Read reviews and was super excited to go. After driving around for 20mins looking for $$ parking, we finally made it to building. Besides the beautiful main entry and tropical feel, it was not much to write home about. Super pricey, sparse stores. EXTREMELY overpriced Starbucks- 30 for 3 coffees. I mean sure...I get it. Prices are more expensive in these places but seriously. For what we got, that should be a crime. We sipped coffees then left. It's a location you visit to check off you visit/ bucket list and that's it. Nothing more. 3 stars are for the overall tropical feel and ambiance.

Great! Nice shopping area. Good resturants too. It's a cute little area to shop.

Very disappointed 😞 Old, outdated and most importantly No signage with directions to the lobby. Also, if you Do not use their Valet services, you have no options to bring your bags through multiple towers other than to carry your own luggage. No being spoiled but when your traveling with a family the bags add up... Very Very disappointed 😞 😕 😔

The food at Broadway Burger was great. Service was beyond excellent. Andy the manager was top notch. The casino leaves a lot to be desired. Ladies room was DIRTY. Many of the machines are old and in disrepair. Caesars should put less money into its online gambling and more into the physical casino before this is just an empty building. AGAIN, BROADWAY BURGER WAS 5 STAR!!

Great place to shop and have fun. Places to eat and a funny comedy club. If you go here you have to hit the locals at the comedy club. Cheap and no drink minimum. Fun.

Very disappointed the place is falling apart. Stairwell is falling apart this is a saftey issue for consumers to use incase of emergencies and the stairwells are rusty smell graffiti.

Excellent everything me and my wife celebrate our anniversary and we really enjoyed the stay and the place.

Best casino in AC

The Tropicana is one of our favorite hotels / casinos in Atlantic City. The design is very interesting and there's a ton to do (including a movie theater, a ton of shops, and many restaurants). Some of the best and most unique restaurants and experiences are at The Tropicana.

The store the quarter offers transactions via paypal but all they do is demand more money from the person recieving the delivery. All together the staff constantly lies to you and just wants your money. Stay away from "the quarter"!!! 0 out of 5 Stars if possible

Booked a room for two adults & a child for us to arrive at the resort and told that the room booked was a smoking room on a smoking floor. Not only was there no classification of the room prior to booking, I'm charged an extra $92 a night for 4 nights. Why would you put a two- year old on a smoking floor & charge me an extra $400 for the resorts mistake! I was charged about $1200 for 4 nights. RIDICULOUS!

I hadn't been here in years. definitely showing it's age. It was interesting when first opened but now just tired and worn. Nothing of class. Noted some drunk unsavory patrons. Not an atmosphere that I enjoy. In need of a rehab.

Plenty to see. Lots of shops and food options. Worth just walking around or grabbing a quick bite to eat before hitting the casino. Recommended stop in stlantic city nj
