    I have been training with Chris for about a year now and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to get into regular training. He knows his job well and is very good at adapting to the personal needs of the person he is training. Full recommended!!

    I had the pleasure of training with Chris while I was staying in Auckland for the month of May. I was just completing rehab on a torn meniscus that I'd sustained while training for a half marathon, so I was definitely feeling out of shape and needed to get back into working out. Chris was incredibly easy to work with, he designed a fitness program specific to my needs, he made me feel comfortable and was very clear and specific in answering my questions and showing me correct form for each exercise. I only wish he was in New York and I could continue to train with him!

    Chris was fantastic. I was just starting out in my fitness and strength building journey and Chris was very attentive and compassionate with any reservations or fears I had. Great programs and really kickstarted my gym addiction!

    Chris is great. I would definitely recommend him as a trainer. I have been seeing Chris at Anytime Fitness for a few years now and he is always there to, motivate, support and push you harder if that’s what you want. His programs are always challenging and he is great at mixing them up and adapting to your needs. I have seen the results in my own fitness and would not have got there on my own. Thanks Chris

    I’ve been a client of Chris Scott for about 2 years. I have found him really good to be trained by, tailoring workouts to suit the capabilities of my body and focusing in to help reach my goals. Chris understands that I want to be fit, healthy and have good strength (but not a beef cake) and is happy to work within those parameters. I like that he incorporates muscle warm up and stretching as part of my session. If your looking for a PT with great knowledge, experience, skill and supports you for the goals you have, look no further than Chris.

    Chris is the most sincere personal trainer I have ever come across. Undoubtedly he is a pro trainer but very patient and open-minded in understanding an individual's unique needs. He custom-tailors a programme to meet the goals and help you gain confidence with your fitness routine. Chris also looks at health holistically and balances strength, fitness and flexibility in his programme, which generates much better results than focusing on one area. I have known Chris for 7 years, and he has helped me recover from a bad routine and lousy technique several times. I highly recommend Chris as a personal trainer. He is a gem.

    I've been training with Chris for 8 years, and he's been an essential part of my fitness journey. He's an expert in personalized training, always tailoring workouts to my goals and preferences. He's also passionate about staying current in his field and motivating me to succeed. Thanks to Chris, I've achieved goals I never thought possible and enjoy exercise as a regular part of my life.     I signed up with Chris for his 8 Week Transformation, three days a week, having been a client a few years ago also. I have several injuries that I was concerned about, but Chris just factored these into our sessions, and we worked around them without any issues. He has a lot of information available on nutrition and the 8 weeks followed a two-pronged approach to healthy weight loss through nutrition and exercise. Our workouts were a great mix of cardio and weights and after 8 weeks I hit every goal I had for weight loss and fitness. Great decision to sign up and I’m still working out with him every week. Thanks Chris.
