Replaced previous KTV which was getting run down. New ACE KTV Karaoke Bar is much nicer. The facilities are welcoming and new. It pays to book ahead, especially for Happy Hours. $29 for 3 hours, which includes a main dish meal and a drink from the menu. The food is not bad and came out quickly. Song selection is pretty decent. Friendly service and discounted parking at Wilson Car park on Durham Street for $8 if you get your ticket validated at the counter when paying

Went to this place last night. Place was very nice. Staffs were friendly. The cocktails we ordered tasted 👍

The environment is clean and tidy, the acoustic equipment is powerful. Good service, delicious food. The most surprising thing is that the music library is very rich, covering most songs from different countries. I will recommend it to my friends around me.

Fun time! Minimum 5 people to book a room and 3 hour stay. Songs are a mix of different languages. Recent Chinese songs, some recent English ones too

Place was ok and rooms had their very own interesting theme, but experience was poor. We placed a room about a month before the day and rang up to confirm the time for that day, but it was not recorded and our reservation was gone. We did get a room at 12am for 2 hours but the karaoke machine sometimes functioned. You had to download the songs at incredibily slow speed and majority of songs on it was asian. It sometimes froze and lagged which we rang for help, but no one came so we got someone at the counter multiple times. Rooms are nice and clean and we had our very own arcade machine to play. Staff were pretty nice, but was hard to communicate via English sometimes. We had the bouncer coming in every so often in the last 30 minutes to tell us how much time we had, which wasnt accurate to the end time. If you want to book for this place, I reccomend doing it through email to have the evidence. If the karaoke machine functioned well, especially for our room (Mario Room), then I would definitely reccomend this place.

Had a booking last weekend and although impressed with the look and decor, disappointed by the service and management. Upon arriving for our booking was greeted by a very unfriendly host at the bar, told our room was not ready and proceeded to get our drinks orders in. Shown to our room, no instructions on how to work the equipment, system malfunctioned half way through, a very helpful lady did help us to get this sorted. They proceeded to cut our booking short and didnt want to acknowledge that we started late due to the room not being ready. The song list although extensive didnt have alot of top european karaoke songs, many random versions of songs with out the lyrics coming up. Took a while to find your songs, and load a list.

Our company's staff outing was a blast. We love the atmosphere and the place was featuring uniquely themed rooms. We chose the XL room for its ample space accommodating 25 guests, allowing us to dance and sing our hearts out. Wide selection of songs but more to Asian compilation, complemented with an impressive sound system. Reasonably priced food and drinks during their happy hours. If you're a karaoke lover, this spot is a definite must-visit.

Worst experience we had with services. Everything was not in English and hard to understand. When asking for assistances kept getting brushed off and asked to go and wait in room. NEVER AGAIN FOR THIS PLACE MOT WORTH IT!!

Bad customer service. No one advised us that we need to download the songs. Service from staff and manager not good as well. Difficult to speak English with staff.

I have been twice! I think it is the best place to have fun with friends. 6-9pm, only $29 for one drink and one meal. I like to fry noodles very much. The stereo is excellent, I feel I am the superstar when I sing. The decoration is very modern and fashionable, very room has different theme. I will have my Birthday party there soon. I believe it will be a unforgettable night:) All 5 star, and see you soon.

I can't say enough good things about this place, always a great experience. It's a definite 5-star destination! They have a wide range of food and drink selection and crafted cocktails that not only looks cute but tastes amazing. Love how they always change up the menu with something new and exciting. The atmosphere is definitely a highlight. With different themed rooms, you can experience a whole new environment each time you visit. And their special holiday decorations and staff dressing up, like the recent Halloween theme, add an extra layer of fun and excitement. The staff at ACE KTV is literally top-notch. Incredibly helpful, nice, and welcoming. And being a KTV bar, they never delay on our orders which is excellent service. The commitment to cleanliness at this KTV is another thing that impresses me. Even when we visit later in the evening, the place is spotless. The staff takes great care to ensure everything is presented in an effortless state, which really enhances the overall experience. I've been to many karaoke places in Auckland, and ACE KTV stands above the rest with their standards. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend, fantastic rooms

Very bad experience! When we came here, we wanted a small room, but the front desk told us that there was no room left, only a medium room. After we entered the medium room, the size of the small room was exactly the same, there was no difference but it was much more expensive. Then we wanted to ask the front desk if they could start the machine for us. And then because we brought a drink also said not to let bring your own alcohol, but there is no clear proof, very disappointing day, do not know why the service industry will do so, in our national entertainment venues do not let bring your own alcohol is illegal, this KTV did not write not to bring your own, really disappointing!

Wonderful place for a get together with friends. We got a private room and had such a great time singing and dancing. Loved the experience. Negative: the girl at the reception is very rude. Suggestions: please include more Hindi songs in the karaoke list.

Came here with my friends, as I never drink alcohol, I would always order hot tea. However, that night, I was in the mood for milk...ending up ordering Coconut milk (hot) and boy! Did I fell in love?! LOL. And now, I would always have this drink once a week, at least. But through Uber delivery! LOL. By the way, nice KTV, good service too! We had a blast!

I have my birthday party here. There is very good experience for that night. When we arrived the room is ready for me is quite nice birthday decorate. And room size is Suitable for more than 10 people. Karaoke machines is fast and I can find all of songs which I like even the newest popular songs. And the food and drink all very good. I can’t believe they have the small hotpot in Karaoke room. How is special !!!! That is Prefer night for my birthday! The most beautiful memory! :)

Compared to Asian artists /songs. Mainstream recent pop artists such as Adele, Bruno Mars had full catalogs available to choose from. However Urban, RnB & Hip Hop artists had limited songs available. Limited artists that we wanted to sing our hearts out to, that had minimal selections - Lauryn Hill, Keysha Cole, Fantasia, Jennifer Hudson, Destinys Child, Nivea, Shades, Brandy, Monica, Ashanti and many more. Please download and update your Kareoke choices to include all those above artists full albums. Because we just settled for singing Beyonce and Adele in the end. Also! perhaps with each group do a debrief of conteols and how to operate your amazing and sophisticated Kareoke screen. We spent first hour figuring it out.
