Worst experience I’ve had at MCDonalds apart from the wrong order last year. This year it’s someone cutting the chicken fillet in half and putting it in the burger, if they hungry rather cook a whole one to eat for themselves not rob me? Coke is 3/4 full…. Chicken is old not fresh, lettuce is slimy in a few places… Like is this what youngsters do for TikTok videos? Then apparently the ice cream machine had some issue and serve up icecream four times the regular amount….. This is the world we live in nowadays

I am really sorry that I had to do this. But it was just a very bad experience. I ordered 2 mcflurrys and when i got it 1 of them had NO flurry. and when i got the change there was missing 10c. I waited alotvof time for just this. Also the machine wasnt working.The app orders were no able to order.JUST NOT NICE.Also bad attitude. rolled eyes. •᷄ࡇ•᷅ stale chips.unclean cup.(´╥ω╥`)

We waited 1 whole hour in the drive thru line tonight for a 10 pc chicken nugget combo. This is what we got. Half full fries that were cold, chicken nuggets missing and cold. No napkins. No sauce. Pretty poor outcome for waiting 60 minutes.

Ordered through delivereasy and got the wrong products... Ordered a Grilled Chicken Almighty and instead got a McChicken, and ordered an L&P but got a Coke instead

Took 30mins for 3x hotcakes combos and a mc muffin. Customer service was nil no sorry and not even acknowledged standing there waiting. Management needs a major overhall

Put a sign on or turn off your lights if you don’t want anyone to walk in during morning hours. I sat in my car and saw 5 people walked away too. Short staff is common issues among businesses, just communicate better and all good.

Food quick and hot, well constructed and generous with fillings. Attendants were talking to each other instead of us but were super apologetic, friendly and generous when we asked for extra sauce and napkins. Carpark a construction lot and can't comment on inside, we were 2am drive thru.

It's a Quick stop branch, food orders prepared and given promptly, there are No longer dining tables, just standing eating bench, thee staff-members are Great at their assigned duties.:)))

These guys just LOVE to forget sauce for your chicken nuggets, literally every time even when asked and reassured if it’s in the bag. What good are nuggets without sweet and sour sauce …. Feel ripped off once again

Drive through, I normally order 4x quarter pounder meat patties and a crispy chicken only. Last night as I drove off, reached in grabbed a patty, reached in again to discover a fillet of fish in a bun, and a crispy chicken. Next time I'm ordering at the counter.

Terrible drive thru experience tonight date: 19/10/23 7pm-8pm I expect more after spending around $70.00, constantly having to return for missing foods while staying calm and collected throughout the whole process. I felt truly disrespected by the manager he had terrible communication skills and couldn’t even give a genuine apology. Firstly they forgot to put my receipt in my bag after I asked for it however the lady said I will get it in the next door, she was nice and this may have been an honest mistake. Secondly I noticed they forgot to put in the Big Mac so I went in to get it (note I’ve been here for atleast 15 minutes waiting for food) Third mistake we realise they also forgot our two cheese burgers (only noticed when we got home) went back to get the other 2 cheese burgers only for the manager to imply that I was lying straight away telling me he put them in when he didn’t. Then comes out with 1 of the two burgers I asked for, laughs it off then goes to get it, takes another 10 minutes to come but luckily this kind Indian lady came out and asked what I was waiting for and gave me the burger straight away- makes me think why it took the manager so long? Also received no compensation at all for the mistakes on your part.

Took 22 minutes after ordering to get our food. Wasn’t that busy, staff just seemed incompetent. It would have been faster to drive to a maccas further away, than to wait for our food.

Food is hot and fresh how it should be, service from humans at McDonald's is a thing of the past. Your order is made via the prepay machine of which you operate yourself, all the person at the desk did was call out my order number when it was ready. There's no dine in restaurant for customers nor is it ideal for taking children or families as there is nowhere to sit, it's more of a grab and go hole in the wall service. You'd be better off using the drive through service here unless you want a break from your vehicle.

Unable to go in or drive through, only options available were through Uber Eats, so the food was unfortunately cold. I'm sure the staff are friendly but due to the things above, we never met them.

By far some of the best customer service and nicest people around. Polite, professional, friendly, helpful staff. Never had any issues here at all. A lot of the fine dining establishments down road in Ponsonby can learn a thing or two from these guys.

There's nowhere inside to sit down... no bathrooms unless they're really well hidden... and there are no picnic tables outside... I don't know what's going on here, whether or not they're refurbishing but there were no signs to tell of this... standing room only for one person at a 4 foot long counter... I suppose if I had my car with me this particular day I would have been catered to in the drive thru.

Theirs nothing worse than ordering a coffee that only taste like milk. Please train you staff the correct amount of shots needed for each size of coffee

Ordered via d/thru late evening which wasn't too busy but quickly got backed up due to very polite server being a bit too slow taking orders. Also they didn't serve in the order that the cars arrived. Food arrived quick tho. So pretty much the standard typical Maccas experience.
