If I could give less than 1 star I would, ordered a dinner for two and chose the upsize option then paid the extra money. When collecting the food we were given one large and one small drink. After asking the manager why we were given 1 small drink she said it was our fault and we needed to pay another $1.80 to get another large drink. Despite me asking her a number of times what was included in purchasing the large option of the meal she proceeded to say to her co worker that I was not understanding and that I had ordered one large drink and paid the extra for that. I asked her to come to the kiosk to look at the ordering sequence so she can familiarize herself with the product she was managing sales of but she refused and claimed to be too busy to take a minute to look. I reached a logger head with this extremely poor service and confirmation from another worker there that this is an ongoing issue with customers prompted me to ask for my money back and they dumped the product or most likely gave it to the next unsuspecting customer all over up sizing one lousy drink that I had already paid for. I won't be visiting the particular KFC ever again and will most likely not be going to KFC in general for quite some time. Texas chicken here I come.

Came on a Sunday and the place was crowded, garbage bins overfilled, and workers that wished they didn’t even want to be there. The chicken pieces were so small, and the burger wasn’t that flavourful. Recommend to try other food in the area.

The attention is good, but the space is very dirty and messy. They do not have drinks from the machine and they have the glasses served in the refrigerator. They check what things they have before delivering something that the client did not ask for. 👍🏻

Disgusting. 0 stars if I could! Just wanted a quick lunch and it was the biggest waste of money probably have food poisoning. Chicken patty was grey and uncooked, chips bland, dirty sitting area. Do not go here!

Hello everyone, Yesterday I went to KFC Newmarket to buy my lunch I got my lunch and I asked one of the waiter for Sauce Ketchup, Super charged or any other the waiter told me. Me Can I have Super charged sauce please Waiter: We don’t have Me: Can I have Ketchup please Waiter: we don’t have Me: Any other sauces Waiter: No Me: I can see the sauces that you have and you put on there Waiter: No we haven’t Me: If you sell the sauce I can buy and pay for that Waiter: No we are not selling Me: I can see the sauce and I’m coming here quite often can I have PLEASE Than waiter brought all the sauces for me with a very angry mood with a bad manner and told me ( SEE WE DON’T HAVE KETCHUP OR SAUCES ) while the baskets were full of sauces. I don’t know what is the point of having that much sauces while they’re not giving to anyone we are paying for our food we aren’t receive anything for free. Came in last night just before closing. We ordered a burger combo with an extra burger plus supercharge sauce and a slider. When we got home the extra burger with missing and the burger had no extra sauce, weirdly enough the slider did not come with any sauce not even mayo! We were grateful u were able to take our order during that time but please get it right :(

This is place is the acronym of BAD… I’ve been here several times during the period of 4 years so far Westfield is open. I normally don’t eat fast food but sometimes like all normal people I get junk food urges. Surprisingly this KFC Newmarket never changes and it might be a good thing for some places but here it’s just miserable. Today I bought a box of 12 chicken wings, some of them smell like urine in a public toilet. Not joking, literally that smell. No accusations as I didn’t monitor the process of frying but the unpleasant smell destroyed the whole food mood. If you respect yourself and don’t wanna take chances, just find an another place to eat. Thanks 🙏

This is the first time we have tried the KFC at Newmarket. It will also be our last. Absolutely disgusting is how I would rate this. First the store is dirty at the seating area, we gave them the benefit that they were busy and hadn't had time to clean yet. Then we wanted boneless chicken as did many others, they were out, so we purchased the twister combo and double stack burger combo and bottled drinks. They brought the wrong drinks, so we asked for the correct drinks. The fries were old...the burger was soggy, the twister has to be the worse twister on the planet. It was oily/greasy, loosely wrapped mess without any taste and the veg inside was not fresh and the chicken was rubber and the pepper mayo, didn't have any taste. I don't know what has happened to KFC, they use to have high standards. They now have zero standards. If there was a zero score they would get zero.

Don't use the kiosk Order apparantly didn't go through, had to argue for ages and only when I asked for a refund cause I really needed to go suddenly the food arrived. I don't know if the service is abyssmal or if the kiosk is just bust but just order at the table. And be real careful, one of the dude shouts at you if you show any frustration over the order taking so long without any apology at all. Honestly all I wanted was sorry order took so long, there must've been a server error or whatever but I guess shouting at me for telling them their service is a bit lacking is one way to go

The chips had no flavour it was raw and chunky. The workers had no social skills. Served wrong meals and drinks. No eye contact and if they did, they would ignore you. Do not recommend. Choose other places to eat. THE OTHER PLACES ARE WAY BETTER AT A CHEAPER COST.

Bad service bad all over bad. I went to try to order fries. Just 3 orders of fries for my kids. They had one functional ordering machine and that’s it. The other two were broken. And I then asked to order manually/normally and they said I had to wait. 3-4 orders later and still I can’t even place an order. For a Saturday that’s disgusting!
