Ristretto and espresso shots have different amounts of water pressed through the coffee grounds to produce the shot - espresso has more water, while ristretto has less water. Ristretto is a type of espresso that uses less water than regular espresso. Ristretto is said to taste sweeter than regular espresso.

I walk by here daily and finally tried their coffee today. the coffee was excellent and the gentleman making the coffee was very friendly with quick service. I will be back and highly recommend it

Superb espresso and great, streamlined experience. James is lovely, working away serving coffee after coffee in a modest "closet on the street". No frills, no fuss. Just order, pay, and go on. It's awesome.

Probably the best coffee place in Auckland CBD. I don't mind walking a few more minutes under the rain to get to Zibetto as it will taste 100% better than the other places around. Plus you are always greeted with a friendly smile. Price is also competitive. Why going elsewhere?

It's really delicious and excellent coffee. It's the best coffee shop that's hard to taste in New Zealand. Original Italian style coffee in New York should go to Zibbeto in Albert Street.
