can't even sit with car windows rolled down but of the smell. I understand they want to be careful of their patients but my daughter is a patient and goes in with no problem. Who do you think drives her here and takes care of her at home. It's not like I am asking to go all over the place but just to the bathroom.

The actual place is amazing! Great drs who are very knowledgeable. Getting there is the issue. If you miss that first turn left onto west peachtree it will tell you to go to Piedmont and take a left. Don't do that cause you'll never see it. The way the sign faces on the building you can only see it coming like you're coming from the fox theater. Otherwise you'll be like my mom and I were and do circles for while before giving up parking at the fox and then calling them. Ha ha!

I am a raving fan! I started October 12th and completed my Proton Treatment on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Everything went extremely well. My wife joined me and she was comfortable and grateful for a top-notch facility and gracious staff members. My experience began with the phone call orientation with Dustin, which was extremely detailed, thorough and helpful so that I felt prepared as I began my treatment . My first meeting in the doctors office I was greeted by Candace and she lifted me up with her smile and joyful attitude. I knew I was going to enjoy my time. Other competent and caring staff of Dr. Jani, we're Adriana and Janet, who were very professional and personal. Also, walking in the entrance of the building every day, the valet greeted me with a big smile, the security officer was encouraging, and the three glowing and gorgeous ladies at the front desk would laugh and love on me, which was fabulous! During the proton treatment the attentiveness to detail by the technicians gave me a sense of peace that I was in good hands. Individuals like Mary, John, Hong, Crystal, Jamil, Margaret, Jenny, Vu, Tori, and Kevin made me feel like I was a part of a family. I’ll have to say the warm blanket was a nice touch, since I'm cold nature. And I love music so my classic rock station each time really made me relax and enjoy the experience. I’m praying and hoping for a cure for my prostate cancer. But the journey to get here was healing because of my experience at the Emory Proton Therapy Center. God bless, Boyd Bailey Roswell, Georgia.

I know of no doctor and staff anywhere that are more knowledgeable and considerate than Dr. Nikhil Sebastian and everyone at Emory Proton Center. Such world class customer service and patient care should be celebrated far and wide and emulated everywhere. Obviously, such patient-centered culture starts at the top but these folks on the ground at Emory Proton Center implement it with exceeding care and grace. Thanks for making a difficult process a pleasure and thanks for allowing me to experience that pleasure longer.

Incredible team! They have made my journey through radiation a very enjoyable and pleasant one. They try to work around your schedule and every member bends over backwards to ensure you’re comfortable. I always receive a warm blanket, they remember to play my favorite music and greet me with open arms, daily. So grateful there is a facility in Atlanta like this that offers proton radiation. Thank you Dr Kahn and team for being so wonderful! :)

Incredibly poor organization/planning by cancer care staff. Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Lousy communication among care team.

This place rocks!! My husband began here on June 8, 2022. Immediately we were impressed with the cleanliness of the facility (shout out to housekeeping). The staff here are amazing beginning with Dwayne and all staff at the front desk and concierge. They make you fell welcome and are very encouraging throughout the process. The treatment team, Braylon and Kristal were very accommodating and very professional. There were others, I just did not get their names. Every Thursday my husband has a follow-up appointment with Dr. Stokes. He and his staff are amazing. They make you fell like the only person that matters. Love you guys. I am from Gainesville, GA and will tell you I have never seen this level of skill, expertise, compassion, and empathy in the hospital there. Keep up the amazing work because you are making a difference.
