Warning do not book !! I'm a solo mum with 4 kids needed emergency accommodation due to mum being in hospital with cancer, winz paid for a family size room $150 x7 nights and wen I arrived the owner put us in a dirty room,which had stains everyway ,dirty dishes ,blood on blankets and no t.v also he put us in the standard room he advertises for $99 a night! First night was quite then on second night I had family visiting around 8.30pm he told me no visitors after 10pm otherwise he will call cops ,then at 8.50 pm he just invaded me and my children's privacy and yelled at us said get out to my visitors and really scared my children to the point they wanted to leave.he then turned around and slammed the door.I said to him he had no right to do that as I was still allowed visitors! The 3rd day we discovered a peep hole in the bathroom on the ceiling directly above where you get changed .by then we wanted to leave ,day four my kids were packing the car up and caught the owners wife taking photos of them.I confronted her and she played dumb.We caught her spying on us all the time which was creepy .the room came with 1 bowl ,no. forks half a roll of toilet paper and 2 dirty towels.we left on day 4 he said he would refund us for the next 4 days that were paid for but still hasnt.I have photos of every fault and do not recommend this place to anyone ,

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The owner was rude and aggressive. We arrived at 1.45pm and was told that check-in isn't until 2pm. We sat in the car and waited and he just sat behind his desk and didn't come and get us at 2pm. We arrived in the room and we were shocked with the state of it, we were tempted to sleep in our car. The room was nothing like the photos. I don't know where the photos were taken. The bed was stained sheets with hairs, the place was dirty and mouldy and the towels were supposed to be white but were discoloured and stained. We didn't really want to touch anything in the place. I would highly recommend you stay somewhere else. We paid $150 for the night and we were ripped off!!!!

Avoid this place if possible. It might be more comfortable and easily cleaner to just sleep in your car. It was by far the worst place to stay i have ever seen in my life. Auckland is great though, don´t let your experience there be ruined by such a rathole

This place was filthy!!! Move anything (including the curtains) and find layers upon layers of dirt/dust. The shower door handle was broken so was incredibly hard even trying to get into the shower only to find someone elses hair in there! Was only given one small bar of soap...was this meant for the shower or hand basin as I wouldn't want to use it in both! The bathroom door (a sliding door) didnt even fit the frame so didnt offer any privacy while on the toilet or in the shower! Mattresses stacked everywhere outside, old piles of tiles, cords running everywhere. The whole place is just incredibly run down and unloved. The office is piled in mess and clutter, upon arriving the man didnt even know of my reservation which I had made around 9am online and arrived after 4pm so had to give me a different room to what I had asked for. Utterly disgusting and will never return!!!

Was very disappointed. Rooms were in need of updating. Sheets didn't feel clean. Bathroom was very old and crappy. Junk outside building was an eyesore. Staff not could not understand the word 'soap' as their English was very limited. For $150 a night it was very disappointing. Car parking was first in best dressed. Never to stay there again. It is in a good spot but needs a lot of money to make it more comfortable.

Doesn't match the area as it's run down and very basic. There was no cooling in the room for a hot night. We got a fan but it was dirty. The room was small but packed with furniture so a microwave could be put into the room. It also took an age before we could check in. Overall very disappointing.

For emergency housing I was pleasantly surprised, everything is nice good and well apart from the cockroach problem owners need pest control for that otherwise allgood, oh and also the sheets are all stained up because those commercial washing machines that most places have are horrible at washing clothes.

My friends stayed here for emergency accommodation and have had to leave due to being aggressively attacked by bedbugs. They spent their own money trying to treat the problem but heard from other people staying there that they were being attacked by them too. Their bodies covered in bites which turned into sores from scratching. Landlord has a moral obligation to treat his entire premises or should be closed down
