    I’ve been going to Strong Pilates for over a year now and will never change! As a previous gym junkie i’ve been completely transformed to pilates. After always injuring myself at the gym i find Strong Pilates is the perfect place for conditioning and stenght training. With amazing instructors always watching your form and different classes targeting specific areas of your body i’ve never seen better results before!! You will be hooked! 10/10

    Strong pilates is such an epic workout class! The mix between the rower and the reformer make the perfect mix of pilates and cardio! The trainers are so kind and helpful. The studios are beautiful and the music is always great too.

    Strong is the perfect balance of cardio and Pilates! I was hesitant to try Strong at first because the rowing blocks looked daunting! But they’re not at all as they short 3-5 minute blocks which are totally doable. It’s the perfect workout that gets your heart rate up and tests your stamina. It’s also low impact, which I have found has saved my knees and lower back, compared to HIIT training. I love coming every morning, and seeing all the friendly faces that greet you with a smile ☺️ I have never been stronger… literally! 💪🏼 I love that my body now has the strength to hold A plank position without fatiguing after 30 seconds. My whole body has toned a LOT in the last few months, my butt is perky, my abs are making an appearance and my arms are defined and I LOVE that for me! 🍑 If you’re thinking about joining, Definitely do the 10 day trial, your body will thank you for it and you’ll be hooked, I promise!! 💗

    Excellent workouts and super nice, clean facilities. This has been my first experience working out in a group training setting (this always slightly intimidated me), but the instructors are so friendly here and the classes are so enjoyable, time flies by! Strong really provides a great full body workout, would definitely recommend.

    Strong Victoria Park is amazing! I have been to other Pilates studios in the area and Strong takes the cake! Great mix of Pilates and cardio, I have never looking better! The instructors are friendly and encouraging. The studio it’s self is very nice, it’s super easy to get ready to work after your class and it’s not an intimidating environment if you are new. Definitely recommend!

    Strong- Victoria park is amazing! I signed up for the strong week with a couple of friends, after trying reformer Pilates the week before! The staff here are so attentive; during the workouts they ensure that I know the moves, that I’m working hard and checking my form. The classes have so much variety, and are adaptable to all levels- I am never wishing for the class to be over! I didn’t think I’d enjoy Pilates as much as I am currently, thanks to the team here!

    Do not hesitate to try out the classes. After just a couple of classes, I noticed changes in my body. The instructors are really friendly and very supportive especially if you are new. They are the best exercise classes I've ever done as you can really feel it working.

    I couldn’t rate STRONG Pilates highly enough. I’d never done Pilates before and now I go nearly every day! The staff are amazing and the classes work well for both beginners and experienced. I highly recommend taking one of Brooke‘s classes. She is my go to trainer and her energy and motivation has been what’s kept me going!

    I’d never done Pilates before and I didn’t know if it was the right sport for me until I tried. The staff and the classes made me love it! It is suitable for everyone, beginners and advanced. I tried different classes with different instructors and they are all professional and highly trained! They give me the right motivation to keep going and enjoy the class! Highly recommended

    I did the 10 day trial of Strong and have LOVED it. I had never tried reformer Pilates before and I absolutely love it. The workouts are the best kind of pain, the kind you know is working. I'll definitely be carrying on!

    I have been a regular at Strong Pilates for close to three months, and I can not say enough good things about it. The blend of pilates, cardio, and strength training provides the exact workout regime I was looking for. The studio is always clean and has a cool vibe, which pumps me up for an awesome workout every time. Also, Jalen’s and Amaya’s classes come with my highest recommendation as they are really great trainers who are very attentive, caring, and supportive. I absolutely adore this place!

    This is the place to go…….!!! Try it if you haven’t been I’m a strong human from Australia and am over here in NZ for work. I totally love Strong Victoria Park. Great, clean, modern facilities. My number one Favourite is Katie. She is a pure superstar and wants you to get the very best out of your session. Her classes are fantastic, her queuing is on point and her continuous inspiration towards her group is admired. She even uses all our names throughout the session (even when there are new people) Her enthusiasm is what keeps me coming back. The classes go quite quickly, lights on, lights off, music is pumping and Katie pushes you do those last few reps or to hold your position longer. Katie is quite warm, friendly, beautiful smile and helps you when required. It’s been such a pleasure team and I highly recommend to give this a shot.. My favourite classes are Strong Form and Strong Loaded (upper and abs)

    Absolutely LOVE Strong Pilates. I am so pleased with the strength and fitness I’ve gained since starting at Strong. After having three kids I was wanting to return to exercise and feel fit again and Strong has been the perfect place for this. I like to go to the lunchtime classes, the 45 min sessions mean I can fit it into my work day and leaves me energised for the afternoon. The trainers are fantastic and really supportive, they give plenty of options for the difficulty of workout and lots of help with form. The variety of classes and great tunes means I never get bored and the cold towels at the end of class are always needed and appreciated!

    The intro trial is a no-brainer. You can trial the different classes to get a taste of pilates over a number of days. STRONG pilates is a combination of reformer, with cardio (rower) and strength (weights) so it is a mix-up on the traditional reformer option. I enjoy the combination - it gets your heart rate up, it gets your muscles firing and your strength begins to improve. High recommended. The instructors are supportive, guiding you through each move no matter what your ability. Give the trial a go and see how you feel. After a 15 day trial, I am feeling stronger, my posture has improved and I'm looking at my membership options so my early efforts aren't lost and can be built on.

    The intro trial is a great way to trial the different classes to get a taste of STRONG pilates. I love the combination of cardio (on the rower) and strength (use of weights). It not only gets your heart rate up, but I’ve seen huge improvement in my strength! The instructors are super supportive and always there to guide you through the different moves - I look forward to my STRONG classes each week!

    Such a good place to workout!!! The classes provide such a variety. The trainers have been amazing, so supportive and encourage you to do your best. Love the Pilates only classes especially!!! If only there was a STRONG closer to home on the North Shore , I would go much more regularly 😍

    This was my first time trying reformer pilates. The gym is so lush and everything is brand new. The trainers are so helpful and you can really see your body getting more toned after just a few sessions. The cold towel at the end is the best!

    Strong Pilates is the bomb! Have always loved pilates but this is next level! The addition of rowing gives a cardio element too. Full body workouts. No injury- inducing exercises. Love it.

    Strong Pilates is a great mixture of cardio and strength training. 45 mins of reformer pilates & rowing gets a sweat on! At the end of the session everyone gets a nice refreshing eucalyptus oil chilled towel to cool down with - nice touch. The Vic Park studio has everything you need; lockers with phone chargers, stretching area, showers & even has an area upstairs with a screen & table for any off-site work meetings you want after a team Strong session. I’ve used this area and it was perfect. Strong Pilates is my new favourite thing :)

    STRONG just nails it every time. The workouts are hardcore, and they’re constantly changing it up. The instructors bring the best vibes, they’re inclusive, and will discreetly give you some extra guidance to correct your form if you need. The best part is not having to worry about a workout plan, and leaving every class feeling SO good.

    This place is a total game-changer 🙌They've absolutely nailed the pilates + weight training + cardio combo like no other. I've tried out quite a few pilates studios, but this one stands apart. The music, dim lighting, and the instructors' motivational vibes amp up the fun factor in the class. Also, the variety of class options is a huge plus. You can stick to classic pilates or go for more intense Les Mills-style classes with the row & reformer machine with dumbbells. They even give you a chilled towel after class! Showers, lockers, and parking are there too. 🚿🔒🚗The instructors are incredibly friendly, so no need to be nervous if you're a first-timer. New classes are the bomb! Loved the Strength and Burnout classes – a full-body workout with a cardio twist. Perfect for busy bees who want max results in less time. 💪🔥
