Cheated public and blackmailed to pay money without completion. They give occupancy, but dont register the flats, even after collecting money

Visited this place on 24/2/22, As soon as I entered parking lot saw of spider webs all around, dusty walls and I totally lost the interest. I totally lost the interest to move forward but for the sake of my family members took a step to see the ground floor and then noticed the sos glue coated flats, air crack club house, useless and worst maintenance of the garden and all. Staff were good and patient they showed the flats which we asked for. I’d say not to waste your time here.

I could have rated even less than zero, but I don't have such option.

Structure of apartment is really appreciated Will find lot of ventilation and huge walking space with children fun activities covers club house as well

There should be negative rating for them. Cheating people who bought flats.

It's on service road of mangalagiri.Gated community.And near to main road. With nice parking.

It's a gated community, no proper entrance, no swimming pool, no gym facilities least facilities available, management is not much responsible less play area
