This Express outlet is clean and staff are friendly. I was confused a little about the organization. I was looking for a some shirts and when I took a look I couldn't fine something I like. Luckily I spotted another section for shirts that was completely away from the other shirts section before I left. I ended up with three shirts and a happy customer. Be aware or return policy of outlet stores, it is different from regular stores.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The rudest customer service I have ever experienced, I am a retail manager myself and if my employees treated customers the way the lady at the register treated me I would have them fired.

Lauren wouldn't return clothes or agree to give me store credit. My wife passed and I'm stuck with clothes that I can't use. Not to mention how much it hurts to see my wife's brand new clothes that she never got to wear.

Customer service was poor, workers just stare without asking if I need assistance.

Terrible Staff. None of them want to work. Yesterday I simply asked a question is there a fitting room? And the gentleman wouldn't even make eye contact and stated: its on the other side (while having an attitude). Next we go to the front desk to ask a question. The other gentleman was mad my fiance asked how much a shirt cost. After we made the purchase he aggressively opened a bag for the item. And giving attitude when she said thank you. The guy was clearly annoyed being at a job who pays him, and thought being friendly was too much for what he is getting paid. Will never go again. Train the management and staff to actually treat customers with respect. Not hard to be friendly. If it is hard then you shouldn't work in customer service.

Express is my favorite clothing line as this factory outlet is great for purchasing clothes for a great deal. They also have awesome clearance deal and also great discounts if you have the next. The customer service is great and they would help you out if you have any questions or need anything. They also do not hesitate to check in the back for stocks that are not on the shelfs.

Just had an Amazing experience today with Alexis. Super helpful and had such a great personality. Im vacation ready now.

Good clothes and cheap prices

We were absolutely delighted by the quality of the store and it’s employees. Specifically, the manger Rachel went above and beyond for us and helped us to find the perfect clothes. She is a great professional employee and is an asset to the company.

Great Lakes is about 30 minutes from my home and we don't venture out that way very often. I needed some jeans and like Express's stretch jeans a lot. We took a trip out and was told their changing rooms close after a particular time. I had to buy the jeans not knowing if they'd fit. I did that and come to find out, they didn't fit. So another ride out there today where the mall closes at 8pm to see the gate partially closed at 6:30pm. They said they close at 7pm unlike the rest of the mall. So another trip out there to exchange the close that didn't fit me and again, couldn't try them on because they were closing. The lady working mens was rude, I asked for the same jeans but in a specific size, didn't say anything but walked away. I could tell she was looking for that fit jean and where they were located in the store and when she found them the only thing I heard her say was "their on that rack there". Not sure why I would have expected anything else as my visits there have always been consistently bad. I hope to god my clothes fit because I refuse to go there again!

Came in over the weekend with my sister and we found these zip up jackets for 14.99- a great deal! The sign said extra 60 percent off clearance tag so we expected the jackets to ring up around 6 dollars. The man who rang us out told us there was no extra 60 percent off and said it was ten dollars- because they had another sign that said 10 dollars all tops. But no extra 60 percent. We tell him, the sign is literally right there and he turns around to ask a manager, coordinator? Not sure, but turns back around and says no they were placed wrong there is no extra 60. Its ten dollars. Its crazy to me, that the stores literal signs says extra 60 in bold letters and according to employees its not. He didn't offer to check and see if the signs we were pointing at were correct he just gave us an ultimatum saying they must have been placed wrong. Mind you, there were so many of these jackets placed in the same area. As a retail worker myself, this would never be correct manner in dealing with a situation like this. Rather the employee sounded quite annoyed (I get it, its the weekend and you're tired) BUT we were not rude about it. It really made the situation seem like it was our fault and the signs they had for their promotion were somehow wrong? Point being, I know retail sucks but don't treat customers rudely when they aren't being rude.

I went in today looking for a pair of heels and was greeted immediately by the associates in the store, they were very kind and helpful! The store was so clean and organized and had so many great options to find exactly what I needed.

I like the Express clothes, there are good offers in this store, but the worst person that i have seen i my life is a menager called Crystal, she dont know how to treat costumers and her staff. Better to leave the store without a menager, than in her hands. Rude person.

Krista was EXTREMELY rude to me as I attempted to make a completely legitimate return of jeans. I had included a receipt, bags, and coupons from my original purchase. I was treated like a criminal and was told that I was lying about the purchase date of the jeans. The jeans were purchased from their outlet just a few weeks prior. I was only offered store credit after a lengthy conversation. I was nothing but pleasant and understanding to the staff and was bullied in return. I will not be doing any further business with this store.

I was sceptical at first, but having purchased a few pieces of clothing from them now j can safely say that the clothing is good. During my purchase, the cashier I checked out with forgot to take the mag tags off my shirts which I did not see until I was already at home. Living an hour away, I called to see if there was any way I could remove this without coming back in. The manager was quite rude to me on the phone, repeatedly implying idiocy on my part when in reality their cashier was responsible for not correctly removing the tags. Good enough cloths and poor service results in the 3/5

I cannot speak from personal experience. I'm hearing the second hand from a family member. they told me that it was fine. I asked them for more details and they said that the prices were okay the store could be picked up a little bit more as far as cleanliness but other than that it was fine. I plan to go there someday myself but for the moment that's all I've got to give.
