Village medical was more efficient, staff are still friendly professional. But the phone calls being returned and not. This transition to act on total health, I’m not happy with the staff response to patients who have questions or concerns and not receiving a call back, when leaving voicemail. And not to mention the appointment cancellations. Unpleasant feeling right now Really 👎🏽

The worst I would never let them deliver my. baby the old short black lady in the picture checked me to see how far dilated I was.. She was purposely rough and hurt me real bad because she was I missed my last 2 appts at the office but I made my last appt with the high risk dr. She stuck her whole hand in me and it wasn't until I got to another hospital in New Brunswick because that's where my daughter had to be delivered because I was high risk that's when I realized she wasn't supposed to be that rough and then came back again about 15 mins to check talking about she gotta do it again because she not 100 percent sure my water broke. When I got to the other hospital I was terrified for the other dr to check me she felt so bad for me. That when I realized that lady wasn't supposed to check me like that. I don't know her name because she wasn't my regular dr she was the dr on call at the tone butt I would not every go back!

My appointments at Village Medical is always a professional, pleasant and healthy experience. Tracey is a great Doctor, supported by excellent staff from the front of the office to the back. Great team.

Had my first visit here after more than 5 years and im still highly impressed. I'll saw Dr. Migioia and he was the absolute BEST! He entered the room with a smile (under the mask of course) and eagerly engaged in conversation. He listened to everything I had to say and ACTUALLY listened and not just the head nods I usually get from medical professionals. He was very honest, genuine, and i felt like he truly cared and loved what he does. He asked questions, gave suggestions, and asked for my opinion (which was refreshing) to make sure I was fully comfortable with my visit. I will definitely be back to see him.

I am very happy with the care I get at Village Medical. The receptionists are courteous and are easy to deal with when getting needed referrals, appointments, etc. My doctor is a good listener and very knowledgeable. She is quick to provide referrals for further testing and evaluation for any condition that may come up that can possibly get in the way of my good health I would confidently recommend her to anyone.

Very poor service doctor was drunk or high on something couldn’t understand a word he said and he didn’t even know what he was doing it was embarrassing, Tracy is usually my doctor she is amazing doctor I have no idea why I was schedule with this man it was really uncomfortable

Tracy Anselmo makes you feel seen as a person, patient, and individual. Thankful for her for listening, assessing, and addressing any concerns without being dismissive like a lot of the others.

I really like this office on Ventnor Ave , it’s the best, everyone from the receptionist (Asia Allen),to the medical assistant Malni to the best Dr ever Dr.Tracy Anselmo ,she’s always attractive to my needs and gives the best care😊

Village medical is the best and so is Tracy. I just saw her again the other day and as always, she’s on top of everything that has to do with me and my health. She was also training a young lady who was very nice and thorough too! My appointment was at 4 and I called earlier and asked if I can come early and they let me come in right away. Thank you Tracy and all the staff at Village Medical.

Tracy Anselmo always makes me feel comfortable and explains everything I need to know about my health etc. the office staff is amazing! I am always greeted with a smile, they remember my name and never keep me waiting long. Tracy and staff are excellent about returning calls and keeping me posted about test results etc..

Tracy Anselmo NP & her medical assistant Marlana are 2 of the best healthcare providers I’ve seen. They are very knowledgeable, kind, caring and very good at their profession. The ladies at the front desk are doing an awesome job. The Lab Corp. tech is also good.

All the staff was so nice and polite. Dr. Tracy is the best, she listens to my concerns and finds solutions that matched my needs. I’ve never been so satisfied with a Doctors visit! Love it here

I’m asthmatic and while I was at my visit I told them I need a refill on my meds. Get to the pharmacy nothing was sent over… definitely will be looking for a new dr because village med is not it..

I love having my appointment early I get seen fast , it quite and I feel like the doctor listens to what I’m saying to her.She is super a tentative and respects what I say to her and listens to what I have to say and we make a decision together on what’s best for my care not like my others doctors office that I used to go to.

Wait time was extremely to long. But overall Dr. Experience was a plus. As a patient I think that you shouldn't be in the office no more then 45 mins. My opinion!

My doctor is Tracy and she goes above and beyond to make sure your comfortable and understand what’s going on. Very compassionate wit her patient and the rest of the staff is very nice and friendly personality.. I highly recommend her
