    I think the picture speaks for itself. Half of the food we received wasn’t even in its packaging and our hard tacos were crushed at the bottom of the bag. We even donated to the scholarship fund >:( #bigsad go to Kendallville tbell instead.

    We went to the drive thru today. I order 2 chicken Chipotle melts with EXTRA sauce which I paid extra for. Got home, ZERO sauce on both of them. I called and spoke with the "manager" who stated, "I made those and I put two lines of sauce on them, I'm sorry if that's not enough for you but maybe next time you should try asking for a side. This is what I recieved.

    I've heard from many how bad the auburn tbell is and they are not wrong. Went through about 11:30 pm, it took at 25 mins to get through the line which I am fine with. I understand it is late and they have a skeleton crew. The part I find ridiculous is that the ice machine was down, which is understandable but the drinks still usually come out some what cool, these were warm like they had been heated. The tacos also seem to be old and stale, like multiple hours stale. The soft tacos were crispy hard shell. The owners of this tbell need to start making some cuts bc I honestly believe it is a crew problem.

    Has really gone downhill over the past few years, and I'm not just talking about food quality (it's Taco Bell you get what you pay for). I understand it's hard finding a job out there but having an attitude as a GROWN adult working with customers is not a good look. I've had better experience when the majority of the staff was high-school kids joking and goofing off in the back, at least they were having fun and had a decent attitude towards customers.

    gave the average of 2 stars. Not saying the food was 2 stars. It wasn't. The food was barely 1 star. Hard and soft shell party box. I can't call either the soft or hard shell items tacos. What was inside appeared to some burger goo, a few strands of cheese and a few flakes of lettuce. The hard shells where stuck to the paper wrapping and pulled completely apart when attempting to remove them. The contents of each of these so called tacos was as minimal as could get. I gave atmosphere 2 stars because a customer came rushing back in complaining about.his messed up order and commented how they never get it right I was going to ask him why he keeps going back but he looked pretty upset.. I'll not be making the same mistake. I'll never be having dinner there again.

    I'm not sure what's happening, but someone doesn't know how to make a simple taco. I had a taco shell full of lettuce, two little chopped pieces of tomatoes, and I think there was some taco meat in there, but I'm not for sure. I gave it a second chance a few weeks later and had the same results. Why am I paying for a lettuce taco?? Just no!!

    Maybe I’m just lucky or it’s because I either go at night or in the morning. My food is always correct. (Forgot side of sour cream once). It never takes a preposterous amount of time unless the line is super long, which isn’t their fault. Service is always fine at worst. It’s easy to get mad about wait times, but I worked there years ago and especially late night when your understaffed and people are getting $20-30 in food, it’s gonna take a while. Extra kudos for never closing early that I know of, like other fast food places in the area.

    I’ve never had issues with this store before but this morning I ordered DoorDash breakfast box with an iced coffee with cream and sugar. When the food came it was a hot black coffee. I’m seriously not happy, especially when I pay money for this.

    I went to get some late night tacos after a very bad day at work. They made it seem like it was going to be a wait but when i pulled up they were like its ready! Definitely needed some cheap comfort food. It probably really depends on who's working as to the quickness of service but this time I was happy.

    They always get my custom orders 100% correct and with good speed. I visit 2-3 times a week minimum for breakfast and lunch

    I haven't eaten at Taco bell for 7 months. Went to eat there recently. Service was good, spent about $8. Bought a beef crunch wrap, 2 soft tacos and a bean burrito. The crunch wrap had a lot less stuff in it. The burrito and soft tacos had very little beans, meat and other ingredients. I was able to fold the soft tacos to half the size of the shell. 7 months ago, the portions were bigger. Very disappointed. I won't be back. I think others are eating elsewhere too due to it not being as busy as it was 7 months ago...

    Although the young man that interacted with me was polite and well mannered, the service was extremely slow and food was barely warm. 31 minutes from my walk in the door to my walk out the door with my food. Unacceptable!

    It's hard to get in and out of, they just redid their driveway. Before you could go out with the light. Now you have to cross three lanes of traffic to go east bound. Food was good and they were quick in getting the food out.
