Ella, our server; was welcoming, friendly. Made great suggestions on drinks and food and helped us celebrate our friends birthday. She suggested we come back and dance the night away at the Cuba Libre Club after 11pm. The music and ambiance were great. Ella made our experience amazing. I would come back and ask for her.

Besides the amazing food! Delicious and fresh. Michael our Server was just amazing, he was checking our table all the time making sure we had the best service. The price are reasonable and the best is amazing!!

Went here for my wife’s birthday dinner. I personally felt like they didnt have to many options as far as spanish food. The prices were reasonable. Their mashed potatoes were amazing and flavorful. Only issue was when the churrasco came it wasn’t medium well like we requested it was more raw medium. They took it back to fix it but it still came out the same. The scenery in there was nice and showed the Cuban tradition side of things. Our waiter was great too. Dont get me started on the slamming bread they gave.

This is a slice of Cuba! At least this is what I think it would be like. This place had spectacular designs and was very original. After a while, you get used to the loud music but it reverberates off the empty ceiling. It made it hard at first to hear our waitress, who was very nice and had a lot of recommendations when we didn't know what to eat. After we had our dinner, we later had their desserts which were their Tres Leches and Arroz con Leche. Both are delicious in their respective taste! Love the bathroom decor as well. This place was very pleasant to look at and would love to come back if I am ever back.

We have been here several times & this was our first visit with our children. We all absolutely loved everything we ordered! The manager is a very nice lady who is easy to talk to, we always try to make a reservation ahead of time. The drinks are great. This place gives me Miami vibes! Loveee the food!!!!! My husband and I get a shareable entree & even the kids asked for some! Delicious, clean, cozy and definitely an enjoyable time!

My wife had something spicy/hot and began to cough and choke. The bartender with his attentiveness, without question, came to our table with a glass of water and asked if she was okay. He went above and beyond his service and duties to help a guest. The manager on duty was notified of this action as well. Everything was awesome. Will definitely be eating at Cuba Libre in the near future.

Good food, service and atmosphere! Only issue is with the drink order. Ok so we ordered Jamison whiskey at a rum bar. But, 2 small drinks for less that a measured pour for $39 RIDICULOUS FOR EVEN IN AC! At these prices management should train the bartender’s how to make a proper drink. Food was EXCELLENT!!!

It was very fancy and a pleasure able experience with my love. It was a birthday dinner party for two. My waiter was very caring,helpful and smart about the food choices of accommodations. My food was pack Instantly and my food was cleared fast for each course. The food came fast to the table along with the staff and managers was friendly and extremely well mattered. They treat you like family with the health issues. I felt like I was in Cuba dining with the community.

We had a very nice dining experience at Cuba Libre. Despite our reservation at 7:30, we were finally sat down at 7:45. They seemed very busy and possibly short staffed for how popular the restaurant is. Regardless, the food we ordered was excellent and our server was attentive and pleasant. I'd recommend going earlier in the night but if you can't it'd be worth the wait.

Excellent service and food. We came for the long weekend. Enjoyed our stay at the Tropicana and wanted some nice Cuban food and this one definitely hit the spot. The service was immaculate. Loved their mango butter and we ordered 2 meat platters, paella and their avocado crab dip with plantains - I don’t really care much for chicken but it was juicy and delicious, the steak was amazing and the lobster was my absolute favorite (probably one of the best lobster tails I’ve had in a really long time). We ordered their passion fruit mojito and I’m not a drinker but thoroughly enjoyed it. The yuca fries were great. Paella was okay and the flan was good. Everything was top notch. If we are back at the casino I’d love to go here again. We were lucky to make a reservation as there was only 1 spot available for 4 people! Highly recommend this restaurant. I had great Cuban food in the Hamptons and this one was right up there also.

The atmosphere was great. Our waitress Kayla was very attentive! Our hostess took us to the top floor and I was so nice to sit to the side away from the crowd especially since it was for my birthday 🎉. I ordered the paella 🥘 and it was very yummy and flavorful. Maybe a tad less salt since I generally don't eat a lot of salt in my food, but other than my personal taste, it was very yummy! The R&R Old Fashioned was different for me since I never had it before. I am very glad we came here.

Food was great and the staff was very informative and suggests we're great. Tried a few appetizers that were great. And you cannwatch them fire grill your food. Will visit again. This is now my dinner choice while in Atlantic City

What a great meal . The atmosphere is fantastic and very authentic Cuban. We had a great time at dinner and chatting afterwards.... Our server was too notch ... He knew the menu very well and made recommendations based on our likes and dislikes. Our food was amazing ... Very fresh ingredients and the steak was cooked to medium rare perfection !! All you gents out there ... Take your lady here its great !!

We were looking for a decent restaurant to grab a bite while in Atlantic City and found Cuba Libre! They did not have any tables available but offered seats at the counter across from all of the meat ovens. It was a bit hot, but worth it! Our waitress was great and attentive. The food was delicious but it is pricy. We will be back!

The BEST meal we have had in Atlantic City by far! We are regular visitors to AC and love to try different places for eats so we have tried many places! Our lunch at Cuba Libre on Monday was EXCELLENT!!! The service, the atmosphere, the food all added to the GREAT experience. Their grilled octopus is phenomenal!!! A MUST TRY if you like octopus! The restaurant is a must try when in AC!!! We will be going back for sure!

The food was unique and absolutely delicious. Everything I ordered was delicious and very unique even down to the Cafe Cuba Libre. I had the seafood paella which was superb. Generous portions of seafood. And the rice pudding was out of this world and like no other rice pudding 🍮. And the mango 🥭 butter....OMG...the staff was fantastic. My dining experience was such a pleasure that I keep coming back and I'm never disappointed.

The appetizers we ordered was good, however the service wasn’t. It was impossible to find our server, we had to find her to order our second drink, no one cleared our empty glasses. no one really checked on us after we got our appetizers. So we paid and left. Went to another restaurant for our entree.

Amazing food and service! From the moment we walked in the doors, we received exceptional service and were even given complementary champagne for our special occasion. The food was exceptional, some of the best I have ever tasted in my entire life! And that sangria is phenomenal 🩷 it was strong so we didn't get a chance to have any other drinks, but we definitely will next time. The octopus was delicious

My daughter requested that I share her experience at this restaurant while she was out on a girl's trip a few weeks ago. She raved about it, so, I had to do some reach being I haven't eaten from there myself. YET! Cuba Libre is also located in Philadelphia and Washington DC. Search them on the web to view their menu and hours of operations. "Ma you gotta make a review about this place.Cuba Libre at the Tropicana hotel in Atlantic City. Everything was made fresh and 10/10. We sat grill side and the chef was more of our waiter than our chef. His name is Chino. I forgot the other guys name, but he was awesome! The bill was under $100 for a party of six. Great atmosphere!"

Food was amazing. Staff was able to accommodate three of us in short notice. Good selection of food. Mixed mojito hit the spot grilled pineapple mojito was amazing. Slow cook shredded beef melted and ripped apart with no issue. Appetizer were not over whelming.

First time visiting Atlantic City and even Cuba Libre. I had absolutely no idea about the food on the menu. Luckily we got Patricia as our server. Oh my, an absolute beauty and well knowledge server. She recommended all to try and I enjoyed them all! Patricia, hope you see this, you are amazing and doing such an amazing job! ❤️

Update***** We decided to give it another shot and we are so glad we did. The food was amazing and so was the service. I guess the first experience was a one off. I wish google has the option to leave negative stars because this restaurant deserves them! We came here for dinner and we were highly disappointed. The empanadas which we had for an appetizer were good, and that’s where the good food ended. For our entree we ordered the Plato Gaucho, which was terrible. All of the meat was burnt and tasteless. This meal was a total waste of money. I will never be going back to this restaurant ever again.

I visited Cuba Libre Atlantic City to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We arrived early and were immediately seated. The restaurant looked incredibly amazing. Felt like we’re really in Cuba. The staff was excellent from the moment we walked in. Our waiter made our experience great by wishing my wife a happy birthday and also be constantly coming to the table to ask if we needed anything and if the food was as expected. The food presentation was truly impressive as they brought it out on a clay pig with charcoal inside to keep the food hot the entire time as we ate. First time I see something that cool. Wow. We visited on a Monday and so we took advantage of the $25 mojito pitcher. I must say it was probably the only thing that wasn’t impressive. The mojito was good but definitely lacked the alcohol. Besides that this place was truly impressive. My wife had an excellent birthday dinner experience and if I didn’t already mention it, the food was DELICIOUS. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely have dinner here again when visiting Atlantic City in the future.

Came here during a night's stay in Atlantic city with my wife. We wanted a small dinner after we went to the comedy club. Overall everything was quite good. The pineapple guacamole was a little sour and just tasted off. We love guacamole. The best dish by far was the complimentary bread with cinnamon butter they bring out. So delicious. The yuca fries were also very crispy and cooked perfectly. My issue was with the Cuban sandwich. It did not have pickles and it was a sliced pork deli meat instead of having chunks of perníl which I am accustomed to having with any Cuban sandwich. It also lacked a garlic spread. And it was accompanied with a salad and beans. Odd choices. I have been to other cuba libre establishments and enjoyed my meals and service. This one had great service and live music. Would love to come again and try other dishes.

The food was delicious. Everything from the bread and butter to my entrée. The mango cinnamon butter on the fresh warm bread was everything. Delicious garlic mashed potatoes and my steak cooked to perfection. The cubano was so good, I had to go back and get another before leaving the tropicana. Ate here twice over the weekend! Definitely will be back.
