This place is a joke. The staff was so rude and unprofessional. The young woman that checked me out did not say one word the entire time but stopped ringing me up to answer the phone twice so I bought two items and stood there for about 10 minutes waiting to pay and leave. No hello, no thank you just was so miserable. The woman helping my sister next to me took about 20 minutes to ring her up because she was so confused about god knows what and was looking around for another employee to help her. Overall a ridiculous experience. Get some friendly staff.

I needed a packable jacket and found a great deal I hàve been looking for Brown Sweat pants for 3 years and at long last I found a pair there today !!!

It was my first time at Forever 21. My newly minted teen is tiiiiiny. The tops fit nicely. (Crop tops fit more modestly on my little shorty.) Pants size 25 fit fine at the waist, but a little too long in the drop and the length. Went to Zara kids for size. Zara stays on trend, but the fit is proportional to her size. Since skinny jeans have given way to things like wider-legged mom jeans, culottes, hobo jeans and baggy cargo pants that are tighter at the ankle, I was happy to find these in sizes that fit.

The Atlantic city forever 21 store is great for beach ⛱ clothing 👌 ... however if you have time, there's really some cute outfits for older folks 🤭, If you've got the nerve 🤨.

The store was clean and well spaced. They had a lot with a variety of looks and fabrics I have to add the Chrissy (spelling?) was amazing and helpful. My daughter was struggling with picking a size due to the lack of dressing rooms and Chrissy came to the rescue. She was so friendly, helpful, and patient, I told her I wanted to take her to every store!!

The women In my family love this place. Great sales and plenty of choices but I wish they have more chairs

Hard to find sizes in different cultures languages. I had spend hours searching my size and could not find one only in the mom jeans section and a few sweaters from the discount rack

Rude staff. I was there in july/august, and they closed the dressing room. Staff doing nothing at all, I asked why I couldn't try on the dresses, and told me to buy them and return them if they didn't fit just because they did not want to open the dressing room. Unprofessional and lazy. I returned everything to its place and left without buying anything.

It was a nice store with very cute clothing. All the clothes were neatly put together also very pretty jewelry section will definitely come back for more earrings, But it was a little hard to find sizes. But overall really nice place will definitely come bavkt

Not for women with full grown women bodies. LOL Plus size forget it

Well merchandised, staff was very helpful. Hope they can get more people to help support the store during busier times.

Despite the write-up by the owner, not so much for men is available in the store.
