Lived here for 6 months. Building manager takes a long time to address issues if at all (we were without a freezer almost the entire stay, still wasn't fixed when we moved out). Building is very run down and takes two separate elevators to get to the living areas, but is being renovated soon apparently. The 'gym' is a room with ancient broken equipment so don't bother. Still good value as it's cheap and a great location, but you definitely only get what you pay for.

The building manager was great but my tenancy manager was awful.

Great location. Our apartment was very modern, if small. Parking is not easy, but buses are available.

I live here and it is so clean so tidy other tenants are lovely and building manager is so lay back and helpful

Not a bad apt building as apartments go
