I had some treatment with Dr. Matt Sumner and he made it a great experience for me. He and the whole team are so friendly, easy to get on with and Matt explained everything so that I knew what to expect during the whole process. The end result is amazing too, couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

Best dental experience I've had so far. Matt is practical, honest, think from patients' perspective and give genuine advice. I visited three other clinics to inquire about my cracked molar tooth. All told me to do root canal and crown costing $7-9k. Matt had a quick check and said my tooth is fine and a simple filling would hold the tooth for several of years but never pushed for any of those expensive options to get my tooth murdered as other clinics did. When asked about crown for long term solution, Matt advised my tooth is fine, no need for root canal at all!! Matt performed very precise anaesthetic in the target area with perfect timing. Quick and proficient. The clinic uses CEREC technology, it took only a little over half hour added up in one visit to get me a new perfect crown! Amazing! Thanks Matt.

My experience at Accent Dentists was by far the best I have had before. I had not been to a dentist for 5 years and was concerned about what I was going to endure. Matt and his team had come highly recommended by people and they absolutely filled me with confidence. In all honesty it was the most gentle dental examination I’ve ever experienced and am so relieved with the out come. Gentle on the teeth and and gentle on the wallet!!! Chipped my tooth while on holiday and was panicking thinking I'd have to walk around looking like a hill billy for the next 5 weeks. My friend recommended this dentist but wished me luck getting in - with fingers crossed I was lucky enough to find an appointment the next day. From when I walked in a was greeted with a warm welcome from the front of desk and then within a minute of sitting down met my dentist Dr. Matt Summer. Very professional, he had a quick inspection and sat me back up to give me some really good advice as well as the best option - even recommended the more affordable yet equally effective solution which I felt was a class act. He worked to a high standard ensuring everything was perfect before letting me go and followed up the next day to see how I was and more importantly how the teeth were. By far the best dentist I've been to. Everyone is so welcoming, throughout your treatment you know you are in good hands all the way from the front of desk to the dentist. Couldn't recommend Accent Dentists enough.

Our entire family has been going to Accent Dental for a few years now and wouldn't ever go anywhere else. We even moved out of the area but still travel back to the city for our appointments. After moving here from the states ten years ago, it took us a few goes at different dental practices to find one we love but are so glad we found the team at Accent Dental. They are friendly, thorough and never recommend work if they don't think it's necessary. Bonus they are great with kids too!

Matt and his team tick all the boxes. Top quality results, friendly and reassuring service and extremely accommodating. Matt listens to your thoughts or concerns, and provides you with the best solution for your unique circumstances. The biggest green flag for me is that Matt doesn't push you to go for the most expensive option. After having a weirdly shaped front tooth veneer fitted at 14 years old after an accident, I was in desperate need of getting it replaced years later. I'd visited many dentists over the years as I had been travelling/living in different countries, including multiple dentists in the UK, Czech Republic, Thailand and here in NZ. Every dentist (circa 8 different clinics!) expressed that there was no way I could have only the front tooth veneer replaced by itself and insisted I needed veneers on both front teeth so they would match each other. I wasn't convinced of this, and a friend recommended me to Accent. I was presented with various options by Matt, and was urged to go for the choice of preserving my perfectly healthy front tooth (which was also the cheapest option). Matt was confident he could replace the veneer only and get it to match. The results are impeccable, my front teeth match perfectly and I walked away beyond thrilled. Couldn't recommend Accent more, thanks so much!

I am absolutely delighted with the veneers on my two front teeth, carried out by Matt and his team at Accent Dental. Matt’s calm presence, clear communication and his ability to be incredibly gentle resulting in a completely pain free procedure, made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. As well as this, Matt genuinely cared about getting the very best results for me which meant I could put complete faith in him. His was meticulous in ensuring the veneers were perfect and his attention to detail and appreciation for aesthetics ensured he achieved this. Matt is the best! You can't help but feel some sense of anxiety prior to going to the dentist. The drill pain and the wallet pain but you know you have to go! Dr Matt and his team at Accent Dental provide a relaxed, personable and stress free environment to make you feel at ease. Matt explains everything thoroughly before he starts and gives options to choose with no pressure on the decision making process. Weird I know but you leave thinking it was a pleasant experience! Can't recommend Matt and the team highly enough. I went in with two chipped teeth assuming I'd need veneers or crowns to get them looking right, but he managed to get them looking like new without the expense or time of either. He clearly has an eye for fine detail that a lot of dentists just don't. Was really impressed.
