Booked a couples massage here. The online booking and up front payment made everything super easy, I received appointment reminders, and it was nice to leave afterwards without having to sort out payment. My massage from Molly left me feeling relaxed, lighter and more mobile - probably the best I've had, definitely the best in NZ. Happy to give a 5* review and recommend this place.

It was my partner’s birthday yesterday so I surprised him with a massage at Mai Day Spa last night, based on the great reviews here. We were their last clients and I was so happy our massage session wasn’t rushed. Our massage therapists were amazing and attentive. They made sure the pressure was alright and spent time on each area of the body without rushing. My shoulder pain and headache went away and we both felt so light and relaxed after our massage. The place was also very soothing and made us feel calm when we walked in. I’m so happy to have found my new favourite massage place. Will definitely come back!

Semi regular visitor here. Very reasonable treatments and authentic Thai massage (even the bendy bit where sometimes your shoulders pop in a satisfying way) always get the couples treatment room as I go with either my husband or have a pamper session with one of my goddess friends. They’re really lovely here and it’s generally pretty easy to get in with a few days notice.

I had such a lovely experience here, the massage was really good - I had a hot stone massage for the first time which I was so surprised by and loved. Therapist was really professional and kind. The only things I would say to improve the experience would be that I was quite cold, which isn’t ideal while getting a massage, if it’s not possible to increase the room temperature - warm towels and making sure the hands and feet are warm would be nice, simple touches. Also offering a drink would have been a nice touch but overall I enjoyed it and will be back :) thank you!

I had a massage and facial with therapist "Tai". She was amazing, really great firm massage with a relaxing facial at the end that put me to sleep. A real treat!

Our first visit to Mai Day Spa did not disappoint! We were greeted warmly and offered sparkling or still water on arrival while we waited. I had purchased a couples massage for my partners birthday and it was amazing! We were asked about amount of pressure they should use, any areas that we wanted them to concentrate on and after our foot scrub, we were away. Complete relaxation followed for the full 60 minutes we were there. Thank you to our massage therapist Chedsuda and her colleague for such a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Arrived to only a few parking spaces around building, then to the front door unsure of entering as no clear instructions however walked our way up stairs to a quiet seating area. Then greeted by staff, from there felt welcomed. Booked in for a couple massage and an extra 15min head massage add on. 75min of pure relaxation, started off with a mini foot scrub, I had a beautiful pregnancy massage and my husband had a firm massage which he thoroughly enjoyed! The time went by so fast we didn’t want it to stop. Room was warm, ladies were clear when communicating and we’ll definitely book in again when visiting Auckland!!! Thank you ladies for your services 🙏🏽🩷

Best sport massage outside Thailand, 90 minutes legs felt like rubber, amazing sleep that night and the next day all limbs so relaxed and flexible. A must for all golfers !!!
