What an fantastic Irish Pub! This is the oldest continuous operating bar in Atlantic City and delivers an exceptional pub experience. Friendly staff, quality pub fare, well poured Guinness, and a superb jukebox to boot. Memorabilia on the walls transport you back in time, and lead you to imagine all the greats who have stopped by sometime in the last century.

Best Irish pub in all of Atlantic City. Not that I ever remember going to another Irish pub in AC but regardless this is still the best. I've only ever been here for drinks and it's cash only. There is an ATM on site just in case. I was able to take my dad here for the first time ever and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The ladies were shopping and we were able to sneak away here as it's right off the boardwalk but in eyeshot of it. Bartenders here have always been friendly. The decor and atmosphere pay homage to the former speakeasy with memorabilia and old boxing posters. Definitely a spot we'd return to again!

Great place to eat. If you're ever in AC you have to stop and have a drink and a burger! And if you're lucky, you'll get a tour of the upstairs. All the antiques very neat!! And the owner is very nice!๐Ÿป And also it's open 24 hours! You have to eat here! The kids loved it!

Cash only so be prepared. They do have an ATM so that's helpful. We had a very sweet waitress that really made our visit special. I thought that the menu prices were very decent and the selection, although small, was very nice. I'm a vegetarian and was able to find a great lunch to eat. I ordered a Caeser salad (half portion) and a side of fries. Everyone else in my party really loved their food too. Of course, you've got to try the fish and chips. Very nice place to visit and would definitely recommend.

Interesting place. Food prices are extremely reasonable and the food was good. Server had no clue what was on the menu so we figured it out ourselves and had a good meal. We will be going back.

Food was delicious. Service was great. The history of this place goes back over a century, and it has the antiques and artifacts to prove it. The ambience is relaxing

My friend and I visiting from Washington state were looking for food along the boardwalk and decided to drop by Irish Pub and we were blown away!! So beautiful and atmospheric! Lots of fun choices of authentic Irish foods! Our server, Jake was an absolute pleasure to have. Super down-to-earth, relaxed, and comforting! Thank you for such an awesome experience, Irish Pub!!

So WHY havenโ€™t we been here before now? This place is awesome and a must-do when youโ€™re in AC. Steeped in history, this old pub and inn offers up great food, super reasonable prices and a huge collection of historic memorabilia throughout every room. Staff are so friendly, especially owner Cathy and the lovely Brittany, who shared some interesting stories about the place. Joe DiMaggio wrote his memoir there! Jeremy Renner wears their tshirt in a movie! If youโ€™re lucky, you may even run into a celebrity or 2 there. Definitely when you โ€˜do ACโ€™, do The Irish pub too. Note - cash only, and a limited menu after 7:45 pm.

A great local dive bar the brings you back in time. Good beer selection and food selection. Old time Irish and American pub grub. The roast beef and corned beef sandwiches were very good...even better was they were only $8! Good appetizers as well. The staff is fun, friendly and on point.

This is a great spot for a quick lunch while youโ€™re at the shore, or just want a decent meal after a long day of swimming. We ordered the chicken sandwich and the beef sandwich with some steak fries on the side. We didnโ€™t order any drinks, though. Their prices are actually fair given the portions that they offer. And out waitress was very generous and attentive to us! I definitely recommend it. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Enjoyed this place. Awesome decor for a building that has been around since 1908. Beer was cold. Only thing I would say is the air could be a little cooler.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, and it was okay. My partner ordered the corned beef special sandwich and it was excellent. The service could have been a little better, but it wasn't bad. Lastly, the chair I was sitting in was super uncomfortable. A weird complaint, I know, and maybe I could have switched chairs with another table... But they should probably take a look at their chairs to make sure they're not broken like mine was.

Such an interesting atmosphere! You will feel like youโ€™re in an old pub in Ireland. All the staff was friendly, the food was LIGHTNING fast, and the best part of allโ€ฆ dinner with a beer for my wife and I was $30! We had the fish and chips! They were delicious and fresh! Draft beer was fresh and crisp! Free parking too!

This is a great pub with amazing holiday decorations, excellent tasting food with great servers and even a small gift shop. The Irish coffee was terrific too!! I really enjoyed the corned beef there, very tasty and the food portions are very good, not too much and not too little!! There is a paved lot and the parking is free.

One of AC's Hidden Gems with Heavenly Vibes! Went here for the first time last week to scout a location for an upcoming event, and was not expecting to find what we found! It's very visually busy and as you walk in, you are smothered, as is the entire place, with kitsch and tchotchke... and I LOVED IT! It just felt like home! The staff is Angelically friendly and they really make you feel comfortable. Be advised, they do NOT accept credit cards, it is CASH ONLY, however, there is an ATM on premises. The food is very basic and I suppose it is what you'd call comfort food... spot on for a true pub. I'm looking forward to going back during the holidays as I'm told they really DECK THE HALLS and everything else in holiday lights and tinsel. It really is a lovely and cozy space. Be sure to check the blackboard for the daily specials. The Roast Beef Open Faced Sandwich and the Roast Beef Panini did not disappoint. I could NOT stop eating the Steak Fries even though I was already full... I blame the creamy horseradish sauce! Great selection of beers and the service was very fast and efficient. I must check out their Victorian Room upstairs; there was a buyout event going on while we were there. I must say, the clincher for me was this: if you're a Catholic Humanist like me, and in the midst of a semi-existential crisis, take a walk out to their all season outdoor smoking area, and you'll be greeted by a most unexpected sight... an animal statuary dedicated to St. Francis of Assisi. As a lifelong devotee to St. Francis, I was moved to a tearful grin. Thank You, Irish Pub! Thank You, Cathy Burke! God Bless You!

This was a wonderful place, and a welcome relief from the prices and schmootziness of the casinos. Really good food, a great classic atmosphere and wonderful servers and bartenders. My wife and I stopped in when staying at the hard rock. Will likely eat here for the rest of the trip.

My husband and I and our son went for dinner at the recommendation of friends to see the beautiful Nativity display outside. We loved it! The decorations were so beautiful and uplifting, food was great & menu was simple and inexpensive. We spoke with the owner Cathy who was delightful! We will definitely be going back again. Merry Christmas

Wow. What an experience a hidden gem. A historic Irish pub. Bars full of local memorabilia and artifacts. Not to mention a good Guinness draft. We had lunch and there was a limited menu but what was available was good especially the steak fries. What a great time I'll definitely be back. It's like going back in time. Can't wait for my next adventure....

Made another visit to a place we have been before, this time, November 12, 2021 after I finished the second day of Ceus at the National Conference of EMS and on our last night in Atlantic City stopped in at the Irish Pub for a light Pub Meal. Kit enjoyed a Crab Cake Platter with Steak Fries. I had Buffalo Chicken Wings with Blue cheese Dressing and Celery Sticks followed up with a Fried Lightly Breaded Scallops and Steak Fries. Previous visit 3 years ago All was prepared to our liking with the right amount of food. Always enjoy the atmosphere, staff and the pleasant decor from a bygone era. New spot we visited, eclectic pub with fantastic food, beer and atmosphere..
