Have been going here for nearly two years, and it’s been the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The premises is well set out, clean and modern with a few nice extra touches to make it stand out. Everyone is friendly and helpful. My dentist, Sara, has been fantastic, and my teeth and smile have never been better. I didn’t go to a dentist for a long time, and so definitely needed some work done, and she’s managed to make everything look practically perfect again. I’ll be going here for as long as I live in Auckland

Dr Sheng performed my gum graft in late August 2023. He was as polite, proficient and professional as his reputation preceding him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his gum graft work to anyone. Customer support is superb with excellent follow-up, and an appointment reminder system that is the best I have ever seen.

An awesome experience at Dental Artistry. The receptionists were very welcoming and friendly. Katie is an excellent hygienist who really knows her stuff. She’s not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, and it shows as she talked me through the procedure and taught me the terminology related to gum disease. She also made me feel at ease while performing a thorough examination and cleaning of my teeth and gums. She’s definitely one of the best hygienists I’ve ever had. Looking forward to seeing her again!

I had such a fantastic experience at Dental Artistry. I always feel anxious going to any dental room but I was welcomed by friendly receptionists into a bright, clean space. I saw oral hygenist Katie Maahs who was absolutely amazing! I am so glad I found someone I can trust to continue seeing, I have dental implants and Katie was knowledgeable, thorough and gentle. In Jan 2024 I sought help for a chronic perceived abscess in a root canal which needed inspection, definitive diagnosis and treatment by an experienced endodontist. Dr Jimmy Chan had just joined Dental Artistry and saw me as a client. He explained the process clearly to me, treated the root canal and did the canal restoration. I have seen him twice and both times, was in no discomfort during and after the procedures. I am very happy with the results. Dr Jimmy Chan was very professional in his treatment of my tooth, and I highly recommend Dr Jimmy to anyone needing a leading endodontist. Julie Jones

Katie my hygienist for the day and I I’ll be for my nexts was excellent. She understood my concerns and routines and provided me with fabulous instructions as of what to check and how to proceed if there were any gum infections or tooth concerns. She guided me with correct routine and was amazing with my teeth and acknowledging all the procedures. Katie Maahs was an absolutely incredible hygienist. I get anxious when at the dentist but she completely made me feel welcomed and relaxed. She gave me headphones and Netflix to watch a show to take my mind off all the noise. Would highly recommend dental artistry.
