I recently visited the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store in New Jersey and I'm so glad I did! This store had an amazing selection of clothing and accessories for both men and women, as well as home decor items. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly and I appreciated their help when I was trying to find the perfect outfit for a special event. The prices were very reasonable, and everything was in great condition. I would highly recommend a visit to this store for anyone looking to upgrade their wardrobe!

My favorite designer and store. Real nice layout and nice size. You probably want to wait for some online coupons before shopping there. Prices are a bit high for an outlet but they definitely have a nice variety.

I come here to shop for my partner she loves the Brand and how great their quality of clothes are. They have Everything for the family plus a big and tall section in this location.

Loved the treatment that I received from this store in The Walk. The customer service is on point. The staff was friendly and helpful and very informative. Clean neat and on the corner made for convenience. Parking is one block or two blocks depending on which garage you chose. They keep everything in the store well stocked and looking inviting. Will go back for the great experience again.

Horrible customer service. Placed on hold for 10 min at a time 3 times person couldn’t speak clearly or coherent and had someone else telling them what to say I could hear it on the phone…and then wanted to know why I wanted to purchase socks like they actually asked what the occasion is for buying 4 pairs of socks. Like why do people buy socks?! To wear & gift it is the season. Crazy store never had anyone ask why I’m buying clothing or shoes or socks. Not sure what’s going on in this store but they are high or drunk idk

I went to Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store Atlantic City l bought a lot of stuff andI ask them to order short pant online and he order for me on July 22nd 2023 and today I call and them about my order they pick up my phone I have to wait for 15 minutes and she told me my order is canceled I wait for my stuff for 17 day I have to give it to my friend if I not call them today I don't know how long I have to wait and she told me She give me back money I want my stuff I order they know my order is canceled They have to let me know why they not let me know I don't know how they run the Business like this The Polo Ralph lauren Atlantic is not good service we asked for the size they not look for me and I went to Polo ralph lauren at Philadelphia mall we ask them to look for the size she looks for me I get my sweatshirt I get my jump suite and shirt for my daughter they very nice I not go back to polo ralph lauren in Atlantic city anymore I told my friends and people that I know go shopping at Polo ralph lauren in Philadelphia mall people work over is very nice and they help you

This place was amazing...we love Polo!!! The service was great even though they were short staffed due to covid unfortunately but they were helpful and the store was fully stocked...we even found matching pajamas

First, i wish a solution to my problem with my messages...because i need to add my date of birthday that is on 08 14 but anybody in the store gave me a solution.
