We had to wait an additional 10mins for our food after going through the drive through and we were harrassed by loiterers asking for money and fighting with the security while waiting for our food.

I stay around this area and i always buy almost every week! The Customer service isn't that bad but i have a problem with the food Especially Oreo krusher!! It is bad! I have bought it more than 6 times i keep giving them a chance but no it still tastes the same, its summer now so every day after work i like to get an ice cold drink or krusher from them it tastes different than the other kfc stores i have taken my sister's there to make sure my tastes buds weren't the problem but we get disappointed all the time! It was a waste of my money! Can they be taught how to make a proper one? Another thing there's always people outside the place begging for the food you had just bought or money its the same people every day they make the customers uncomfortable at times.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY IRRATABLE AND FULL OF ATTITUDE

Waited 6 minutes to be served while 4 cashiers were busy on an ice cream machine. Ordered ice cream but was told it's not available. Bought zinger wings but were very hot or chilli and not so fresh. Streetwise 2 also not salted. Improve customer service

I am a local but every time I go back to this kfc I seem to be more and more dispointed .need to add more security and need to double orders they miss pack load of things

Received a great service, the chips were topnotch. Friendly stuff were quick to assist when a order mistake was made and corrected it immediately.

I did order street wise 3 instead they serve me with street wise 2,i was in a hurry I didn't check while I was in the restaurant.

Poor service, i ordered a ten piece with sides and got mostly breast pieces and kindly asked to have a better mixed , instead i received overcooked/ burnt chicken. The lady behind the counter was very cocky.

The lady that served us was great but the other lady standing there had a attitude. And when we arrived home we saw the chips in our order was not right we did not receive chips with our meal

Bought a twister duo meal. Both twisters looked shocking. Absolutely no lettuce and only half a slice of tomato. It’s a constant Issue with good quality at Atlantis KFC. It doesn’t bother them as they know they are the only take away place open till late so they serve what ever qualify they want because people are forced to buy there.

Definitely one of the better KFC branches. Been continually disappointed by KFC in the past few years, but KFC Atlantis was actually a decent experience. Well done

4 stars..well sometimes they get ur order wrong especially when i order zinger sauce on my burger.but other than that its a good place to buy chicken

Very bad customer service.. If u go to atlantis KFC plz do not waste time waiting in the queue. People who r not in the queue is given preference by the person who takes the order. So plz don't stand in the queue n waste time

The customer service was great the only problem is that i placed an order online and I had to wait longer then normally. The food was what one would expect from KFC so it was up to standard.

Opted in for a mash and gravy with my Family treat at the Drive through as it was a coldish day, got home to see they still packed in Cole slaw which I also like but not on that specific day.

There is forever a waiting time on food without them even telling you. People wait sometimes up an hour for food. I don't know how long I waited but I waited to long. I was here way before 9pm. I never get thus experienced at affluent areas. It might be because our money is different.
