They do not answer phone calls I've tried 5 different times in 1 day. They don't return calls it was an emergency. No vet in kalbaskraal it's horrible

Vet opens at 9,got there early to finish early. 9:30 the vet is still a no show. Bit dissatisfied as my husband had to take off from work to help me with the 2 dogs. Clock is ticking...

if you stay in Atlantis its the nearest vet to go to, without having to spend a lot of petrol money, it does what a vet supposed to do, and sell, nothing fancy, long queues, short weekend time periods. Because of Covid alot has change so you have to grin and bear it. Consider when Atlantis, Village Vet opened it was a well standard organized vet, after a break in..... Shame on you guy's who ever did it. But overall the Veterinarian is doing a great job attending to everyone, well done she's an amazing vet, a BIG tnx from me. I Salute you for picking up the pieces and again.

The Village Vet has correctly diagnosed 3 of my babies now and they are all doing so well! My main concern with a vet is the ability to diagnose and Dr Jen is amazing with this. Because of their care, I won't go anywhere else. PLUS they always have my cat food in stock which nobody else does. An amazing veterinary practice! HIGHLY recommend!
