Park Playground

👍 The slide is awesome!!!!! Two for races and a fun balance course to get back to the top. Funky storm drain under a communal table. A bbq for public use, plus walkways and other play equipment. Shorter lawns would have been appreciated but still had loads of fun. People often mention kids, park, slides, flying,

An excellent area for kids to play. Huge playground and a good bile trail too. Zip-line is an excellent one. It has a few apple trees as well. Big slides are the biggest I have seen so far. Unfortunately the parking area is not ideal as you have to park on the road and when you open the door you are in the middle of the road.

Love this park. This is our go to park. There is so much to do with the kids. From swings to slides and restrooms too. The super chupe and the rope with the handles you go down with can't remember the exact name. You can keep your kids busy for hours. There are a big stretch of grass where the kids can run around too. Great for picnics. Just watch out for the swarms of sandflies in the summer. We were bitten lots couldn't sit down and they were on us!

Amazing park to get your kids to spend all their energy (you know the one that make you feel old some days) running up and sliding down. Really great flying fox and the orchard is also quite special and worth a visit to get part of your 5 a days

Great to take kids here with bikes and scooters and easy to use a pushchair to keep up with them on the path! Simple play area for smaller kids, balance boards up the hill, flying fox and big slides for the older kids, BBQ area, public toilets, lots of different seating options for picnics (grass and seating). A good sized area that's well looked after. Road parking only. Next to busy roads so just have to watch little ones.

Kids love the long slide and zip line. Also has a section for little kids to play and mini 'road' with signs for kids to practice road safety on bikes or scooters.

A great place to take the grandchildren or to just sit and watch. Winding path around the central native trees for walkers, childrens scooters and small bikes, even has mini road signs. A flying fox and slide for the more adventurous BUT some of the younger childrens playground equipment, that was there, appears to have been taken away

Cool playground. Lots of fun for kids. (gotta be careful on the big slides, my 4 year old has hit her head on 2 seperate occasions while going down it)

Gotta love Auckland City planning... Nice little BBQ provided with two bins!😃 But they're both 50 metres away from the BBQ 🙄 A thoughtful touch though is they've added a little sign down the path to let you know that the BBQ is about 10 metres away, in case you're very short sighted.
