The only reason this hotel is getting two stars is because of the location (quiet end of boards) and Serendipity 3 which truly was amazing accommodating my daughter with food allergies. The room….. not even a 1 star. First we checked in at 2pm, understanding the room wouldn’t be ready until 4:00pm. Why at 5:00 was I standing on yet another line to be told no room was yet available. Numerous guests were very upset as check in time is 4:00pm but apparently that doesn’t guarantee a room. Yet they surely swiped my credit card at 2:00pm. Let’s talk the room we had a king room and my uncle a suite. Both decorated nicely with modern style. Both had disgusting carpets with stains that look like they had not been vacuumed in weeks. In the suite There was a slight smell of smoke and sticky film all over hard services and cracks and chips in every surface that just made it look like trash. The king room has so much mold in the shower I was honesty getting sick. Also, how about a huge red stain next to back of toilet that was clearly from vomit.

The hotel/resort is very beautiful, however our room wasn’t very updated & it was dirty upon check-in which was addressed w/ the front desk, they we’re supposed to send someone up to re-clean the room (a different room wasn’t offered nor did I request one) but they didn’t come until the next day. There was huge hair balls on the shower floor, the surfaces of dresser/night stand were filthy as well as the handles. When they came to clean the next day, the handles still weren’t cleaned.. They never brought new shampoo/conditioner at the time of the cleaning… (very small tubes, should be replaced daily esp when there is more than 1 person staying in the room). The entry area floor wasn’t cleaned either upon check-in. My feet were sticking… We had to request a coffee maker, which they sent up fairly quick. We loved that there was an outdoor hot tub in cool weather, it was our favorite part of the stay. Very relaxing! The room service was pretty good. Downstairs in the lobby they also had good food at Caffeccino .. We stayed here for 2 nights and than headed over to Hard Rock instead…. For the money we spent on the room for 2 nights in a resort that charges $30 resort fees per night, I would have appreciated a spotless room.. :(

The resort was awesome! Everything you need for a great vacation was there! We had valet park our car when we got there and didn't get the car til check out time! It is right on the boardwalk so everything is convenient! I am a smoker so I loved the fact that there were designated smoker rooms because those are hard to find! The casino was nice and they had plenty of places to eat! I highly recommend this place!

My second time staying in Atlantic City and definitely would come back to Ocean. We went during off season in October which was nice. Stayed for 2 nights Wednesday - Thursday and it was such a great price point. Had a King room overlooking the water, the view was gorgeous. Casino was great and had dinner at Amada, drinks at Villian & Saint, and breakfast at Harpers. My favorite part was the SPA!! I got a massage and my boyfriend got a facial which we both loved. And then we were able to spend an hour in the bath house afterwards which was amazing. Definitely would recommend and definitely will come back!

Beautiful hotel & casino in Atlantic City right on the boardwalk! The casino was brightly lit and lively with action. We had a fantastic time. The resort itself was exceptionally well designed with multiple color schemes, textures and perfect contemporary to modern furnishings. The hotel was visually stunning and didn't leave you without having something to admire along the way. Very well done and will come back here again and again.

My husband and I just spent 5 nights at Ocean’s and it was great! Great staff, many choices of restaurants, hotel is very clean, modern and bright. Absolutely loved The Park section of the hotel. Room was very clean with a beautiful ocean view! This was our second time, first time was back in 2020. Restaurants were still closed for dining and mask were strictly enforced, but even so we had a wonderful time then and an even better time now with no restrictions of any kind. I totally recommend this hotel!

This was our 1st time going g to Ocean...and we loved it! We usually go to the Tropicana. But the Ocean blows them out of the water! Great facilities and amenities! We never had to wait more than 10-20 seconds for an elevator! The views from our room were nothing short of incredible! The only downside to the Ocean is its location. This side of the A.C. boardwalk doesn't have the shops that the other casinos have. But that can be quickly alleviated with a long walk down to those shops! If you don't mind walking, that is. If you don't want to walk then there are numerous motorized and non-motorized taxi waiting for you once you get to the boardwalk. There were plenty of shops and restaurants inside to explore. The large wrap around infinity pool was a favorite. And when we weren't in it we just took a short walk to the jacuzzi adjacent to it! We would definitely go back and I recommend the Ocean for anyone!

I love Ocean Resort. The rooms are modern and nicely appointed. I love, love, love the bed! They're always so comfortable and clean. The views from my rooms are always beautiful. I have never had a bad experience at Ocean Resort. The staff are very, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. My only complaint is that I wish there were some less expensive restaurant choices.

Had my first overnight here at Ocean the beginning of January and I was overall very impressed. The property is massive! It definitely looks different from all of the other resorts. I always read how people complain about how the casino is so far from the entrance and that the lobby is on the 13th floor, but to he honest, that is what I love about this place. It's far from all the noise of the boardwalk and the casino. The check in was very easy, the room was comped after only playing there once(I'll get into more detail). The room was super clean and I love the decor, very modern and welcoming. This resort is definitely my new go to considering they do offer a lot. Being a Caesar's member for many years, this place is offering so much more than the older places are. I can't wait to check out the pool on my next visit.

What a perfect location and beautiful room! Reservation suite 4002, beautiful corner suite with a magnificent view on 40 floor. Reservation team are super friendly on the phone. Sadly, the management here is quite in a low rate service. From valets service to checking out, very slow and unpleasantly approach. Valets had quite an attitude, 45 minutes in line for checking in, 20 minutes to half hour before front desk would pick up your phone, 20 minutes bellman. Definitely no late checkout even just for an hour. Absolutely no calling ahead for your car to pull up, you must come down and wait for your valet. Ordered room service: orange juice was great! Fruit plate: smelled quite rotten like the fruits were cut with unclean cutters We said management needed to be trained because it isn’t staff’s fault. It’s all coming from the top. Unfortunately, the service needs to be upgraded to match this beautiful and perfect location resort.

Contemporary queen room had ocean view and witnessed the majestic sunrise each day. Harper's had magnificent service, yummy food as well as courteous lady manager. The fireplaces outside were brilliant. This hotel is near to a historic lighthouse which we met the oldest keeper.Clean rooms and restrooms. Its bedsheets had no stain and bugs.Luv the pillow quality, Boardwalk was near. Water flow in the shower was perfect. Looking forward to going back soon. Thank you!

This place is wonderful. Besides having gorgeous views, the hospitality of everyone is top notch. There was no hesitation from any employee to make our stay better, giving us a high floor room, the cleaning lady providing water when my sister was having a coughing attack, and lastly everyone just being pleasant. The hotel has a lot to offer, gambling was fun and the drinks were strong. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely return.

This was our first time staying and it certainly won't be our last! This hotel/casino is beyond AMAZING! They have an incredible pool that connects from the outside to the inside and a wonderful and relaxing hot tub! The indoor pool has a sprinkler that sprays water that my son absolutely loved. Everything about this resort was amazing!!! This is by far the best resort in Atlantic City, and we can't wait to return!

Our stay at Ocean was great! The room was spacious, luxurious, and clean. The bed was very comfortable (but a little on the soft side), the bathroom was very nice, featuring a very large shower, and the view from the room was great! Ocean features a wide variety of dining options. There are plenty of quick service and sit down options available. We especially liked the variety of food options available at District! The architecture and décor at Ocean were great. It felt very upscale and modern. Most of the building is made of glass, allowing for gorgeous views of the ocean from the casino, restaurants, and hotel rooms. The only drawback we experienced during our trip was various closures around the hotel. Not all of the restaurants were open, the night club wasn’t open, and the hot tub remained closed during our stay. I’m sure these amenities would have been open if we stayed during peak season. Overall, we had a great experience at Ocean! I’m sure we will be returning in the future!

Go there often for a date night getaway. The rooms are spacious and all have ocean view. Casino is my husband’s favorite. I prefer to be outdoors. At the end of the boardwalk so have a good walk to other casinos. Have dined at the casino restaurants for drinks lunch and dinner. All have been good experiences.

From the moment you get to the parking garage elevators you feel a sense of high end and modern decor. They're brightly lit up and have a nice ambiance to them even being just elevators. Once you walk onto the casino floor you are presented with the best variety of slot machines I've ever seen. They have all the classic favorites as well as the absolute latest releases from popular slot manufacturers. The house edge feels more volatile than other casinos in A.C but I was still able to hit a small jackpot. Looking past the actual machines and selection of gambling options the entire place felt very modern and high class. The centerpiece is the giant tower of escalators in the center of the building surrounded by glass walls. All of the ceiling decor was very pleasing to look at and just overall impressive. Unfortunately my friend and I didn't come to this casino until around 3 a.m so it was relatively quiet on the floor. Much more so than the Hard Rock which we had just been at. I also regrettably can't say anything about the rooms as I didn't get a chance to stay here on my first visit. But I will definitely be back in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into my room, I was struck by the breathtaking ocean views. The room was spotless, and the decor was modern and stylish. The ocean view from my room was the perfect backdrop for my stay. The casino floor was also impressive, offering a wide variety of games and a lively atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure that I had a great experience. One thing to note is that the clubs and lounges in the resort seemed to cater more to an older crowd, but it was not a big deal for me, I was there to enjoy the ocean view and the casino. Overall, my stay at the Ocean Casino Resort was truly a 5-star experience. The beautiful ocean views, clean rooms and friendly staff made for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Atlantic City

Me and my husband loved our stay at this hotel. They had so many great restaurants and all the pools were amazing if you go check them all out. The only con was that we had a none smoking room but it did smell as if someone had smoked cigarettes there before. Besides that we would definitely go back and I highly recommend.

Had a nice two-day stay over the weekend to close out the summer. Front desk was friendly and very accommodating as they got us in a great room earlier than expected. Rooms were very clean with plenty of room for activities and great views. Casino floor was nice with a great bar at the center. Food was good but didn't meet expectations after hearing from others experiences. All that said, I'd definitely recommend it your on the fence.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Ocean Casino Resort. Parking in the garage was easy and not too expensive ($10/stay or $5 if you had a player card). The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, even for us in our room early. The beds were comfortable and the showers were spacious with great water pressure. The casino was very clean with friendly workers. Loved all of the restaurants and that it was directly on the boardwalk but on the tail end so we had better views of the ocean. We will definitely be back!

The property was wonderful I love how big it was and all the restaurants and everything they had to offer inside the property. The rooms were a nice size, only issue I had was my towels and washcloths were hard and not clean, saw hair on my sheets that wasn’t mine. And we had to call for housekeeping our second day there and they only changed the towels and washcloths they didn’t clean the room or change the bedding. But outside of that everything else was perfect and I would go back again.

The grounds itself is really nice. So is the interior. The rooms are nicer than most hotels in the area. However, a little before 2 am, I noticed a bed bug on the bed. Clearly, ruined my whole experience. The protocol they have in place needs to be worked on. They did give us another room. But no other action to make sure we were clear of having the issue coming back home. We asked one of the cleaning crew so that we can take our things and place them in there so we can wash them when we got home. I am very disappointed to say the least. Front desk was as hopeful as can be.

Really nice hotel and casino experience. One thing about other casinos in the area is there's no place to chill unless you go to your room. It's definitely not like that at Ocean Casino. There are outdoor decks on upper levels with rocking chairs and beach chairs. There are walking paths on these levels with gardens and grass. Also such a spectacular view of the ocean. There are many fire pits to sit near on cooler nights. There are many areas around the hotel and the casino to take a nice comfortable seat. This is a large hotel. They have a pool half indoor to outdoor. They rooms are modern and clean. The room windows are from the floor to the ceiling and give such a great open view. I really like this place. It's not just about gambling, it's a true resort and it's beautiful!

What a beautiful hotel! Loved their Christmas decorations! Staff were very nice at Front desk. Before you go into elevator to the rooms, a security guard checks your keys to make sure you belong there. Made me feel a bit more secure. Loved they had a Spa that I was able to book a massage right away. Eat eat a Chinese noodle restaurant on the Libby Level! Beds were clean and dust free room. Everything was perfect for me to get an amazing good night sleep! Highly recommended if you are going or passing through Atlantic City!

Took a much needed babymoon just a few days before Christmas and it was amazing. The resort is spotless (staff all throughout the casino floor and along the halls cleaning). The front desk was super friendly and parking plentiful. Food options were great (we had a ton to choose from for a few days) and the poop was everything! The outside part of the pool and hot tub were open and being heated was definitely a plus. It wasn't crowded which was perfect for us and the king room very spacious and comfy. Beds were quite soft (not to my liking personally) but ha plenty of pillows and made up nicely.

A strong 4.5 out of 5 The staff are wonderful and are very helpful(especially when you're not rude to them). Great views from the rooms. Sometimes the cleaning staff don't fully dust rooms and whatnot. Easy fix if you examine your hotel rooms before sleeping in them. There's a huge variety of slot games and card tables! Lost some money, but overall, we had a very enjoyable stay!

I enjoyed my stay at the ocean Casino resort. My friend and I checked in for an overnight stay and it did not disappoint. Everything about this place was Modern trendy clean and very exciting filled with energy. There was a lot of attention to detail from the architecture to the decor lighting the scent in the air I was truly impressed. The best hotel in Atlantic city! Our room was amazing it was a standard room with a gorgeous City and ocean view. The room was clean and well appointed. Very spacious I especially enjoyed the shower. One call out about the rooms would be the thin walls where you occasionally can hear your neighbors but that tends to happen in a city like Atlantic city. There were so many great options for eating and dining drinking and nightlife activities. So much outdoor space to enjoy, the fire pit outside was gorgeous overlooking the ocean. The indoor outdoor pool combo was very modern. An amazing Cafe with delicious desserts and one of the best cups of espresso I've ever had! The casino floor was so much fun. Not too big not too small so you get to experience a bit of intimacy with enough space to spread out with great gambling options. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. There's so much to do I highly recommend the oceans resort!

This is the only hotel that waived both my resort fees for 2 nights because of loud construction they have going on at 8am. They actually give 5 star service. Rooms are nice and cozy, place is big so expect to walk a lot but the layout is better then the second best hotel (hard rock). Resort Fees are $32 a day but every casino has them. All the workers were very nice as well.

Very nice casino. Went to the Avila lounge and it was pretty good. The servers were very nice. Didn't stay overnight here but it would in the future. Everything is very spacious and big making so you aren't feeling cramped or anything. Rooftop garden is very nice and would recommend going to check out if you are just visiting. Can easily walk to and access the boardwalk.

When going to AC I like oceans and hard rock, I come here for concerts and these two places have been amazing. Just like going to boardwalk hall. Overall this place has great service and the staff is outstanding. The bathroom and food area is super clean and there is never a wait. Parking is wonderful and so easy to get to the casino.

The views are amazing. The higher you go the better. Love the modern, clean rooms. The beach is steps away. The casino has lots to offer. It’s literally a resort you don’t need to leave, tons of restaurants for any price range, the concerts and shows, bars and club. We love it here.

Stayed here Friday night before Valentine's Day. Went with my husband and one of my friends. The suite room had an amazingly beautiful view of the beach. Our room had a luxurious shower and bathtub. The service was friendly and helpful. The location was right along the boardwalk. The sunset was awesome from the room. We are within walking distance of so many places. Thank you for making our stay so nice.

Nice new and modern. Everything is right there definitely like a resort type for location! We enjoyed all the food we had from several different restaurants. Free play and t shirt for new members too! Our bathroom smelled absolutely horrible the whole stay 😫 but other than that was a very good stay!

I really like the resort and love the location. It's at the end of the boardwalk which allows for less people traffic. Upon waking in the morning I can sit up in the bed and see straight to the water. I'm a female Veteran, I appreciated the recognition the hotel showed for Veteran's Day and their overall military discounts. The services this visit to the spa were not my favorite, but I always have spa treatments whenever I stay at the resort; and will continue to. The food options are good, including the VIP buffet. While I like to visit other hotels on the strip, the Ocean Casino Resort remains my go to for lodging and I do recommend it.

This hotel is amazing. Stayed a night for my birthday and the goal was to relax.. the rooms are great. Very updated and super clean. Ocean view is amazing. I chose this hotel because of the indoor/outdoor eclipse pool. My husband and I went in signed in, got our wrist bands and then got right in the pool. No one was in there and we were excited to have it to ourselves. It would have been amazing but then we were told we needed to get out of the pool because they were doing chemicals and testing. No one told us this upon signing in even though there was a worker at the desk .. they made us go to the the showers and rinse off. Nevertheless my face had a reaction later that night, looked like I got very badly sunburned. Let down for sure. Other than that the only thing that would have been nice was a more inclusive menu for the in room dining.. i am vegetarian and there was only 2 options and one of those was on the breakfast menu. All in all the hotel is amazing. I still plan to go back.

Was that the casino just to gambling and have something to eat. Casino is beautiful and very clean. Restaurants provided great food. I did not use a room so I cannot comment on the condition of the rooms. Casino was very roomy with plenty of slot machines and table games.

The rooms are standard but the views are beautiful. The shower is huge. Hair dryer and iron in room, but check the iron to make sure it works. Housekeeping is good and the people are nice. Check in is another story. Lines are ridiculously long for a Sunday check in.

Fantastic place!! Beautifully designed and laid out. Everything you need is here. Food in every place I ate was delicious. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Incredible ocean views. I also hear there is a young lady that works there that independently does intimate picnics in their outdoor park overlooking the beach, and room setups if wanted or needed. Definitely something else to look into for that special someone. Ocean Casino/Hotel is the place to be.

Absolutely love this place! The food is great! The atmosphere makes you feel like you are actually away at a resort. The service is superb! The restaurants are amazing! Even going for one night is so worth it! Love this place!

Our trip to Ocean Casino and Hotel was a very enjoyable and memorable experience . The Staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The views from our room were spectacular, especially in the nights. The ease of access to the pools, boardwalk and beach, also the video arcade at Showboat and Circus next to the boardwalk by Showboat, was very convenient and enjoyable and exceptional. The different places to get very good wholesome and delicious / tasty food were encouraging, especially since my wife and I are vegetarians. We would recommend the Ocean Casino and Hotel to all our families, friends and a acquaintances since it is a family oriented location. We will be returning there very soon ourselves. What a terrific all round, exciting, enjoyable and memorable experience .

Nice, reasonably clean resort. Good customer service. Friendly associates for the most part. Great views. It’s nice that the Jitney bus goes to the casino. Like most casinos, the restaurants and other stores are overpriced.

We came here for a concert in the Ovation Hall. The venue was nice for a concert. I liked that most seats offered a good view. I found it similar to the House Of Blues. Overall the casino is nice and clean. The one thing I didn't like was that when we went to play the slots most of them didn't have dollar amounts on them. You basically have to roam around and click on each machine to what denomination they offered. The second issue we had was with our players club cards. They told us they put five dollars on each but when we tried to use it there wasn't anything on them. The line was super long by the time we found out so it wasn't worth it to go back up. A word of advice, if you plan to eat at the villain and saint on the weekend you should make reservations. It would be helpful if it was mentioned on the website somewhere.

Went for a quick getaway with family. It was so cold, we just stayed at the hotel. A good selection of shops and restaurants. A decent casino area (although I don't go to gamble). Wish we had time to go to Top Golf and Spa, but just stayed one night. Service was great! Everyone we encountered were pleasant and friendly. Great fitness center with plenty of equipment. That sunrise over the ocean is breathtaking! I did wish they had a small coffee maker in the room. They do have a coffee shop in the lobby available 24 hours. However, it would have been nice to have a cup of hot water for my tea or that quick cup of am coffee in my room.
