I arrived at the *Together Again Tour Arena right on time. The show still hadn't started yet so i got a drink & some food. The Arena really was nicely redone. It was actually really spacious with concession areas throughout the main hall before going into the concert area. The music, lights, seating area all had quality space without feelings squished in like sardines. I had floor seats which was abt 6 rows from the stage. It was very well ventilated and breathable. The air was perfect. Not to cold or hot at all considering it was the middle of May. I would definitely go back for another concert at this particular arena. No complaints with the venue or Hard Rock Casino at all ♥️! And Janet was 😍!!

This Kirk Franklin concert was wonderful. I have seen Kirk Franklin in concert many times before and he never disappoints. His High energy, total praise and his interactions with the audience is a rarity and so appreciated. If you've never experienced him in concert and you're in the contemporary gospel music, do yourself a favor. You can thank me later.

Went to see Chicago for New Years Eve.. Great performance! The venue is large enough to attract good bands yet every seat has pretty decent visibility for the price. Our seats were in section 209 Row P and the view was great. The acoustics are great. I would go again.

We saw Keith Urban this last weekend for Labor Day Weekend!!!! It was amazing. Etess doesn't have a bad seat in the house, really. I say skip the floor seating. It's not stadium seating down there. People will stand up and you won't be able to see anything. At least in the stadium seating, which is the rest of the venue, it's not as bad when someone stands up in front of you. It's not too big or too small, so the sound is great inside. It's definitely a place I would come back to for another concert. We purposely flew out from Denver to attend this concert, and we were not disappointed. Highly recommended!!!!

Was there for the Alicia Keys concert. The concert itself was phenomenal. The venue, we loved it. It's not oversized is very intimate especially for a concert. We had a great view and the seats were very comfortable. The sound system is great. The place is very clean. You have the added bonus that it is located in the Hard Rock Casino so you have plenty to do after the shows, like maybe grab a bite to eat go to a bar or go gamble. Win Win.

I was there for the Rod Stewart concert. It was a fantastic evening and highly enjoyable. I had floor seating with a very good view. I will say that the seats are extremely close together and if you have fears of COVID transmission you should wear a mask. I would say that the theater seating, although further back, seems to be a bit more comfortable than the floor seating. You should take that into consideration when purchasing the seats that you want. On the floor seats, when someone stands up, you have no choice but to stand up in order to continue seeing the concert. With the theater seats, it is better for watching the concert or performance while seated.

Enjoyed the show. I sat in row Q on the floor of the venue so I could see the stage and with the two large monitors I was able to view the performers up close. Sound was great. Huge crowd so I kept my mask on.

Recently saw the Chainsmokers concert here and it was fantastic! They really put on a great show and the events security staff is wonderfully friendly... though it helps that my husband is kind of a really big deal at Hard Rock. Thank you to Adam for hooking us up with tickets and VIP drink wristbands.

The arena is great. There's really not a bad seat in the house it's large enough to feel like you're at a concert but small enough to feel like you're at an intimate show. The seats are spaced well so that you don't have to stand up whenever anybody has to walk past you in your row. The ushers were friendly, which is a rarity lots of times in concert venues. Definitely putting it on my favorite places to go. I live so close to Philadelphia so often I just go into the city to see concerts, but there are a couple of venues now that I just don't like. I would definitely come back here.

Excellent venue for a concert. Clean, well managed, good seating and views. Ticket pricing is pretty awful, but that isn't under their control. We saw Chicago at the Arena on their 2023 tour - excellent show.

venue is right inside the Hard Rock main entrance and is well done crowd control. We got in the private entrance because of status with the hotel which absolutely use if you have. The drinks inside were expensive but as expect, beer was beer but the cocktails were surprisingly good We sat stage center in the 3rd row and my goodness the view was unreal. General admission is technically closer but having a seat was priceless

Due to medical conditions I tried my best to configure the time of arrival. I arrived a bit early than expected (11:45pm). The clerk said that they weren't able to check me in as of yet. I explained i did call reservations and explained the importance of my situation and the time of arrival. Talked with the check in manager and they offered me a room for $400! (3xs more that what I already paid). Feeling the frustration building i left and had to find another location. I wasn't expecting anything for free or handouts all I need was some time to do my dialysis. I did check I the following morning (10:30am) and had no problems by then. The room was clean and good view however what that without good customer service?!?!? I came for a convention and had the worst experience at this hotel. Well, one thing I can bet on is that I will NEVER stay at this hotel again! You can go all in on that one.

Great for concerts. Comedy shows are good but they make u lock your phone up in security case. Can get a little pricey depending on the act. Alcohol, food and drinks available once inside. High security.

First time at the Etess Arena at Hard Rock in Atlantic City to see Tears for Fears. It's a great venue and intimate for live shows since it's not a massive arena. The sound and acoustic's are perfect! Plenty of beverage options although I wish there were a bit more beer selections. Definitely come see a live band you love at this venue.

Hubby and I went to see Chaka Kahn and The Family Stone in concert at Hard Rock Live it was awesome, seating was great, and the sound system was excellent, the monitors on either side of the stage made sure you missed nothing. The ushers seated us with kindness and respect. It was our first time there. Already booked tickets to see Foreigner, can't wait!!

My daughters and I went on Friday night to see Ms. Anita Baker in concert. She was amazing as usual. The arena seating was horrible., it seem more like a venue for a graduation or a basketball game, more so than an arena for a concert with a mega star such as Ms. Anita Baker. We enjoyed the concert very much but I wished it was some place else. Most importantly, my daughter did pay good money for our tickets . The arena seating is just whacky..
