Never go with this store. Alway go for another store which is also in Great Lakes mall. We have always bad experience with the associate. Don’t know her name. If something comes free on your purchase she make you feel like you are begging.

Prices are very reasonable and the deals they had going on was good aa well

I wish have zero star. The very very rude lady name Adrian. she yelling at me when I want to try just couple kinds of perfume and my English not well. When I pay 150$ for 1 I choose she begin talk normally with me. I don’t wanna comeback. And I will talk to my friend never come here!

Adrian was amazing and a ton of help. I was really going to look and maybe grab a bottle or two but was not set on it. Her knowledge behind all the products and how she was able to group different scents together had me sold on 6 bottles and I have a few more in mind for next time! It was an all around great experience, Thank you Adrian!

I'm a cologne Fanatic! Love my fragrances and also like perfumania's price points compared to other establishments for the real deal! However as a fellow retail business owner and operator the staff really needs better customer service. I probably would have dropped $500 today but the lady helping did not look like she wanted to be helping customers. I noticed some buffing and puffing before even being helped. Which caused me to be very selective about what I ask to smell, only purchased 1 cologne and smelled 2 total scents. To be fair her arm was wrapped and it looked like it may have been a recent injury but I also noticed 2 other employees kept popping out the back not greeting anyone or stepping in to help and then going straight back to wherever they came out of. Not a good look. I do hope they choose to fix the customer experience here

Great shop for buying good perfumes at excellent prices 👌🏼

We went there yesterday lady told us to bring the credit card and the receipt back and they will return. It will bring the credit card and receipt back twice in one day wasting gas and they told us if they won’t return it my name is Barry Price They should’ve told me the first time but now they want people to waste gas.

Leaving this review for the perfumania that Alexis works in - she suggested a lot of amazing colognes and we ended up getting Ocean Noir because of her suggestion. She was THE BEST and super friendly!

Very friendly service from Tiffany. Super knowledgeable, down to earth and patient. We will make sure to visit her when we return to GLC!

Very rude lady I don’t know how you could work at a place like a perfume shop and have zero customer service skills forget that is it really that hard to be a decent kind person like no need to get sassy with me save that for your personal life instead of taking it out on some people that are just having tryna have a good day and shop around

I shopped at the Great Lakes Crossing Outlet on separate occasions Dec 18th and 19th 2021. Customer service was not welcoming. I had sales associate Tiffany and Katherine. Both seemed like they didn’t want to be there. As well as not wanting me there. Poor attitude kind of snappy when asking about the fragrance. The vibe was off. Not sure if I’ll return to this location.

Had to get sumthin

I went inside this store to purchase perfume for my mother. The associate (an elderly woman) that assisted me was rude. She showed me perfumes and the scents wasn't pleasant to my nose. As, I decided to move on from the store she said I can show you items that fit closer to your budget. I was floored. I told her no thank you and walked away. Please hire people that have better customer service skills!

The older lady in charge of the store was short with my wife and flat out rude. We definitely will not shop there.

Walked in this store today looking for a specific scent and brand, the older lady behind the counter was very short with me, stating they did not have that scent. I asked for a second scent and was told "it's over there" ..... not quite sure where over there was, so we left to spend our money else where.

Very rude and raciest staff. Especially that older lady who looks like the manager of the store.

Worst customer service ever. I want there to get a perfume. The lady I think is the manager didn’t tell me that they didn’t have the size . Instead she gave me a small bottle . I. Didn’t realize it until I got home. And when I called. She was very arrogant and rude to me. I will never go back there. Don’t recommend it.

I ask for suggestions and they help me but no too much...
