This place has an amazing staff. I had been shopping all day looking for dress that I had to wear to an event. I had been to 5 stores and walked into here exhausted. I found my dress and the staff helped me look for a blazer. I will be back! I saw a lot of cute clothes while I was looking for my dress.

My daughter went here to buy a bag. We had the best experience. Jeanine went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the best service with a smile. She offered to find the bag my daughter picked out in the back so she'd have one that was untouched. I would go back and buy something from Jeanine anytime.

Bought a purse for my mother for Christmas last year. The employees were nice and helpful. They had just the right type of purse she likes. You can have the one off the floor, or they usually have a new one available in the back. Prices are great for such a name brand, and the quality is still good. Great place for Christmas shopping.

So I'm very upset and rather discouraged and disappointed in kate spade in great lakes crossing. I picked up a clearance purse for 329.00 CANADIAN dollars which is roughly 260 american a little less even maybe. They had ripped off the us dollar sticker a marked over the Canadian dollar sticker w a 269.99 clearance tag!!! Which is 10 dollars or more than the original price tag! Then they all played dumb to me questioning it. Well there goes kate spade for me too.

What a great store! Plenty of choices in handbags and accesories. I may be a bit biased because it was my wife doing the shopping. So she was happy and that made me happy. She got a bag she liked, a matching wallet and a bracelt for under $200. You are sure to find something to match your style here, and maybe even make your wife or girlfriend smile.

Awesome Staff at this location! Sometimes I feel like other Kate Spades make you feel like you're shoplifting the way they hover over you and follow you. They leave you alone here and actually allow you to peacefully shop!
