Just picked-up one of their new cheddar-loaded cheeseburgers. That thing must have been hanging out under the heat lamp for at the very least half an hour. The bread was hard, the patty was like leather, and the veggies were cooked. I assume it was an abandoned order, because she asked if I wanted bacon on it, I said no; but when I unwrapped the burger there was a piece of bacon still stuck to the cheese, like they had pulled off the bacon from a long ago ordered burger. I understand that they may be short staffed right now, but that is no excuse for giving me an old, crusty burger. I will never, ever order from them again, and I suggest anyone with taste does the same. I would like to add that this used to be my go-to burger joint. Sad, just so sad.*

Worst service from all the Jack in the boxes I've been too. Took 11 minutes to get someone to take my order in the drive thru. I pulled around the corner and nobody was at all in line. Drove up to the window and it took another 7 minutes to get my cup of salad. Employee apologized stating she was supposed to be there at 10pm and I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:07pm. My order was took at 10:18 and my receipt was processed at 10:25pm. I do not recommend this location. The salad doesn't even look like any of the other Jack in the box salads. This Location is poorly ran and definitely not worth the money.

Had to wait 23 minutes to get our food after ordering. Chicken strips we got are burnt and taste like the fryer oil is nasty !

The food was good except the bacon, the service was exceptional. It's a restaurant in a gas station so I think even if it was the best restaurant in a gas station I've been to, I still would only give the atmosphere 4 stars. One thing that didn't impress me was the speed of the food being made. It was pretty slow. Otherwise, I will be back.

Went through the drive thru late nite, no one was in line and the employees were rude & snappy to me as if I were bothering them & didn't hv time to take my order.

Let me preface this by saying I am employed nearby and often I am asked by my customers if this restaurant is any good. It’s okay. Cashier was friendly. Perhaps it’s a staffing issue, perhaps management/ownership is just absent. Finally stopped in to grab a quick lunch in the later hours of the day and was a bit thrown off by the trash thrown across the lobby and very loud music playing. An employee on his lunch break finished up his meal asides this mess and returned behind the counter and this mess was never cleaned up… nor was it three hours later when I drove past this establishment heading home after my own shift at a neighboring business. Bit concerning if the lobby is left in such a regard how the cleanliness of the entire restaurant may be…so many businesses in Auburn are trying to improve together and it’s sad to see that this location (including the fuel station) seem to be so poorly mismanaged. Can’t say I will be recommending this location to my own customers any time soon. :/

It’s ok food is decent service is a lot better than it used to be the people running the police before you’d have to wait 10 minutes before the evening. Take your order then another 15 minutes at the window waiting for your order but now there’s new help yourself it doesn’t take as long

They need to fire the woman working the drive through window on 1/25/24 at night. This is the THIRD time she has forgotten something in my order. 2 times it was missing a drink and a hash brown. And tonight she forgot a drink again. This location has their phone disconnected so it’s impossible to speak to a manager about these issues. The lady is also rude and panics whenever there is more than 2 cars it’s ridiculous. JUST FIRE HER

The people who work in the store and gas station portion of this jack in the box, are so very kind. I have been met with, nothing but the most respectful and helpful hospitality for a small town, gas station. Good energy.

This isn’t an exaggeration… every single time I come here my order is never right. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. I repeated twice my order and they still didn’t add the cheese. I’m sure I got charged for it too, but of course they never include the receipt in the bag. To top it off they took 8mins to complete my order when I was the only car there. Overall this place is not it. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
