Free sauna and jacuzzi with the view. Make sure to bring the swimsuit. Breakfast is also included and recommend to get the omelette. Some of staffs don’t speak English that much but didn’t have any difficulties to order. Kids friendly. A lot of kids were running up and down the stairs which caused some noise as there’s no soundproof in the room. Bathroom was with sliding door. It was quite heavy time to time to fully shut.
Cons: - 0 soundproofing; especially if your upstairs neighbours have children, you are absolutely doomed and will get no rest, as it happened to us in our 2-nights stay (although we requested a room change, we were moved to a room with even more children - 3 instead of 2); - mold in the bathroom; - basic amenities; - poor breakfast. Pros: the location is good, so is the downstairs restaurant and the restaurant service (the only star offered for service).
Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, and the hotel room itself was spacious and perfectly okay. Rooms are cleaned every single day.
We had 4 wonderful days. Food and service is above 5 stars, and the location is great. Will definitely stay there again.
