The ladies were lovely, however my experience wasn't. I bought a package on the website which was inclusive of 5 areas for 6 sessions. Each time I went in, nobody had read my file (if files are kept?) and when we went into the room they were unaware of what I had paid for. When I would list of the areas that I had paid for, I was then told by the laser technician "but that comes at an extra cost", when I would confirm that it was pre-paid for I was told "we can sort it out afterwards" which made me anxious that there was going to be a surprise cost at the end of my session. As each time I was given a different technician, each session they would have to ask me whether I felt the laser - leaving me convinced that at some points I was given less effective treatments than the time before. During the treatments, the technicians seemed to be confused as to what the packages actually consisted of? I paid for full leg (consisting of foot and toes). I would say 3/6 sessions the technician actually did the full leg , whereas the remaining times it was just the leg. The same with the brazilian. There seemed to be a lack of knowledge as to what was supposed to be done here, which has left weird patchy areas that still grow thicker hairs. During my final session the technician told me that she wouldn't laser the fine hairs on my upper leg as this actually stimulated hair growth - if this is the case, why had this been done in the previous 5 sessions? I have a large tattoo on half my upper leg, this had never been a problem until my last session where the technician actually voiced that she was anxious lasering my leg due to the tattoo and she proceeded to only laser half my leg. This didn't leave me confident in the service that I was receiving. At one point I was chatting with the technician and mentioned what my partner did for a living. Following this the technician asked if I could leave the number for his services and whether she would be able to get a discount. Like I said, lovely ladies. However my experience was sub-par and unfortunately I would not recommend.

Would rate them highly. My son got fantastic treatment from them. Staff are kind too. At least the ones who have attended to us.

Emily did my laser hair removal appointment and her service was very good. She did such a thorough job, was always checking in to see if I was still okay and created a very relaxed environment. All therapists I've had at this clinic have been great but I really wanted to compliment Emily specifically! :)

I have been coming here for a few years now, absolutely love coming here and feel pampered every time! The clinic is always nice and clean and the girls are very friendly and professional! I have been seeing Ashleigh for all my treatments and I feel very safe in her hands and anything she recommends!

Booked 3 weeks ago (new client) Was very happy however had a booking for Wednesday today no- one contacted me, so I phone at least 4 time finally getting hold of someone . Who first said I was not in there system plus they only do botox treatment on Thursday now. It would of been nice for someone to phone me . Obviously they don't need new clients Really disappointed 😞

They are always lovely and kind at this clinic. Great service and knowledge - you never feel silly asking a question and I’ve had some great results with laser, Lumixa facials as well as teeth whitening. Thanks again for a great experience.

I can not recommend Eva at this clinic highly enough, she has been doing my injectables for 2 years now and does a fabulous job.

I bought laser 3 sessions which included free face mask and led face treatment but I never received those with my all three sessions. Also I did full leg yesterday and I have a tattoo in my lower leg I felt burnt after the session yesterday around my tattoo area and I told to the therapist she said don’t worry but when I checked today part of my tattoo area got burned lump. It is very sore . Very unprofessional never recommend

Absolutely blown away by the incredible service and expertise from the team at Newmarket! I don't know about you, but I am one of those people who stick to one technician - especially if they make me feel comfortable and showcase their knowledge and expertise in their field - it immediately makes me go 'this person knows their stuff and the trust between client and technician is there from day one. Well, the store manager of Newmarket used to be my skin technician at the Ponsonby Clinic and thank god she is back near the CBD!!!! My skin has never looked better and i always come out of my appointment with a smile on my face. Thank you Victoria and the Newmarket team, for bearing with my dramatic antics when getting my treatments done, you guys are the best xxx

Came to this clinic today for Botox, Kylie was amazing at the front desk, super efficient and friendly and their nurse Bonnie is also incredible! Clinic was really tidy and set up well so I could see the deals they had available too.

Coming to Clear Skin and meeting Kylie was probably one of the best decisions I have made in New Zealand. She is so professional, funny and honest. I’m currently on rotation for my Laser and Microneedling with her and she has introduced me to better skin lol. Love this place!

The staff are nice and friendly; full marks to them esp (Simran), however regarding the treatment I went for: I was promised that the pigmentation will somewhat become lighter especially the areas that I clearly identified, however no major change so not satisfied at all. Not happy with the treatment. Paid for 6 skin overnights peels. their products are okay though I wont recommend anyone for overnight skin peels. Photo was taken before the treatment, however the ipad was not charged so they could not take the after treatment photo (??).

Arushi is lovely, great energy and super helpful. My skin has cleared up like crazy at Clear Skincare in such a short amount of time and i’ve been so so happy with results.

So disappointed I got charged 30 dollars extra for an add on I already had, just because they couldn’t find it in their system. They didn’t have access to the promotions they had 6 months ago and insinuated I lied about the promotion I bought.

I can honestly say you’re in the best hands with the Clear Skincare Newmarket team. The knowledge and professionalism is above and beyond and they make each treatment feel special, plus with their tailored treatments they keep you educated along the way with your skin journey. I love Clear Skincare Newmarket! I have been here for laser hair removal and recently for red vein treatment. I have had rosacea and red veins on my face for years and afraid to seek treatment cos its your face right, lots could go wrong, until Allie, Jess & Ashleigh assured me I wouldn't be disappointed. I wish I had done it sooner as the results are amazing - the before and after care from these ladies is outstanding. I absolutely encourage anyone to see these ladies for any treatments on your wish list but reluctant to do. That was me once, but not anymore.

Hello, I was quite dissatisfied with the laser pigment removal I had from this clinic. A total of 4 treatments were performed with no results. I was informed during my appointment that I would get good results after 3–4 treatments. But it’s going worse day by day. No doubt staff was very friendly but i need a result because i spent 1300$. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Thank you

Both myself and husband go to this clinic and love it! Nurse Eva that does injectables is amazing (love my lips!) ..and all the girls are lovely. Highly recommend this place ❤️
