TLDR: Good vegan bakery if you're not used to having options, but they could improve their consistency and availability. Service: service was adequate at this location. The staff did not seem very knowledgeable about the product, but they were courteous. Atmosphere: it's takeaway in a nice mall food court setting, so can't judge it harshly. Food: it's always great to have vegan baked goods both salty and sweet. Many flavors were unique and tasty. However, I would encourage the chefs to sit ans try to eat a whole one of any item and not just taste. The richness and sweetness of many of the items about halfway through made us want to give up. The savory pocket was a nice break in between, but think the sweetness can be toned down a touch.

Tart bakery is a vegan’s dream come true! We got the pizza, pain au chocolat, chocolate topped doughnut, and oat flat whites. Everything was incredibly delicious! This is the best vegan bakery I’ve ever been to.

Been here about 5 times and it’s always a great experience from the service to food. Especially love the salad bowls, really good value for $10. If you haven’t already, you absolutely need to try any of their crispy mock chicken, delicious. Also like how they stock the karma drinks range, continuing to keep things ethical ☺️

**second floor near the Queen floorSt end air bridge** Perfect coffee, fresh delicious pastries. We had the cinnamon scroll, jam donut and almond croissant 🥐. All tasted great! Not too sweet and the right amount of moist. Casual service. Will be back for chicken sandwiches. (So good to find places that only serve vegan food so you can EAT ALL THE THINGS).

My family and I enjoyed some delicious treats from Tart Bakery. You can never go wrong with a raspberry filled doughnut or a custard fruit danish, the feijoa slice was so scrumptious, the marmite scroll was fantastic and the croissant had a yummy soft, flaky texture. The sausage roll was good too. Thank you Tart for making great vegan friendly food!

The mushroom and ‘chicken’ pie is AMAZING! We are planning to return for more pies later this week. Update: After 2 months touring NZ we were super excited to return to Auckland for our final day because it meant we got to have Tart pies one more time! We’ve eaten a good number of pies while exploring both islands of NZ and we always come back to Tart as being our favorite. 🥧🥰🥧🤤😋⁣ And the woman who I met who works there, and her husband, couldn’t be nicer. Providing recommendations and reasons for why the recommendation is good given the person’s preferences. She had so much information about the ingredients. We very much look forward returning to Auckland and Tart Bakery! Highly, highly recommend!

Delicious vegan food and great service. Highly recommended for a bite to eat. Butter chicken pie was a bit too spicy for me but still delicious.

100% Vegan Bakery and Outlet. Central in Downtown CBD. Selling pastries, sandwiches, vegan sausage rolls and more. We visited twice in two days, enjoying both breakfast and lunch items. There is a simple pleasure in being able to purchase a vegan croissant anywhere and this place didn't disappoint. The Vegan Chicken Sandwich was also fantastic. When back in Auckland, both me and my partner will definitely visit again.

I have just eaten the most delicious savoury brioche from Tart in commercial bay. It was warm, tasty, garlicy light and fluffy and honestly truly delicious. Definitely something everyone should try!! Top marks Tart Bakery

The server there knew her stuff i.e. The exact ingredients and allergens in every item. Got a sausage Frankie and it was just delicious. Better than a meat sausage.
