Ladies at the east med st Heliers dr’s service desk are not very friendly to their patients, people come here who mostly are in need of help or support. Instead of creating an environment of warmth, compassion and care, feels that they are condescending and at times even trying to “steal your energy” when you’re in need of help. Feel terrible when there, they are not friendly and willing to help. We even hold off contacting them. Most dr’s we’ve met are wonderful, please provide genuine customer training for these receptionists, that would be such an improvement for the health clinic!

Visited the Podiatry team and they provided excellent service to a diabetic patient. Looked at the feet and carried out all that was necessary with lots of advice.

Horrible fat Women @ the reception in radiology.Her customer service is useless.I have been wait around 30min for radiologist & seen her service for patients she was not helping them at all.(just screaming most of the time) .radiologist is okay.prefer Horizon radiology.faster friendly service with new technology.
