We arrived early, at 1pm and were told it was $10 extra to use room before 3pm. My husband and I agreed and paid and received the key. My daughter paid and was told the room wasn't ready. She asked for a refund of the $10. And it was refused. After much arguing with the clerk, they finally deleted the $10. The room was not ready until 6pm. I believe that it was a spite measure. I had specifically asked for the rooms to be in the renovated section and they weren't. My room had furniture that was on its last legs. Several drawer pulls were dangling off the dresser and the dresser door that housed the fridge was hanging at an angle. A shame because under the right circumstances, this would be a lovely room. The next night at 6pm , the garbage had not been emptied and the bed hadn't been made, I was told by the desk that daily service had to be requested. We were not informed of this when booking or at entry. I called about using the pool and was told that I needed a reservation. Chairs and beds around the pool had to be rented at a ridiculous price. We went on the steel pier and it was a deserted ghost town, with a couple of stores only. Staff did not wear masks.....some did but many didn't. Prices in the restaurants were off the scale. $15. for a baked potatoes and $76 for a steak. CAESARS NICKLES AND DIMES YOU FOR EVERTHING. The buffet, of course, was removed during the pandemic and has never returned. We, also, will never return!!!

I have stayed at every casino in Atlantic City but Caesar’s is by far the best. I stayed in the centurion tower this past week. The room was super clean and had every modern feature you could think of. Phone chargers were everywhere. Every detail was clearly thought out when these rooms were designed. The lighting button by the headboard was a great feature. The shower with a handheld option was perfection. The bedding was by far my favorite. I have been searching Google for the past 30 minutes just to find out what kind of linens were on these beds. I was so comfortable and cool and felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I had an awesome time and will definitely be staying again. This was one of the best hotels rooms I have ever stayed in. I don’t write many reviews but I felt compelled to. Now please tel me where I can get your duvet.

Caesar’s is definitely on the higher end. Rooms are clean modern and up to date. Atlantic City overall needs to offer more when it comes to entertainment. People want to come here but not everyone wants to gamble or at least not only gamble. There’s just nothing to do here especially in the winter. Dinner at Gordon Ramsay’s pub was excellent all around. I could not last in the casino more than 30 minutes due to the smoke. It just seems so foreign to be indoors and have people smoking. I feel great empathy/sympathy for the workers who have to deal with that every time they work.

Check this place before you go whether the restaurant open or closed. And don't let the front desk person change your room. It's down grade. And don't get pulled about the 'FREE SELF PARKING'. It's literally free to get in by yourself, Not free to get out. $10 per out, doesn't matter how long you were there. Once you try to go out you need to pay it.

We booked the newly renovated Ocean Tower Suite room. The room was appointed beautifully, Modern look ,clean and refreshing. The Staff throughout the stay was very polite and accommodating. Little disappointed that the tables in the Wild West where not open at all. As I am not a Avid Black Jack Player these tables allowed us amateurs to learn as they did not have as serious Black Jack players as the main floor. But other than that great quick 2 Day getaway.

Took a day trip to attend a mothers day rnb concert with my mom @ boardwalk hall. The experience was amazing. Shopping was incredible, so many options and deals. Nike outlet great and helpful staff. I did not stay in a room at the hotel so that's why it's a 1. Overall, everyone should experience. The weather was horrible (wind 60 mph). I am definitely going back to experience boardwalk on a better day. 😊

Spur of the moment getaway with the family. Suggestions or things I will remember to bring my players card with me so I can earn rewards on my hotel stay. Overall, it was nice. There was a fee for late checkout and it was an increased rate due to a concert. It would have been nice if the fee wasn't charged since I didn't check in until 3am and checkout was 11 am but America.

The self check in feature was easy and quick. 3 mins after I arrived, I was in my room unpacking. I got a room on the “ocean” tower, and the room is pretty nice. A modern, yet slightly upscale vibe. Very spacious (although it’s just ME), and very simple. The bathroom is very spacious, and the toilet is behind a closed door, which is even better. The shower is spacious and a very nice size.

Our room was amazing!! I brought my daughter for her 21st Birthday and she was in awe!! I love Caesars...I have been staying for 15 plus years! The whole property is beautiful and well maintained! Service was excellent! I won't stay anywhere else. If you come to Atlantic City...stay here!! You won't regret it!!

I pretty much grew up here, sounds weird but true. I still love coming here, it's so nostalgic now. It's 1 of the best casinos in Atlantic City and a must visit. The food has always been great here and I expect nothing less. Parking is decent. Rates can be high unless you have a higher tiered card. Rooms are very nice, spa is beautiful & it connects to the Boardwalk.

Caesars is just great! Parkinglot right across the street, accessible by a pedestrian bridge that connects you directly to the front desk to check in/or out. As soon as you arrive the staff is very welcoming, pleasant & carry themselves very professionally. The rooms are very spacious, no matter if you get a one bed or 2, you will not feel cramped. It's a walkable distance from the outlets, boardwalk, restaurants & other casinos.

I made the mistake of saving a few bucks and stayed at Bally’s. Rest of my friends stayed here and it is worth it. Rooms were perfect, quiet, and secure. No one can wonder from the casino floor to the towers. Casino floor is a great environment and the dealers are good, if you are new to a table game tell them and they will help you a bit. They had a live band in the Western section which was a great time. Such a good environment you will never have to leave the building. Make sure you become a rewards member.

Love the Caesars. Very big and spacious. Didn't have the opportunity to stay there, but love to gamble there. Sometimes they have celebrities come there for a meet and greet. I met Frazier!!! Took pic and got to chat with him for free. Very nice man. Had a good old time! Will definitely be back!

Absolutely terrible experience. Our room was NOT clean. There was hair on our bed and I called and asked for new bedding and they never brought it. When I opened the door to where the fridge was a cockroach was crawling on the door. I went to put drinks in the fridge and there was left over drinks for someone before us which means it was not cleaned. I took a wipe to the end tables and they came up brown. We were not in a smoking room for that to be an excuse. They are renovating which is perfectly fine however our elevators that we needed to take for our tower aren't there anymore and we asked 4 different workers for directions, none of which gave us the correct answers because "they weren't sure". We walked all through the hotel with our luggage before another hotel member finally shows us how we could get there by a different tower. It was absolutely ridiculous. This was a special vacation for us and it was absolutely ruined!!!

Had a wonderful two night stay this week! Stayed in the Centurion Tower, which has recently been renovated. Rooms are stunning and comfortable. Housekeeping staff was fantastic. Only complaint - food options are limited during the weekdays. Highly recommend!

The customer service while reserving the room on the phone was top tier. In person, during check-in, not so much. However once we were finally moved to the newly updated room, the actual room we booked, the experience was much better. (Would have rated a 4 had the front desk experience been more professional). Paid for an early check in but still didn't receive the proper room until well beyond that time.

Caesar's is a nice hotel. Really clean rooms. Wish there could have been more eating options available, there was basically only 2 places open to eat other than the "convenience" shop (which we were told does not offer points for Cesar's Rewards)--Gordon Ramsay's Pub & Morton's the Steakhouse. When checking-in, if you are going to self park, you must park your vehicle first and then check-in. If you valet, there is someone to help you with your luggage. If you want to go to the pool, you have to make a reservation to do so.

Not as luxurious and glamorous as I expected from a major destination resort. But not bad. Pretty standard hotel rooms. I had 0 view which was disappointing. Literally my windows had a privacy film over them because outside my window was the roof of the casino.

My toddler daughter had to be rushed in an ambulance from a nearby amusement park to the hospital across the street. I followed in my car and was directed to park in the Caesars garage. I left a few hours later to take my four year old to a relatives (daughter was still in the ER with my wife). I showed the attendant at the gate my hospital sticker and explained how my daughter was rushed in an ambulance! He said $20 bucks and you should have gotten a voucher! (Like Im supposed to be thinking of that) I called customer service and they said too bad!!!! You should have gotten a voucher and there is nothing they can do! I then responded well if I had played some slots would you have comped me then? and the person actually told me how many Caesars points i needed to get comped! Unbelievable! They take advantage of distraught family to make a few extra bucks on parking! They only care about you if you lose money at their Casino! Don't go here!

I had an amazing time. Took my fiance for his birthday. Was there mon-wed. The room was big and very nice. Huge TV. Nice and clean. We only wish the view was better and that there were more places open to eat during those days and more roulette tables open. There were only 2. Overall, we had a great time. Morgan Ramsey pub and grill good and service was great.

Always a great experience at Caesars! The suites are amazing! The service is great and the atmosphere is Caesars. Great food at the Pub (Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill). Nice options too regarding the types of rooms and locations of. Definitely worth a stay!

I have stayed at Caesar’s hotel recently and many times in the past. Over the years it has gotten more silent in the hotel. Hopefully things will get more lively soon. The rooms are clean and you’ll have a lot of options to choose from for restaurants. However, this is a great location for going on the boardwalk and shopping near the outlets.

We had a great experience at Caesars Atlantic City! We had a renovated panoramic room in the Centurion Tower. Everything was updated, had new fixtures, and new outlets and ports were added throughout the room. Loved the huge shower, and the room was so quiet! Lots of food and beverage options as well. Easy access to the boardwalk. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property!

I had a great experience but don’t give the parking attendant your hotel voucher for $5 off parking and see if they only charge you $10. I think they’re running a scam. The sign said $10 for parking, I gave them the $5 voucher and $5 in cash. They said it was $15 and I owed another $5. Next time I won’t give the voucher and see if it’s still only $10. If it’s $15, fix the sign that says it’s $10 because that’s a good hustle. And there’s a lot of homeless walking around begging for money. I blame government, not the hotel. Awesome place tho.

Had a fantastic time until I was leaving and the parking attendant was trying to charge me for parking since my platinum card was expired. I used this same card for the past 36 hours gambling, used it to check in and used it when I was using points to buy food. That kind of spoiled the over all experience. I've been loyal to the "Caesar" properties over the years and am disappointed that I was made to feel irritated when leaving.

My band visits this Casino on tour a few times a year. Love playing at the Mountain Bar. The rooms and main lobby area are really cool, I enjoy the Roman theme. The building itself is very large and it's a long walk to and from the Mountain Bar area, and the main parking lot is across the street. Otherwise I enjoy my time here.

I give this 4 stars only because while visiting we had to contend with the on going construction that really took away from the aesthetic of the hotel. However, you can see that there are some nice upgrades coming. We were fortunate to upgrade our room to the Senator Suite and it was quite breathtaking. Very modern…and the bathroom - you have to experience for yourself. The hotel is located in a central location so it makes casino hopping easy. I don’t know when I will be back to AC but when I do I will definitely be back to see the hotel updates.

The only good thing about this hotel is the way it looks. The desk clerk could really care less about you and your stay. The rooms are nice, just need to work on cleaning the shower better and the room we had, the shower had mold in the ceiling. The 24 hour cafe downstairs is a lifesaver. But we will not be coming back here.

The Centurion Tower is absolutely beautiful, and the noise was to a minimum. Staff is alright. Not much of a gambler but there seemed to be a wide selection of options available. Food wise, it’s good but on the pricier side, as I paid over $40 for a pizza pie and wings at Slice one evening. Morton’s and Kwi Noodle House are nice as well, and I definitely appreciated the sandwich spot that’s open until the wee hours of the mornings. I would definitely stay here again, as it’s very comfortable and centrally located on the boardwalk.

Edit: Customer service reached out to me and credited me for the incorrect wifi charges. If you stay at this hotel, be very careful and check your statement before checking out. I was charged an extra $13.99 for each night I stayed because they falsely claimed I used three devices. I only had two devices with me so that was impossible. As far as the room, for as much money as this room was, I was honestly expecting a bit more. The hallways had an odd smell of fabric softener. The rooms itself were pretty basic but did include a mini fridge at least. Beware of the vending machines, all the drinks that come out of there are warm (and $3 for 8 ounces of water? really?). I also had to call the first night to get housekeeping for the room which is a bit odd as well. The Slice Pizzeria restaurant was actually pretty good and decently priced for Atlantic City but other than that as far as food there isn't much to choose from. On the good side the rooms did get very dark at night and had very little noise. There were plenty of power outlets as well. All the staff were friendly as well.

I feel like the rooms here are much cleaner than other hotels so please keep that up! Check in/out was quick. I only wish their was more options for places to eat and shopping connected to this hotel. What is there now is empty and its such a convenience to have those amenities in your hotel. All in all it was a good visit and would return.

They're redoing the casino floor. It's a mess. They took out the bulk of the machines. There is no place to eat. If you want to eat, you have to leave. Dish TV is in rooms...blah. if I was there more than 2 days, î would have had to cut my trip short. Very disappointing. Bring your own pillows and your own food

  • 4/5 the F. 2 years ago on Google
Reservations, check in and out was easy. Rates were great for Superbowl night. Rooms (Forum tower) probably could use an update but they are working on that. Some remodeling going on in other towers and casino floors also....so we'll plan a return visit in a few months. Had a great time!! 🙂🙂

My wife and I had a horrible experience staying at Caesars Atlantic City followed by horrible customer service after we returned home. We stayed Saturday night (3/13/2022) for $350 and returned to our room after gambling around 3 a.m. Our fire alarm was chirping every 30 seconds due to low battery and we immediately notified the front desk. We called again at 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. and finally at 9:13 a.m. maintenance arrived to change the battery. With over 6 hours of chirping every 30 seconds, we were unable to get any sleep before our 4+ hour drive home. After we returned home (and got some much needed sleep), we tried calling any phone numbers we could find online, but we were unable to reach a manager and/or customer service (after being on hold and transferred multiple times). We did fill out a complaint (with video evidence) through their website and received the following response: "Thank you for reaching out to us here at Caesars Entertainment. Please know that we have forwarded your concerns, but unfortunately our management team will not be in contact with you over the issues you have experienced. We apologize for your dissatisfaction in this matter. Once again, thank you for taking the time to contact us and for allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns." In our opinion, that is an unacceptable service and response. We would recommend avoiding Caesars Atlantic City and all Caesars Entertainment Properties! We will not be staying at their properties any longer after 10+ years of staying with them and recommending them to others.

Stayed here recently with my wife. Hotel was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The casino is great other then the drink system on the slots. Why make customers wait twenty minutes between drink orders? Especially if you just want to order something non alcoholic like a soda or a water. It doesn't make any sense. I like the casino but I would rather be at Hard rock where I can order something whenever I want. It's too bad because Caesars would be my favorite otherwise.
