While i was shopping for an engagement ring, not only they didn't think my business was not important enough, but they didnt get back to me on the matter. I was promised they'd bring in more stones for me to look at, and even after i emailed the person who "helped" me, i go no answer. Not a very smart way to do things. I'll never be buying anything from them for the rest of my life. And will strongly advice against it.

I have been doing business with Ware Jewelers for over 25 years. I originally dealth with Tom on the mall. Then Jo, and have dealt with Jo for at least more than 20 years. She is great, the entire staff at Tigertown is great. Wonderful service, I cannot say enough about how well I have taken care of the years.

Ok so I went to another jeweler just miles away with a cheap simple every day work watch to have a couple links removed to have it sized correctly and they couldn't. So I figure I'd go to Weston jewelers and bring it in for them and to my surprise they fixed it and treated it like it was my breitling 48 avenger or my 1950s antique Rolex. Definitely gonna come back for special treatment again for that 48 mm Avenger

I needed some long overdue repairs and was nervous about leaving my jewelry. Both the customer service person, Audra, and the jeweler, Hector took care of me and had my jewelry repaired the same day. I was more than pleased with the final and finished product. I look forward to doing more business with them.

Went here for the first time and met Maria who helped me select a beautiful pair of earrings for my wife. It was my first time in the store. I came down from Boca because they carry some brands my wife loves that for some reason the stores by me stopped carrying (JR DUNN no longer carries Chopard and the Bulgari store at the mall closed). They where totally wiped out of Rolex but Maria showed me a watch I fell in love with and we special ordered a bracelet for my wife since the holidays will be here before we know it.

Our Jeweler, Steven, performed a job for a special client by repairing her mothers damaged vintage ring. The ring was Art Deco style, white gold with diamonds. When she thought the ring was beyond repair, Steven not on repaired, he polished and the ring was returned as it were brand new. When she placed it on her finger, the client released tears of joy and asked for me to be sure to let our Jeweler know what a great job he did and how happy she was with him and Ware Jewelers. First, I have been shopping at Ware Jewelers since the 1960s and have always been delighted with the products that I purchased. In October I purchased two sets of pearl earrings, but I wanted three for gifts. You did not have three sets, but you were kind enough to order from another store. You called me when they came in. I called and was ready to purchase them and have them mailed to me. However, you were going to charge me $23.00 to mail them to me. The pearls were only $55.00 I thought that was extremely high just to mail one set of small pearl earrings. I could drive from Greenville, Alabama to Auburn for the amount it was going to be for mailing them to me. I am so disappointed that first you did not have three sets when I was shopping in your store and then disappointed again when a $55.00 set of pearl earrings was $23.00 more to just mail them. 8 months ago, I received an email from Ben at Ware’s notifying me that they were purchasing jewelry and watches. I had inherited 4 or 5 watches that had a value of $300 per watch. I sold those watches and used the proceeds to purchase an Omega Seamaster for a great deal. In addition, Ben sent my Tag to the factory to be cleaned, reconditioned and battery replacement. Wonderful service!

Fabulous service I dropped off my Tag Heuer watch to have the battery replaced, they did a thorough inspection and it needed a major service. (it was scratched and really had been neglected) Well it came back much sooner than projected and all I can say is wow! my watch has been revived, rejuvenated, brought back to life! I am overjoyed. Ware Jewelers is absolutely the best jewelers. I have tried several other jewelers since moving away from Auburn and I have never had the same level of service and quality. I live in Montgomery but while I was in Auburn I went by Ware's to see if they could adjust the band on a Cartier watch I was wearing. Ware's doesn't sell Cartier, but I know they sell and repair Rolexes so I felt confident in their ability to work on my Cartier. They did a quick and excellent job, of course. One of these days I'm going to get one of their Auburn watches!

Literally the worst store on the planet. They lost my grandmothers pearl necklace clasp in the restringing of the pearls. It was the only piece of jewelry she ever gave me upon my high school graduation. They were brought back from the war by my grandfather and given to my grandmother. The clasp is what dated the pearls and proved their history. They also cut my best friends diamond setting to force in a diamond that didn’t fit into the ring, and shortly after, the diamond fell out... the list goes on and on. Plus their prices are ridiculous. Go to Solomon brothers in Atlanta before you trust these people with anything!!!!!!!! We are totally heartbroken over the pearls and wouldn’t want anyone else to ever experience that!

The staff at all of the Ware Jewelers locations make customer service their first priority. They take the time to get to know each customer personally which always has them coming back. They carry all of the great designers such as Rolex, David Yurman, John Hardy, Tag Heuer and more! I am blown away by how knowledgeable their staff is about diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals because they mostly all have extensive training and jewelry related degrees. I am a new client of Weston Jewelers. I have always purchased my watches and jewelers from Mayors. When they closed in Weston, I needed to have my husbands Rolex overhauled and to fix a bracelet. AMAZING SERVICE! I just went to Weston Jewelers to have my Cartier Roadster watch sized. Aura was very pleasant and had the work completed by their technician quickly and it fit perfectly. This is the first Rolex I’ve purchased from Weston Jewelers. In the past, I didn’t have a good experience with a different sales associate, but after meeting Maria and having multiple conversations, she regained my trust and eventually my business.
