Sooo, no sign in building, the wait was well over 2 hours for an employer drug test. When I approached the reception area at 1 hour 45 min , Into the wait time, I found 2 employees standing with cell phone in hand and not helping the lady at window. Upon approaching where to leave a review, she then took face out of her cell phone and helped the lady. This is a poor excuse of state services and an utter shame for getting Americans back to work. There is no doubt in my mind that this facility is managed by liberal nonsense. Not a good look for the state of Florida. Soooo my advise would be to put your dam cell phone down and earn your paycheck!!

first of all no wonder this place has horrible ratings. it’s hard to find this place because there is no sign. it’s in a regular neighborhood with houses so i didn’t even think it was a doctors office. 2nd, i was the first to sign in for a job physical. a man came in after me for the SAME exact thing. he went first. about 3 other people went before me even though i was the first one there there and to check in. the doctor that did my physical was entirely rude. he was telling me about something they tested for and i was just explaining that i had that issue already and i’ve been dealing with it, wasn’t sure if it was related but i just wanted to let that out there. this man cut me off and said “yeah that doesn’t matter” then went on and said a bunch of stuff that i could barley understand. while he was doing my physical i already felt uncomfortable beings that i’m basically naked in a gown and a pregnant woman. every single time he talked i could not understand him bc he would talk so fast. clearly something needs to be done with the staff here beings there are multiple complaints. never had i ever been to such a horrible health office.

Never go here for a DOT physical they will body shame you and won't take paperwork you provide to show your CPAP usage and ask for release from your doctor which I never had to do since I driving 5yrs and have been to other clinics without having an issue.

Got to go there on Monday but I'm already giving one star because they can't even pick up their phone and they don't have their hours listed on their website

I had a really great experience. I showed up early and the staff were kind, professional, easy-going, etc... Everyone may have different experiences and I respect their opinion. I will say the experience I had was amazing and I would go there again. Going in with a positive attitude and bringing positive vibes brings out a positive outcome. Take care of people and they will take care of you :D

Reasonable prices but usually long wait times. They still have chairs in the waiting area spread apart like for Covid and people waiting outside in 100+ degree heat.

I was sent here by my new company for a drug screen and physical. I signed in at the front desk and was given paperwork to fill out as expected. I was surprised at how quickly I was able to get in and out considering it is a walk-in clinic. I was completely done within an hour or so. I've had to wait longer than that at my regular doctor's office WITH an appointment. Everyone was very friendly and it is clearly a very busy location.

Arrived 5 minutes before opening up and there were about 6 people in line waiting for them to open. So they open right on time and we all got checked in. I had to do a random drug test and then had to wait outside until they gave me a call. Got the call within 20 minutes and was done and out of there in 40 minutes tops. Staff was nice and friendly. Thank God it was Friday. 5 stars 🌟

My husband and I went to this place and the employees do not have any professional treatment with the customer, the customer service is terrible, they treat people as if they do not like doing their job, they served my husband who is in fact Hispanic Mexican, he has A horrible attitude throwing things and speaking with disgust and he was not even formal with his clothing. They must fix this situation because everyone there goes looking for a service that is not free, therefore they collect their check for the people who seek the service.
