I had a 60 minute bespoke facial and everything about the experience was incredible. The decor is beautiful, the music and aroma is super relaxing, the staff are welcoming and friendly, and also amazing at what they do. The treatment felt very luxurious and my skin looked amazing after! Would highly recommend.

I had the most divine facial with Abi today, I haven’t had a facial in years but after that I will 100% be back asap. Abi was so lovely, she really listened and understood what I was after and really focused the products to suit my skin type. I felt so relaxed afterwards and my skin felt so refreshed. You can really tell they have thought about every single step of the facial from the movement of their hands, to the tools they use. My favourite part was the steamer and the ice rollers! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience :)

I had my first ever facial with the Bespoke 90 min facial and a back, shoulder, neck massage. Izzy explained everything before and after very clearly. Very comfortable and calming, face results were great. Definitely recommend a visit.

I had the most wonderful massage at The Facialist. From the moment I walked in I felt calm in the sophisticated space. I enjoyed a 1 hour massage and it was perfect. Therapist Izzy did a fantastic job with the perfect pressure. She listened to what I wished to concentrate on while still covering all other muscles. The heavy duvet placed over me was wonderful. 10/10 experience.
