Horrible
staff
and
service!
My
family
was
rushed
through
service
by
3
different
rude
servers
that
didn't
get
the
orders
right
and
each
course
(drinks,
food,
dessert)
took
forever
to
come
out
after
being
rushed
to
order,
then
rushed
out
of
the
restaurant
when
we
weren't
even
done.
It
took
a
half
an
hour
for
my
nephew
to
get
a
root
beer
float
and
when
he
finally
got
it
the
ice
cream
was
melted.
He
didn't
pay
attention
to
additions
or
deletions
of
condiments
and
toppings
on
sandwiches
and
handed
us
the
check
while
we
were
still
eating
even
though
we
wanted
to
order
dessert.
This
was
supposed
to
be
a
birthday
treat
for
my
sister
and
nephew,
the
look
of
disappointment
in
both
their
faces
broke
my
heart.
They
don't
live
around
the
corner,
so
the
next
time
they
come
down
I'm
keeping
them
FAR
away
from
the
whole
Tropicana.
I'm
not
taking
any
chances
with
their
idea
of
customer
service
