    To the guy that do the wheel alignment he does a great job,I go most of the time to this shop. The tire prices is not that bad at all

    Where to start... it's been over a month since I went to Dunlop Atlantis to have my flat tyre fixed, after returning to have the tyre fitted back onto the car, I was then told that my Tyre and rim was unfortunately given to the wrong customer. I do realize we all make mistakes this is why, I have given the team of Dunlop such a long period of time to resolve the issue. However, I still have not yet received any form of tyre/rim, instead they chose to give me a second hand tyre/rim that was bought on Facebook market place for the time being with no regard for my safety as the condition of the tyre is not at all reliable. I will now have to drive to tiger wheel and tyre to have the matter resolved. This is what happens when you try to support local business in your area.

    The dude couldn't detect a leakage on my exhaust pipe, but the dude opposite OK Mart, with limited resources could, such poor analysis of the situation from a workshop level left me buffled to the extremes. Poor service even from the receptonist, had requested for a quote on mags and to also book for a wheel alignment slot, since they were busy that time, she asked me to leave my number so she can notify me regarding my slot until now am waiting still, a week has passed, such magnitude of unprofessionalism is a catalyst to your business disintegration, carry on like that....
